Due to Ted’s close oversight and frequent presence on site everything went smoothly, on budget, and on time. There are always some cost adjustments and occasional timing issues in construction, but none had any negative effect on our 100% total satisfaction with Apple. There were no surprises and no BS. Ted was thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of entire process, easy to work with, and kept the subcontractors on task and on schedule.- S M.

He carefully interviewed us, found out how we would be using the space and took the time to get to know us. He created a design with several a la carte options to make sure we met our budget. Though covid hit right in the middle of our hardscape construction, he and his team got right back on the job when the city allowed. ATrevino did an amazing job building up the wall so that it met with the ceiling. You couldn't even tell where the wall stopped when he was done with it. AVery Satisfied: My wife and I were looking to replace our sinking driveway, front porch and walkway leading from the porch to the back yard. From beginning to end, we received excellent service. Kelly, our design consultant spent a great deal of time with us and met with us several times to make sure the design was clearly understood. Once work began, Troy, the project manager, kept us informed at all stages of the project. Several obstacles were encountered during the project and Troy kept us up to date and provided suggestions and carried them out. The work crew was knowledgeable and did a great job. They would ask questions anytime there was some uncertainty about what we wanted. The job was completed in a timely manner and met all our expectations. The 25 year warranty is fantastic. AWe had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. Just good people!
