    Call2Inspect - Denver's Trusted Home Inspectors
We've used Call2inspect on three different properties and have always received outstanding service and extremely thorough inspections. They have saved us from many costs from roofing, electrical, hvac, siding, yard grading and plumbing issues. Our regular inspection cost$495....For full inspection with radon test and sewer scope, the cost was $700. Well worth it considering we could have been out 10s of thousands all added up.

    LEGACY HOME INSPECTIONS INC.
My Real Estate Agent recommended Legacy Home inspections during the purchase of a home. The inspector arrived on time. I foolishly relied on their insurance to cover errors and omissions. Dont make the same mistake. My experience follows. Details of Legacys (in my opinion) negligence are below along with their responses. 1 One of the electrical outlets did not work. The owner Toms initial response was that there must have been something blocking access to the outlet because they always check every outlet. Upon being told the room in question was empty his next response was that they are only required to test a random selection. 2 One of the bedroom windows had a broken mechanism for raising the window. Toms response was the same as above; first one defense then the other. 3. The AC unit outside was so damaged that the HVAC guys would not even service it. The responses were as follows: There was snow around the unit (about an inch), the unit was covered and we do not inspect covered items (there was a canvas BBQ type cover thrown over it), we cant move personal property (again a canvas BBG type cover), we dont have to inspect (even visually) the AC in winter, they are not required to inspect items not readily accessible (again the canvas cover), the inspection is not technically exhaustive, the inspector is not an expert at anything hes a generalist (whatever that is). The inspector took a photo of the tag on the unit. The tag was placed at the top of the unit so to do so he had to raise the canvas cover exposing that entire side. It would be impossible to see the tag without "touching/moving "personal property. I have included the inspectors photo of the tag and my photo showing the tag and the exposed damage. I have attached the photos. I would add the following thoughts. The ASHI membership which they tout as evidence of their professionalism and purportedly follow their guidelines, is nothing more than a group of inspectors. There is no evidence in my opinion of consumer protections. The contract is one sided; the only commitment to the consumer is to use ASHI guidelines then goes on to exclude any errors or omissions by the inspector. Its sort of like trusting the fox in the hen house. There is no accountability by the inspector for their work. The contract is written to protect the insurance company from claims; they deny based on the contract. In the unlikely event that the inspector admits fault, they are liable only for the fee you paid. For the same money you can get a licensed HVAC inspection, a Roofing inspection, a Plumbing inspection, an Electrical inspection and your brother-in-law and get information you can count on. I priced it out, you really can. Use these guys at your own risk, literally.

Pillar To Post - Lee Kastberg
We are purchasing a new construction home and our real estate agent, Paula Workman, recommended your company for a home inspection. While no major issues were uncovered, there were concerns that need to be addressed by the builder now to avoid bigger problems in the future. Having this report completed by a third party makes us feel better informed for our walk-through. Mike was extremely professional and thorough while also taking time to explain his findings and answer our questions along the way. We would highly recommend your company to others and recommend that a home inspection on new construction is worth the investment.

    MC2 Home Inspections LLC
Mike was absolutely wonderful! He arrived early and was extremely thorough. We were able to breathe easy knowing that he has no relationship with any realtors. A non-biased opinion is invaluable in this day and age! Mike is very experienced and knows his stuff! Thanks MC2!

    Quality Building Inspections
Don't look anywhere else, hire QBI now! Matt was wonderful, friendly, thorough, and willing to answer every question I had. He even brought water and snacks! He had so many helpful suggestions for ways to maintain the property and suggestions about things we might want to do once we move in. The company also provides a protection plan and a one year membership to an online homeowner service.

    Quality Building Inspections
I have used Doug for several home inspections this year.  He is very detailed and thorough.   He notices those small issues that may turn out to be a real real estate nightmare.  His advice is very solid.  He is very professional and on time.  Always has a smile and snacks available.  He does a really good job and has saved me tens of thousands of dollars.

On one property I was looking at to buy as a rental, he noticed the concrete foundation wall, which was covered by drywall in the finished basement, was not level and had shifted 2" out of plumb.  It was barely noticeable.  Upon further inspection from the structural engineer, it was a 10 to 15 thousand dollars repair which would have required tearing out most of the finished basement and re-pouring the foundation.  I terminated the deal and moved on.  Doug's keen eye saved me from buying a lemon.

    Magpie Property Inspections
Called and left a message at Magpie Property Inspections.  Rob Morris, owner, called back promptly and we scheduled the inspection for the time and day that was perfect.  I was concerned about the sewer line and they made a excellent recommendation for a company that does sewer line videos.  Living outside of the area, I didn't know radon was an issue until Rob brought it up.  He explained the importance and I thought it was a wise idea.  He showed up on time and was professional.  He is very detail-oriented and his explanation gave me incredible understanding of the property I was about to purchase.  Since I couldn't be at the inspection, he called me right after he was done to tell me his findings.  The report was sent to me the very next day.  He was very thorough and has a wealth of knowledge on the subject of houses and the areas they are located in.  He also sends a list of recommended service providers that is very helpful to new homeowners to the area.  I highly recommend Magpie Home Inspections.

    Sewer View
They were excellent.  Magpie Home Inspection referred Sewer View to me.  I had concerns about the sewer line due to the house being built over 40 years ago.  I called them up and they were able to come at the same time as Magpie Home Inspection was coming. They emailed me a link to the video the same day.  The process was easy and they treated me very well.  I would use their services in the future.
