    HORRIBLE. Over charged and underperformed. Spoke with David General manager he was hostile and not helpful told me I was under charged. Read reviews on line before asking them to do anything. Customer service is a 0. Can���t believe what they would tell a customer when you are paying. Just don do it

    Altitude Sprinkler and Landscape
    We made arrangements for a 9:00 a.m. appointment on June 10th. I took the dogs out a walk early and got home around 8:35 am. There was a message from Altitude indicating that he was on his way and that I should call him immediately because he couldn't find my address on MapQuest. I called him immediately, and then several hours later. I couldn't reach him directly but left voice mails with my home phone number, cell phone number, and detailed directions to the house. On June 12 I used the Angie's List messaging system to ask if he was still going to come, and if he was when that would be. At the current time I have yet to receive a response to any of my messages.

    Mike was quick to respond to our needs and worked up a very satisfactory design, incorporating our ideas and desires. The contract was completed within the original cost estimate. Mike and his crew were very professional, timely and worked Monday through Friday, leaving the weekends for us. We appreciated the concern for noise in our neighborhood and they ended their days by 5 pm. They maintained a clean job site at the end of each day. Mike pays very good attention to detail. As an example, he installed a water drainage system along the newly installed retaining wall. Also, after completing our landscaping, Mike followed up to make sure the complete system operated properly as the seasons changed. We are completely satisfied. Our landscaping looks above the ordinary, it has the "Sulli" touch!

    I was very impressed with Chris. He was able to work my lawn aeration in the same day of my call. He was very insightful with recommendations on other ways to take care of my lawn, some of which were services that he provided, but he did not pressure me at all. He was very friendly and pricing was very competitive. Highly recommended!

    As a homeowner with a very particular taste and style, I consider myself extremely lucky to have been put in touch with Heather and her team at Sutter Design Group. It is not often that I take the time to write a lengthy review, but considering that I believe that my home is my haven, I wanted to make sure that I worked with the most capable and talented team that I could find. Sutter Design Group came highly recommended to me by a neighbor after my husband and I remarked how beautiful their back yard was. When I first reached out to begin this process, I was a bit nervous. After all, re-landscaping your back yard can be quite an undertaking. Luckily, as soon as I met Heather my mind was put at ease. If there is one thing I can say about Sutter Design Group, it is that they are complete. After going over my vision with Heather, she gave me a thorough explanation of the timeline, materials, budget and pretty much any every other important detail that you could imagine. Having moved to Colorado only a few years ago, I was quite unfamiliar with the weather, climate and seasonal temperatures. That said, I really was unsure about what sort of materials would serve us well for outdoor areas. The expertise and knowledge that the Sutter Design Group team was very appreciated as they walked me through choosing not only the products, colors and styles that would complement with my interior dand Atilde;and copy;cor, but even the sort of sod that would help save us money during the arid Denver summers. The Sutter Design Group is completely in-tune with what is current in landscape design and are experts on environmental solutions that are well-suited for this particular region. One of the things that I most appreciated was the punctuality of the project. From start to finish, they worked every day to complete my project. I do not think that there is anything more disconcerting than working with a company that does not value your time. From our first consultation appointment I could tell this was not going to be a problem. Heather arrived at my house right at 11:00 am as discussed, and spent the next hour with me going over my vision for our back yard. In addition, she never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time or asking too many questions. I consider myself to be a pretty methodical person and a newcomer to this sort of project I had many, many questions. Heather took the time to ensure that I was comfortable by answering all of my questionsand acirc;??even the little ones. While on the subject of time, it is important to note that Sutter Design Group finished our project on time, as promised. It was our goal to have our back yard completed by Thanksgiving so our family and friends could enjoy it over the holidays, and Heather made absolute certain it was. While did have a few minor setbacks, (the weather in Denver can be quite unpredictable) any time there was unexpected weather that caused any delay, Heather and her team were on top of itand acirc;??calling me before I had to call them. Luckily, thanks to Heather we were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday season in our new outdoor living space (when the weather allowed). Finally, and this might be the most important point, Sutter Design Group came in on budget. From the moment we determined what the budget was, Heather made sure that I was kept apprised of the cost of the project. I had some changes that I made during the process and the price reflected the changes I made. What I have discovered is that a landscaping project is fluid to some degree as I was able to see the project develop in front of me I realized some small changes could make a big difference in how I enjoyed the space. I appreciated that Heather was willing to bring up possibilities and we were able to talk through possible solutions so I was completely satisfied with the end result. When changes were made I received both the charge for those changes and the credit associated with the product I wasnand acirc;??t receiving. There were never any surprises. Thanks to the guidance I received from Sutter Design Group, I was able to turn my vision for my haven into a reality and my family and I enjoy the results every day.

    Centennial Landscaping LLC
    Larry's team completed our yard clean up and trimming to our complete satisfaction. Some have noted a lack of responsiveness, which we also experienced slightly. But it's obvious Centennial is in high demand due to their great work. We're completely satisfied with the job they've done and the appearance of our yard. I will be using Centennial Landscaping on a regular basis in the future because I now know that I will get a quality effort and result. Thanks, Larry.

    Finally reached Rob by phone in mid May. We did some texting back and forth, he said that I shouldn't have purchased the $99. deal as this is really a free service, but he would take care of me. . He was responsive until we met the day of the appointment. He came out and looked at my needs, said he would get me a line item estimate so I could pick and choose which service to do as there was so much to do! The small print of the deal offered an additional 15% off any service which is why I had purchased it. He said he would take care of me but I've never heard back from him either by email, phone or Text. His associate did call about a week later responding to my initial several calls to the office to make that initial appointment where we did meet. But never any contact again. I basically threw away that $99.00.

    Due to health reason I wanted to hire a full scale landscape company this year, which is the reason why I joined Angies List, I am so disappointed with the result. The Company I hired  Beyond the Green is the worst company I have ever worked with. The owner Adam never would come out and look at my yard, they mowed two times and said they had fertilized. I do not think this happened, with all the rain we have had my grass should look great, but it looks terrible. After not doing a good job the owner sends an email that the small mower that they have broke and will not get another one so he will not be able to do my yard.  This late In the season most company's are already full and can't add new people to their list, which put me in a bind.

    I would not hire this company for anything their are not reliable and will drop you with out even the courtesy of a phone call.

    These guys were great!  Came to the house for original bid and consultation.  He was happy to work within our budget.  Got a formal bid via email.  Accepted bid and scheduled.  They called the company to come mark utilities.  Once that was done they were there as promised and came in with 4-6 guys (varied at times) and had the entire job done in 4 hours.  Foreman had good suggestions and kept us informed.  They completely cleaned up after themselves--swept the road, picked up everything and left no trace!  They were great..  I am thrilled with the work they did!  Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

    We hired A Perfect Landscape this year to mow, weed, trim and fertilize our lawn.  The first week they came out and did a nice job on cutting but over fertilized a few areas and burned the lawn.  Three weeks later they had an issue with one of their mowers having the blade installed incorrectly and that caused their mower to scalp the grass down to the dirt in several sections while causing those areas to die and look terrible for over two weeks.  After watering a ton to get those areas back in shape and having to call Marc at A Perfect several times (leaving messages with the receptionist) and leaving emails with Marc containing photos of the damage, Scott finally called me back and explained the mishap of the mower.  When the bill arrived we noticed that they had credited the account for one week of mowing due to the incident.  We sent our payment and a note requesting that we not pay for two weeks since they damaged the lawn and it looked horrible for more than two weeks.  I did email pictures of the damaged lawn to Marc and neither Marc nor Scott felt it necessary to drop by and see the damage, even though they are very close in proximity to my property.  I guess they have more focus on Hardscape based on the photos from their site.  I have since hired my neighbors 12 year old son to cut my lawn and heirs doing a great job!
