It didn't. He never called back. I called twice explaining what I needed done and never got a response. I will try someone else probably next week.He had the most positive reviews so I called him instead of the others. No big deal, I'll find another. I probably have about 85% of my basement done. Need a little framing, a door set and a handrail refurbish in my entrance way.

Very well, Jeremy & his team do excellent work. They go above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results. They are always reachable & on time. He made friends with our pets so they would not be stressed by all the work as they were coming & going.

Trevor was awesome on all levels, I highly recommend him to anyone. As a Real Estate Professional, I would feel safe recommending this company and one of the most important aspects of hiring anyone is liability insurance and this company provides that for the peace of mind for homeowners need and many homeowners don't even know to ask.

It took a week or so for the rare monorail drawer track kit parts to come in. But, as soon as they got in Jeremy schedule the installation and repair job with my renter. The drawers were fixed in a day and I paid Jeremy that afternoon for a job well done. He showed me the completed drawers and explained where some further wear was on the sides of the drawers. The renters were happy with the fix as well. It was important to me to keep the original drawers, because it's the house I grew up in and I feel the cabinets and drawers still look in great shape. They just needed some TLC. It's great to finally find a handyman who gets any project done right and at an affordable price!!! Thanks Jeremy!!!

We had a few tiles bowing out in our shower. I contacted Dylan through a coworker who was super pleased with the work he did for her. He was super responsive and asked me several questions so he would be able to give me an accurate estimate so we could make a decision as to whether we even wanted to proceed. When we decided we did, he came up on a Saturday to look at our shower to give us the most accurate quote possible. While he was here, we joked about whether he could also paint our deck. The paint on all the wooden parts (and there are a lot of them) was peeling and really needed to be fixed. He looked at the deck--and even though we told him how horrible of a job it would be (which is why we hadn't done it), he said he'd be happy to do it. He submitted a quote that very evening and was able to start work the following Monday. We immediately threw him a curve ball--we had forgotten about a piece of drywall we wanted him to repair, and we wanted to add accent tiles to the shower. He didn't blink an eye. He said he could easily accommodate these requests and adjusted his quote accordingly (and the adjustments seemed tiny to me). We were so glad we had a contractor do the work. He literally had to demolish the shower and replace everything in the tile area, and he had all the tools to do the job correctly. Meanwhile, the other members of his team (sons Richard and Vincent) went to work on the deck, scraping and sanding off the old paint and then adding the new paint meticulously. Every time they touched a non-wooden part of the deck with paint, they immediately wiped or scraped it off. There is not a speck of paint anywhere but on the wood. The job ended up taking a little longer than planned (the weather did not cooperate with the painting), but Dylan and his team made sure the job was finished right rather than speeding through to finish on time. He also finished on budget--he did not charge us a penny more than his original quote (plus the additions I asked for later). I couldn't be more pleased with my shower, and the deck is beautiful--Dylan's, Richard's and Vincent's workmanship is stellar. Furthermore, they were careful not to damage our property (Dylan went so far as to lay a cardboard barrier on the entire bathroom floor and the entire bathtub to avoid damaging them), asked before they used anything of ours, and were very respectful of our time. But one of my favorite things about Dylan, Richard and Vincent is that they are just good, decent men. We immediately clicked on that first Saturday we met them, and they couldn't have been nicer or kinder while they were working for us. In particular, they worked really hard to get our shy, fearful dog to like them, giving her treats and treating her with love. :-) I wouldn't hesitate to work with Dylan again. Not for a second.

We had the large mirror over double sinks in our master bath removed so we could put up two framed mirrors. Greg repaired the wall, textured, and painted it so it looked just as good as new. He hung the mirrors for us and installed new light fixtures over the mirrors. He was amazingly fast, neat and tidy. We will definitely call him for other projects.

Jack came over about an hour after I placed the call to him to inspect the job and give me an estimate. He was able to start the job the following week. He took the time to listen and work with me to come up with the tile design so that the finished result was exactly what I had envisioned. I could not be happier with the finished result.

We had a laundry list of handyman-type items to be completed before we hosted out-of-town guests.  Greg worked to fit me into his schedule and to complete the work before their arrival.   Greg and his co-worker worked efficiently and skillfully.  Everything was done by the end of the day, including clean-up!  Greg is a craftsman who really cares about doing a job right.  He also tries to be as cost effective as possible, without sacrificing quality.   I would recommend Lynch Home Services to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

We signed a contract with Andy on June 24, 2014 to do a list of construction projects. The work was supposed to be completed by July 13 2014. The contract stated that the cost of the project would be at an hourly rate or a flat rate of 150 hours whichever was lower. We paid Any $700 more than the flat rate and then we reminded him that he had to finish the project on what we've paid him so far. Andy came out to the house a couple more times and then he stopped responding to our emails and calls. So far we've had a general contractor, a master carpenter and an electrician review Andy's work and they all gave him a grade F. They all said that very little of the work was to code and most of it would have to be redone. They also said that his work was dangerous and could cause fires or someone to fall through the loft he build above the bathroom as he did not use the proper supports and he put the 2x4s on top of plywood so people will assuredly fall through the floor. Andrew Swanson should not be in the construction business. He is trained as a firefighter and is an incompetent contractor.
