    We are not happy with them right now. We bought the RV last month and have been waiting on the title. They have not gotten it to us so we are really upset about that. Then when we call them to get information about what is going on with the title we have now gotten three or four different stories on why we have not gotten the title. If they are making up stories that is not going to fly with me. We have not gotten consistency on why they have not gotten it. I think the main reason we are upset is after we bought the RV -- it is actually a motor home -- we looked at our situation and decided that it is not going to work so we want to sell it, but obviously we can't sell it without a title. We are pretty annoyed with them right now. Because we paid cash, there is no reason for there to be any holdup. When we first bought it we thought they were really good and they went over everything with us. But this has been kind of a hassle because we feel like they are not being honest with us so that has kind of brought down their score. They gave us a decent price on it and they showed us how to use it, but it is hard to get hold of the right person to give us the right information about the title and they have not given us consistent answers. I think they are legitimate and are huge. I think they have their corporate offices in Oregon. Just after we bought the RV the brakes went out on us and they did take care of it, but shouldn't this have been checked out before we bought the thing? After they fixed the brakes my husband discovered the medicine cabinet had fallen off in the bathroom and had crashed on the floor and broken in the bathroom. He was pretty upset at that point. They did fix it. We compared pricing and found they are right in there. I don't think that was a problem.

    Used their on-line reservation system to reserve a 16 foot truck for one day.  This reservation was confirmed electronically about a half hour later.
    When we arrived, we were told that 16 foot trucks were not available, but we could have a 24 footer for the same price.  (But of
    course this larger truck consumed more diesel fuel but that was not factored into the cost).
    The cab reeked of cigarette so badly I had to drive the truck with the windows down (in December).
    We returned the truck after filling the tank at the Shell station just up the road from this place of business.
    They have limited business hours on the weekend so we had to use the drop box to return the truck.
    On Monday I called to find out what the final bill was and discovered that they added a $31 charge for fuel and a $30 refueling fee.  Somehow they managed to jamb in another 8 gallons of diesel fuel so they could lump those extra charges onto the bill.
    I spoke to the dealer and Budget customer service to no avail.
    If a truck has known refueling issues (as this one obviously did), they should have mentioned it at the time of the rental so I would know that the tank is not full when the filler clicks off.
    If you rent a truck from Budget be VERY careful to fill the tank slowly so as to let all the air out

    Turbos Rv Repair
    I used Turbo's Mobile RV repair to repair a problem with the propane system of my RV in July 2012. Their technician Aaron replaced it with a very expensive part which does not work, sounds the propane alarm constantly, and has destroyed my brand new coach battery. Aaron was also asked to take a look at the black water outlet, which had a very minor occasional drip. The "repair" left the outlet pouring feces and urine onto my driveway. I was also charged for time he spent at Home Depot buying parts he had failed to bring to the repair appointment, and for looking at an oven part that the previous Turbo's employee had looked at (and charged for the evaluation) on a prior visit. Neither technician had the part on their truck, which then (of course) entailed a completely new trip charge to return and do the repair. The Turbo's RV truck left 3 large oil stains in my driveway. The company was immediately and repeatedly notified of these problems, and has completely refused to do the repairs at their cost. I was unable to camp with my children due to these problems, and feel that the RV remains unsafe. After FIVE MONTHS of trying to get these repairs done, the owner Eric finally sent a very dishonest e-mail, trying to place their failure on me. He has been totally inflexible about doing the repairs, now blaming the "dark and cold" for his failure, despite the fact that they have an indoor repair shop, and had five months of warm, sunny repairs to do the work. He then accused me of previously posting negative reviews on Angie's List (which I had not done), apparently unaware that other customers were unhappy with his company. He bragged about his "outstanding reputation" and "good customer service", but I have not seen evidence of either. I find this company to be both destructive and dishonest, and would highly recommend AGAINST using them. EVER.

    Honest Accurate Auto Service - East
    I looked at several shops, as I was disenchanted with Dealer service. I met one of the owners and subsequently a service person who reviewed my maintenance recod, made suggestion etc., for keeping an older car in good shape. I was very satisfied with the service and attention.
