    Maintenance 101 Plumbing
All the projects went very well, no complaints. Very happy with the results. The leaking commode was leaking from tank screws; fixed by replacing screws/washers/gaskets on tank. Garbage disposal was replaced with a new one, and appropriately so. Previous sump pump plumbing was the incorrect type of PVC pipe and moved every time the sump pump worked to drain water to outside of house; made the sump pump plumbing leak and come apart easily. New sump pump plumbing corrected those problems and drained to outside of the house and away from foundation all to code and a check valve was installed. Previous sprinkler system plumbing was the incorrect type of plumbing and was lying on top of concrete patio, exposed to all the elements. New sprinkler system plumbing was replaced with copper pipe and raised off the ground and attached to outside of house and is not noticeable to the eye, but is easily accessible. Non-working electrical outlets fixed. Problem found was loose wiring. Maintenance 101 is quick to respond to my phone calls for needed service. Owner Michael Conklin comes out in a timely manner and shows up when he says he is going to show up. Work is completed efficiently and Michael is very knowledgeable and professional. He enjoys his work and works hard to make it cost effective for the customer. I don't worry that I am being given quotes on needlessly inflated prices for the actual work needed to do the job, parts, or labor. Michael is fair and customer friendly. I wish more contractors were as pleasant to do business with as Maintenance 101 Plumbing. He also has given me several referrals for other companies for other types of work I've needed done. He is a great resource in that regard as well. I will continue to call this company for any future plumbing and other work that is in the purview of their specialty. I have complete confidence in Maintenance 101.

took a bit longer than expected due to the truck being sent out without all the parts needed, but the technicians were willing to stay and get the work done and not just "clock out" at 5 pm. Daniel and Teon were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Loved their dedication and appreciated their expertise.

    J & J Construction Inc
Jeremy was very attentive and helpful. His "Build Your Own Basement" program is the best! We were able to save $5K from the next lowest estimate, but we're sure the quality of work saved us $10K+! His entire team were great and were patient and willing to answer all questions from us! We wish we had another basement so we could hire him again, and plan on doing so for our Kitchen, Bathroom, and Garage remodel!

The representative that came over was very nice and very knowledgeable about HVAC issues.  He was on time and gave us a full blown estimate and why we needed to select the services he recommended.  With that said, we decided to go against them because we received a quote significantly lower than them. What initially turned out to be a great first impression turned out bad since they had charged our credit card for the FULL amount before doing any of the work when we did agree to use them. That wasn't as hard to hear at first until they told us that they needed to charge us a 15% administrative fee for canceling (one week in advance) which would have been $600 for NO work done.  That day was pretty chaotic but it did end up getting refunded in full after we spoke to management. We later found out that they charge a great deal of fees, including the use of the electrician, which they already have onboard, but charge you anyway.  Their pricing is outrageous and their A/C units aren't even the best ones rated. Beware of the nice sales rep that comes to your house and oversells you on products you don't need.

White Rhino Electric provided a competitive bid for work desired, excellent customer service, great communications before and during construction. I would highly recommend White Rhino for any solar project or electrical work.

Very professional and punctual. Roman was the electrician whom performed the job and was very clean, professional and Knowledgeable. I was quote by Peter a $75.00 to $125.00 when we talk on the phone, but when Roman came into my house it took him a little more time to get the fan installed, and at the end I was charge $165.00. but still seem a really good price if you take into consideration that he has to put a metal box instead of the plastic one I had to support the fan.
Just one small detail: there is an small gap between the ceiling an the fan and I just contact Peter the owner to schedule Roman to come by my house and fix it, I hope as soon as possible.
Other than that everything was really good.

    Lenz Electric Inc
He arrived at our home in less than two hours, after completing another call.   He was very professional, and explained everything he was to do, and worked hard to complete the job.   Very personable, great communication, and very reasonable charges.   We thought we would not have electrical power for a couple of days, but had it back within three hours.

Igor was very prompt and very helpful.  He was on time and very professional.  The closet light just had the wrong bulbs and we replaced those with the correct ones from the garage.  We were not sure if the garage lights just neede new bulbs or the ballasts were bad.  I did not have any new bulbs at that time.  Igor said he would come back once I replaced the bulbs, if the new ones still did not work.  Two weeks later I purchased new bulbs and one fixture still did not work.  Called Front Range Electrical and informed them.   Igor came out that same day, replaced the ballast for free.  They are a great company and would recommend them as well as use them again.

Igor arrived on-time and was friendly and professional. The installation of the whole-home surge protection took exactly 1 hour. After the install, he explained how the protector works. He cleaned the area prior to leaving. The only issue (and it was not a big concern really) was the deal was supposed to come with a smoke alarm inspection and in-home outlet test, etc... That didn't happen. I didn't realize this until after Igor asked me to show him the coupon on my iPad so he could take a picture of it for his boss. (Which was a little strange considering I had already paid for the work). Overall, it was a good experience and I have a little more 'piece of mind' with regard to power outages/surges..., thank-you!
