    They were great! The owner called me shortly after I booked the service to let me know they might not be able to accommodate my first choice of scheduling. I really appreciated the quick notice so I could plan accordingly. Ultimately, they were able to come during the first window of time I selected. The guys, Tre and Lloyd, were very nice and professional. They worked quickly and quietly, which is important because I work from home. This company provided great service and I will definitely use them again.

    It was great! They did a great job. They came when they were supposed to and did everything. We would definitely use them again. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount because we had a full truck. The whole thing was around $500. They were good. You just have to be careful that you tell them exactly what you want because they took a few things I did not want taken, but it was my fault. The price was good and reasonable. The quality was good.

    The weekly trash pick-up service was excellent.  Pick-up was always on time.  During holiday weeks, the company would send an email letting the customer known of any schedule variations.
    The service from the office was poor.  When I first signed up, I inquired about different rates.  I was quoted both a quarterly rate, and an annual rate.  I took the annual rate, and paid for 1 year of service.  I received no bills for about 7 months, after about 7 months I received a bill indicating I needed to make an additional payment.  I sent an email back to the original Denver representative (including the initial email thread that contained the 1 year offer), and a different representative responded (I assume the 1st representative had moved on).  The 2nd representative looked into the matter, and found my account had not be switched to annual billing.  The representative said they needed to contact the billing department in Phoenix for a correction.  In about 1 1/2 weeks, I received an bill for annual payments, but the payment schedule was back dated to a few weeks ago.  I requested a breakdown in billing (to understand why my annual payment only lasted 7 months), but never received one.  I sent another email asking for resolution, but never received any response.  What I learned about Waste Management was the following;
    1) When asking about billing rates, make sure to ask for the total cost.  (The rates quoted to me did not include the "fuel /environmental charge", or any "Administrative fees".  I may not have selected Waste Management if I had know about these extra fees.  I suspect the payment I had initially sent in was consumed by these fees.
    2) Even though I had the original email thread where the annual offer was made, Waste Management never stood by their offer.

    College Hunks Hauling Junk & College Hunks Moving
    These guys rock. It's the second time we've used them (wasn't an AL member the first time). Especially for young guys, they were exceptionally professional, friendly, and worked their butts off. I have no idea how many trips up and down my basement stairs they made, but I never heard a single grumble or complaint. It took about two hours to load up the truck. The load included, among many other items, at least two dozen cartons of books - very heavy. Also, a loveseat, dressers, two dining room tables (don't ask), boxes of clothing, and tons of miscellaneous stuff destined for donation. They didn't leave a single scratch or scuff on any of the walls or doorways.
    The price was... good enough. Having used them before, I didn't shop for many alternatives. I'm sure there are cheaper services available, but for the quality and efficiency of the work performed, it was more than fair. It would have taken us days to do what they did in two hours, and we would have gone through a case of Advil in the process.
    Assuming all the franchises operate to the same standards, I'll hire them again when we get moved to a new city.

    Oasis was contracted to pick up, pack and move our householdgoods from las vegas to colorado. We first encountered oasis when we contacted them to provide an estimate with several other companies. An individual by the name is justin came to our home on 11 1 2011 and gave us an estimate of 7300 dollars to pack And move all of our household goods to denver colorado from las Vegas. justin guaranteed the 7300 dollar estimate he provided us after a 45 minute walk through was a clear and precise estimate and that we would not be charge more at a later date. He also informed us that other companies would give us a false estimate and charge us twice as much later after they weighed our goods. He went on to explain how credible oasis was and how they would not deceive us inin any way. I amwill a Disabled veteran who has moved several times with the military on multiple occasions I trusted him. This turned out to be 1 of the biggest mistake of our families live. After they had packed all of our goods into their truck they presented my husband with a billclear for 10,500 dollars, almost double what their original estimate was. They held all of our household goods for ransom until we agreed to pay the extorted price. Our goodsgoods are supposed to be delivered this morning at 10 am it is now 2 o'clock and no 1 has contacted us or showed up to deliver our goods. This morning I checked our bank account and we noticed that oasis had charged our account an additional $ 1500 dollars without our permission or authority. This is theft clear and simple. Not only has oasis overcharged us continuously but now they have fraudulently charge our credit cards even more money and have still got our household goods in their custody with no plans to deliver our goods. This has truly been the worst move of our lives. I strongly recommend that no one ever use the company again.
