  • I have used Bumper Doc for many different services,.

    When the garage door won the battle with my Toyota Bumper Doc made it look like nothing had ever happened.

    The also keep both of our other cars looking brand new with their detail service and the headlight defogging.

  • Matt did an excellent job.  The car looks great.  He was able to get the scratches out of the drivers door.  The water from washing the car froze on the driveway, it was cold that day, he went out and bought some salt so no one would slip.  Very conscientious.  I will use him again.

  • I showed up on time for my appointment, however, I was kept waiting for approximately 15 minutes as they tried to locate my name on the schedule. When they found it, I waited another ten minutes while they tried to find the person assigned to my car. His name was Eagle, (kind of a different name,) and when I met him, he was friendly and professional. We both looked at the interior of the car, and reviewed what would be covered by the regular price. I asked if the roll out cover to the "trunk" of the car (VW stationwagon) would be covered and he replied it would cost an extra $25.00 which I agreed to pay. I paid the entire amount prior to leaving.
    I was told it would take about five or six hours , which is typical, to perform the services. We were unable to pick up the car until late in the evening. When my husband arrived to pick it up, it was dark and it was difficult for him to review the interior, even with the lights on. The next day,  we were shocked to see both sun visors, the console, the cup holders and dashboard had not been touched. I probably should have taken the car back and given them the opportunity to fix the problem, but I was so disgusted, I chose not to.

  • Fast and friendly. Although not advertised, on my asking upgraded my wash to the next higher level for my mentioning that I was retired military. Equipment is excellent, and it does a terrific job washing the car! Good Job!!

  • Since I had to stay until the car was done (about 21/2 hours), they started the car right away & tho it was not completely dry when they handed it back, they provided plastic to sit on & told me what to do once I got home to get it to dry thoroughly. They apologized for it not being dry (usually takes all day) & hated to see it go out still having some interior areas needing drying, but did let me take it because I needed the car right away. I definitely will use them again & would highly recommend them. I thought detailing was a waste of money until this experience. They got the car cleaner than I could & can really get the difficult to get to places clean!

  • Dropped one car off and left it overnight. They did a terrific job on cleaning the inside of my car which was trashed. Looked like new and smelled like a new car. Picked up one car and dropped off the other. Same result. trashed car in like new car out. Very pleased with the work and the people we dealt with.

  • The detailing was less than I expected: inside windows were still dirty, upholstery was still sopping wet, and exterior was just okay.  The detailer had an excuse for each item I mentioned regarding the outside clay/waxing job.  I had a Groupon for the cost, but would have been totally ticked off if I had paid the full price of $300.

  • Went to pick up the car, and all of the exterior glass was still dirty with road grime. They said it was because it had rained earlier in the day, even though they claimed to have finished it only 20 minutes earlier. They forgot to put the mats back in the car and I had to ask for them. Entire interior had a coat of oil on it like it had been wiped down with a rag soaked in vegetable oil. Large 12" black scuff mark on the door was still there even though they said they could get it out. I got it out in 30 seconds with a cloth and rubbing compound yesterday. Told us to leave the windows down overnight to let the carpets dry. When I went to put the right rear window up the next day, they had jammed the window in the frame somehow and the assembly inside the door broke. That cost me $250 at the dealership and half a day to fix. Worst detail job ever. I bet a teenager could have done a way better job, and would have been thrilled with $50. Don't ever leave your car with these guys.

  • On 29 February 2012, I ordered and paid for Aloha Detailing's "Complete Detailing Package" via Angie's List website.  I followed up the online order about 30 minutes later with a call to the owner, Kerwin, at (303) 913-7177.  I was greeted with a voice mail prompt to leave a message and I did.  Unfortunately, I never received a call back so I e-mailed Kerwin on 7 March 2012.  He replied that the weather had been messing up his schedule.  On the following day, we agreed to schedule the detailing on the 14th.

    On the morning of the 14th, one of Kerwin's employees (Ryan) called me to confirm the appointment and let me know that he'd arrive at approximately 9:30 AM.  He arrived exactly on time and after a brief tour of the vehicle, got to work.  Approximately 3.5 hours later, Ryan informed me that he was finished, explained what he'd done, answered some questions, then departed.

    After he left, I pulled the vehicle off the driveway and into the garage.  I then noticed a handful of wet spots on the concrete outside where the vehicle had been parked for the detailing.  I thought it may have been water and would soon evaporate (as it is sunny and 70 degrees F), but 90 minutes later I stepped back outside and noticed the spots were still there.  I tried using paper towels to soak up the spots, but without success.  I then used a wet sponge to wipe the spots and rinsed the area.  That seemed to help.  At this time, I can only speculate that the spots were a substance the detailer used to clean the tires or paint sealant that dripped onto the concrete.

    Overall, the vehicle looks quite a bit better, particularly the rims and wheels.
