They got the correct wire and repaired the fixture. They quickly located the wiring connection issue on the patio light switch and corrected the problem.

    Doni and Dana are the owners of Condon Contracting and they did a fantastic job during the entire process of updating our bathroom. They always responded in a timely manner and provided detailed information to ensure that we understood exactly what the project entailed. We decided that we would do the demo ourselves and Dana was more than happy to check our progress to ensure that we didn't cause any unnecessary damage. Doni was a fantastic resource when it came to picking out the tile, they have a large selection of tile and accent tiles which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Dana also worked with me on finding the best prices on a new bathtub, faucets, and lighting. He is willing work within a budget that is comfortable for you, whether it is high end or more budget friendly. His associate Joseph did the actual rebuild with Dana checking in on a regular basis. Joseph was always on time and kept me informed of the progress on a daily basis. Joseph had some great design recommendations and also stayed late when the countertops were being installed to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are obsessed with our new bathroom and are going to hire Condon Contracting to update our guest bathroom. Doni and Dana are committed to providing a great customer experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is undertaking a bathroom remodeling project.

    Roofcorp was referred to me by a relative who said they did good work. A rep came out to inspect my roof after a hailstorm and discovered I had damage to the roof. Andrew from Roofcorp told me the process, and explained how they would work with the insurance company to coordinate replacement if approved by my insurer. Andrew met the insurance adjuster to inspect the roof. Andrew pointed out to the adjuster the areas that were damaged as they walked on the roof. The adjuster agreed that the roof needed to be replaced and Andrew said he'd take it from there. Roofcorp made dealing with my insurance company so easy and the installation was not disruptive. The installation was done when it was scheduled and completed in 1 day! The workers were very polite and cleaned up all the debris after they finished. I've used Roofcorp for several of my rental properties and I highly recommend them for any roofing job. They're a local company that's been around for many years.

    As a homeowner with a very particular taste and style, I consider myself extremely lucky to have been put in touch with Heather and her team at Sutter Design Group. It is not often that I take the time to write a lengthy review, but considering that I believe that my home is my haven, I wanted to make sure that I worked with the most capable and talented team that I could find. Sutter Design Group came highly recommended to me by a neighbor after my husband and I remarked how beautiful their back yard was. When I first reached out to begin this process, I was a bit nervous. After all, re-landscaping your back yard can be quite an undertaking. Luckily, as soon as I met Heather my mind was put at ease. If there is one thing I can say about Sutter Design Group, it is that they are complete. After going over my vision with Heather, she gave me a thorough explanation of the timeline, materials, budget and pretty much any every other important detail that you could imagine. Having moved to Colorado only a few years ago, I was quite unfamiliar with the weather, climate and seasonal temperatures. That said, I really was unsure about what sort of materials would serve us well for outdoor areas. The expertise and knowledge that the Sutter Design Group team was very appreciated as they walked me through choosing not only the products, colors and styles that would complement with my interior dand Atilde;and copy;cor, but even the sort of sod that would help save us money during the arid Denver summers. The Sutter Design Group is completely in-tune with what is current in landscape design and are experts on environmental solutions that are well-suited for this particular region. One of the things that I most appreciated was the punctuality of the project. From start to finish, they worked every day to complete my project. I do not think that there is anything more disconcerting than working with a company that does not value your time. From our first consultation appointment I could tell this was not going to be a problem. Heather arrived at my house right at 11:00 am as discussed, and spent the next hour with me going over my vision for our back yard. In addition, she never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time or asking too many questions. I consider myself to be a pretty methodical person and a newcomer to this sort of project I had many, many questions. Heather took the time to ensure that I was comfortable by answering all of my questionsand acirc;??even the little ones. While on the subject of time, it is important to note that Sutter Design Group finished our project on time, as promised. It was our goal to have our back yard completed by Thanksgiving so our family and friends could enjoy it over the holidays, and Heather made absolute certain it was. While did have a few minor setbacks, (the weather in Denver can be quite unpredictable) any time there was unexpected weather that caused any delay, Heather and her team were on top of itand acirc;??calling me before I had to call them. Luckily, thanks to Heather we were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday season in our new outdoor living space (when the weather allowed). Finally, and this might be the most important point, Sutter Design Group came in on budget. From the moment we determined what the budget was, Heather made sure that I was kept apprised of the cost of the project. I had some changes that I made during the process and the price reflected the changes I made. What I have discovered is that a landscaping project is fluid to some degree as I was able to see the project develop in front of me I realized some small changes could make a big difference in how I enjoyed the space. I appreciated that Heather was willing to bring up possibilities and we were able to talk through possible solutions so I was completely satisfied with the end result. When changes were made I received both the charge for those changes and the credit associated with the product I wasnand acirc;??t receiving. There were never any surprises. Thanks to the guidance I received from Sutter Design Group, I was able to turn my vision for my haven into a reality and my family and I enjoy the results every day.

    Handyman Matters Centennial
    * I phoned their # (303-727-9600) on the morning of Fri, Oct 17.
    * I spoke with a pleasant woman (Judy?). Explained that we want to remove our kitchen ceiling track lights and install some recessed can lights instead -- in a different location. We also need advice on exactly what hardware to buy at Lowe's, for this purpose.
    * I sent photos illustrating our setup to their email address ( Judy said an electrician would look at the photos and get back to us soon.
    * Several days passed. No response from them.
    * I phoned again on the afternoon of Mon or Tue (Oct 20 or 21). Spoke with a different woman. She confirmed that they had received my email on Oct 17 -- but evidently nobody had looked at it. She apologized, asked my wife some questions about what kind of lights we want, and said she'd make sure an expert would get back to us soon.
    * It's now Wed, Nov 05. We've had no communication from them since Oct 21.

    Grandma's Handyman Service, Inc.
    Mike Pittman was the handyman who did the work. He was courteous, communicated well with us, and did an excellent job. Jessica and and quot;Grandmaand quot; (Yvonne Costin) were the people in office who prepared the original estimate, and with whom we communicated after the job was finished regarding the charges. The original estimate (which we received by email on Dec 05) was simply a brief listing of the 3 tasks to be done and a flat total $ amount ($1,110) -- it was not itemized in terms of labor hours or materials. I phoned and talked with Jessica on Dec 08. She told me that the figure was based on the assumption of 16 hrs total labor. As it turned out, after Mike finished the job on Dec 30, the actual total was less than 12 hrs labor. I had to go back and forth a few times with Jessica and Grandma about this, and they had to change the invoice from and quot;estimate basisand quot; to and quot;time plus materials basisand quot;, but the end result was that we paid $815.36, which seemed reasonable. We would use Grandma's again.

    It worked out well. They're working and they're not leaking. I guess they did good. I had an insurance claim for hale. Something wasn't working correctly to start with and they had to come back out and fix that. They could have done a one-time fix. They did come right back out when there was a glitch.

    Overall, I am very happy with the service.  I had found Current Electric on Angie's list and decided to give them a try or at least get an estimate.  It was a two week wait before anyone could come out, I was okay with that because these lights were not a necessity.  Devin called ahead to let me know he was headed to our house and diagnosed the problem quickly which was a short in one of the legs of the wires buried underground running to the outside lights.  Luckily, there were two legs and the lights could be combined on the one good leg to get back to working.  Devin was very Friendly, Very informative, and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.  Good service would use again.
