    TV landscape
Hired TV Landscape to create a couple pathways and lay some rock. My dogs had torn up the side of my yard and I needed landscaping that could uphold them running around on. The work they did was great quality but the professionalism and communication was bad. We did need the work done rather quickly and you their credit, they were very prompt with service. The price was fine especially considering the prompt time frame we needed but my concern is that I never received an itemized quote, just a whole number so I really don't know exactly what was materiel vs labor. When we had concerns or questions, the owner was non communicative and down right rude at time to my wife. We had concerns that the landscaping wouldn't hold up to our dogs running on it. He basically blowed us off and did what he thought was best. Now about 60 days later, it still looks ok but the concerns we had we're valid and we have to spend more time than we wanted maintaining the area. Landscape fabric is starting be exposed because they didn't tack it down properly. Other concerns is they left paver scraps in my recycle bin, cigarette butts in the yard, concrete splashes on my fence. When I addressed these concerns with them (after final payment because I didn't notice right away) the owner ignored me.

    Kenny's Concrete
Start to finish the whole process was very well done. Once I made a call to get an estimate, the knowledgeable estimator was out within a week and completed the estimate during that visit. He then took the time to explain a few of the options available (new driveway, new garage floor, new sidewalk to the front door) and walked me through the estimate step by step, answering my questions. After receiving estimates from 4 other companies, my wife and I chose Kenny's, not because they were the least expensive (they were basically in the middle), but because the estimator and Gina, one of the company's principals, gave us the confidence that they'd do a great job. In fact, on Gina's recommendation, we delayed the job from fall 2016 (possible freezing concerns) until just after Memorial Day weekend 2017. We were put on the schedule, which then changed once again due to weather concerns (too much rain in the forecast). The crew arrived on the day promised and were incredibly hard workers, busting out the old and very long driveway in a day, being very respectful to our landscaping adjacent to the drive. Day two the crew showed up early to place the forms and install the rebar grid, working into early evening. A particular 'bonus' was the crew helping me install 2 channels across the drive where new sprinkler lines were housed. The next day the cement truck arrived and, again, the crew worked without stop until the driveway was poured and smoothed. They then policed the area, cleaning up debris. Once the drive hardened enough, they returned to remove the forms, and about a month later, once the drive had cured, a crew member returned to spray a sealer on it. A few days after that was done Gina called to follow up, making sure my wife and I were satisfied w the job. Over the nearly 25 years my wife and I have owned our home we've had 'hit and miss' w service providers, but Kenny's Concrete rocked it! We felt they were fair in terms of pricing, honest in terms of how the scope of work and type of pour was explained, and great w both pre-job and post-job follow up. We've already recommended them to neighbors and friends. If you have a concrete job in mind make a point to include Kenny's in your bid process...they did a great job!

    Prestige Contractors LLC.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. From the first second they stepped on the property until the last stroke of the paintbrush they were absolutely awesome. First, their prices were quite competitive, second they showed up when they were supposed to and did everything they said they would do and more. There were a couple of small additions to the job and they handled the changes more professionally than anyone else I have ever worked with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for construction services and I believe you will be as thrilled with them as we were.

Absolutely awesome! Can't say enough about Ryan and his crew, they did a great job and I will be recommending him to anyone that needs any concrete work done in the future. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, fair and works just as hard as any of his crew. A perfect experience!

    Legacy Concrete Inc
They were easy to work with they came in, they did the work they did it for the cost they estimated. I got several estimates and they were the most reasonably price. They came in at the best price and did a good job. The only reason I gave them a B overall was that there was some cleanup work that I had to do at the end that they didn't do. I don't know that it was necessarily part of the bid but I had to do it.

    Affordable Concrete
The company did a great job on regular concrete. We are very happy with the sidewalk. On the other project, not a good result. We wanted the color of the stamped concrete to blend with the flagstone and asked for their expert opinion in choosing a color. He chose a color that is way to pink and really doesn't blend with the flagstone. Also, when they finished stamping, there was an area in the middle of the concrete (about 2 x 3 feet) that looked different than the rest. The worker claimed that dog poop got on the stamping form and into the concrete, so he tried to get it out and smudged this area. Yes, if there was dog poop that's my goof, but they shouldn't have thrown the form into the grass and used if again without checking it. The company wouldn't do anything to fix the problems. So, here we are 10 months later and trying to do something to make the concrete look better without tearing it out and starting over again. As we are trying to fix it, we are getting angry at what we were left with and how much money it cost, so I'm writing this review.

    Daniels Landscape and Design LLC
Just moved into a new build (second in as many years) and Daniel and his crew far exceeded my expectations both in value and quality. It's refreshing to work with a team that knows what they are doing and care about quality. The work included a 10' CO Spruce, 10' Bosnian, three 18' multi-stem Aspen's and four other trees in addition to shrubs, sod, irrigation, concrete, mulch, rock and so on.

    Legacy Concrete Inc
It went very well. Weather delayed the start by a day (we had almost a foot of snow the week prior), but they arrived when they said they would, completed the work in two days, just as they said, and did a nice job. They communicated well with us, throughout.

    CUSHMAN'S CONCRETE
One the agreed upon date for me to confirm the start of our project he did not answer his phone. After repeated calls and messages: he did NOT answer my repeated request for a call back. A simple expectation is to at least return a telephone call. Please reconsider if you are planning to work with this contractor.

    Kenny's Concrete
The estimator set up appointment arrived on time, listened to our desires for the project, produced a bid, and explained the process. Scheduler called within two days to confirm appointment, answered questions, and discussed the project. On the day of the project, the crew was on time, respected our lawn and bushes, were efficient, did exactly what I asked in terms the broom finish, expansion joint sizing, and then got to work. Total time for the project was two days. Four weeks later their specialists came to our home to seal the slab. He made sure to protect the surrounding concrete surfaces and brick siding of the house. Communicated when he was coming and said a professional good bye. One of the BEST contractors we have ever dealt with, they had it all going on with consistent and clear communication, a well honed professional grade process, completed project on time at the bid price. They actually did their own quality control instead of relying on the homeowner to catch their mistakes. End result: After almost two months, the slab has one small expansion crack and the neighbors know who did the job and why we are so pleased.
