  • Unfortunately, we found this company unacceptable after using them every two weeks from May of 2015 to May of 2016.  Too many broken items (four) and too many callbacks (two) when they failed to clean items on the list to be cleaned.  "Accidental Breakage" was happening far too frequently, and the hassle of fixing or replacing items exceeded the convenience of the service.  Charge increased from $202  to$207 each two week visit over the year we used their service.

  • The faucet leaked n I was told it was broke! Left it dripping' I took it apart and fixed the leak myself! He had not put any plumbers tape to seal connections! Glued a vanity top down crooked! I had to struggle to pull that apart to redo! He broke my downstairs kitchen spay hose by accident but made no attempt to fix it! Got a generic part that would not work n said good luck to me as it was costing him money! I paid for a plumber to come out! Affordable plumbing hot the brand and hooked up a hose I had bought! Works fine but for two weeks I couldn't use my sink as Michael had not put a stop cap on the connection! Left me like that.. I'm a single mum!!! Horrid service and put a damper on me hiring from Angie's list!!

  • Were 15 minutes late, which was no big deal. Did a lot more than I thought they would, specially in kitchen, which wasn't necessary! I wish they would have concentrated on areas that I really needed done at the time, which was mainly vacuuming and mopping, since I had my arm in a cast. Maybe I'm just too picky when it comes to cleaning, but I wasn't totally satisfied. I had to roll up my 30' runner in the hallway they took up, and rearrange  it, since it wasn't put back without the bunching of the non-slip pat underneath. Same thing in my bathroom, the non-slip pat was showing on one end of the rug. One of the girls was barefoot, so after she mopped, she must have walked on the wet floor, because her footprints were on the floor.

  • Pat from Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning called about 30 minutes before our scheduled time window and said he was on his way out. When he arrived he asked for a tour of the house and carefully looked at any stains that he saw.  He started the job and had about half of the basement cleaned when Brandon showed up to help him.  We had one big stain by our dining room table and many small stains in my daughters room that I had tried to get out without any luck, Pat and Brandon worked every one until they were completely gone.  Both were very professional and courteous and had a great knowledge about carpet.  I will use Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning whenever I need my carpets cleaned in the future.  Great people doing a great job.  Highly recommend.

  • I didn't have any issues at all. I thought they did a great job. I was very specific in what I wanted cleaned. They did it, they did it well. They were there for 6 or 7 hours for $300 for 2 or 3 ladies cleaning so I thought it was a pretty good deal.

  • We purchased these services to help us prepare for the holidays and the arrival of family.  We scheduled our appointment accordingly; just days before their arrival.  Nicolle contacted us the friday before the appointment to confirm. On Monday they were to arrive between 9-10 am.  At 11 am I called the company and left a voicemail, asking when they expected to arrive.  Again at noon, I had not heard anything and called leaving a voicemail; again asking them to call.  At 1 pm I called again, and when they did not answer this time, I chose to not leave message.  At almost 2 pm, Nicolle called an d left a message stating that she was very sorry about what had happened.  That their employee had car trouble and was to have called to let me know.  Nicolle then offered to come out the following day (Tuesday) to provide the services as promised.  I called her back almost immediately, leaving a message accepting her offer, and asked that she call and let me know if she would be sending one or two employees.  I never heard from Nicolle, but anticipated her arrival on Tuesday morning. 
    Tuesday morning again I waited but no one arrived.  At 10:15am, I called and left a voicemail again with Nicolle.  I told her I had expected their arrival this morning to provide cleaning services as offered the day before in her voicemail.  I asked that she call me within 30 minutes and speak to me about the second no-show for services.  At 11:00 I received a message via Angie's list stating that she had not heard from me yesterday, and that she was going to be a way from the office for two days due to a death in the family.  She offered two additional hours of service at no charge at a future date.
    At this time I have declined her offer and asked for a refund of money for services purchased and not performed.   
    While Nicolle stated that this was not their normal way of doing business, I am no longer willing to pay for whatever is their normal way of doing business.   The inability to get of a hold of anyone at the office regarding services and the lack of professionalism by the employees to uphold a commitment, have convinced me to entrust my time and my money to another company.

  • I had told the owner that I wanted the kitchen and bathrooms were most important to me.  I was going into the hospital and wanted to come home to a nice clean home.  I would never recommend them unless for a talk show and would not invite them back to my house.

  • They responded the same day I purchased the deal and set an appointment within one week.  They called when they were on their way, arrived promptly, and were courteous, thorough and professional.  They worked quickly and efficiently, protected the chair and table legs, moved small furniture pieces to clean under them and left us with a bottle of professional carpet spot remover for future use.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

  • The appointment was scheduled and executed very well.  Although, they showed up ~30 minutes late, I was notified an hour or so earlier and told to expect the crew to be 30 minutes late.  It was related to a mechanical issue.  No big deal.  I just wanted to point out that they were proactive in notifying me so I wasn't left in a lurch trying to figure out where they were.
    Overall the house cleaning turned out much better than I ever expected.  The carpet was extremely soiled in the basement and one area on the first floor.  Again, the results were much better than I had ever expected.  
    I did have to have them return the next day, due to a stain that cropped up.  They promptly responded and returned to touch up a few areas and to address the soiled area.  This happened to be the main location my pets had been relieving themselves, and as it was explained to me, the stain was from the massive amount of pet urine in the mat under the carped.  This was re-cleaned and I was provided an industry level product to use in case I need to refresh the carpet.  
    I will definitely use hydro clean in the future.

  • Danielle is meticulous, detail oriented, and honest. She and her helper (usually her brother) are punctual, helpful, and real go getters. They are energetic, flexible, and affordable,  I waited awhile to write a review until I knew how well they worked. We have been very pleased with their services and continue to be ongoing clients. (As a local person there is no problem communicating or with people who do not speak English.)
