    Front Range Exteriors Inc
Shoddy house painting, missed a lot of spots and didn't pressure wash house or deck first but they claimed they did and still charged me for it! They messed up staining my deck so they now need to come back and fix it when it warms up. They stained it late in the afternoon in the fall just before the weather turned cold, it froze up like a sheet of ice. I slipped and fell and was lucky I didn't get hurt other than a bruised tailbone, and one of my dogs slipped and injured her hip. They got deck stain overspray on house (after they painted the house) and on the concrete, grass and rocks. They didn't caulk inside the skylight they replaced, said it isn't part of the replacement. Owner was a complete ***, very snarky and not willing to work with me (They claim to be Veteran owned, I am active duty Army and was in uniform, he didn't care), said if I didn't pay $5000 of the remaining balance of $7600 he'd put a lien on my house, even though we were not satisfied and they are not done yet. Jon B the consultant, was helpful but it stopped there. Do not hire them!

    O'Hara Brothers Unlimited
"O'Hara immediately responded and Ryan came to our house within a day and made a complete examination of our concrete tile roof where we had leak problems. He was prompt and very thorough, removing many tiles to survey the damage and made what appeared to us a very reasonable quote to fix the problem. He started the very next day and with the help of other knowledgeable employees and the owner, the job was completed expeditiously to our complete satisfaction. The problem turned out to be more than just one part of a leaking underlayment. This one section of our roof was poorly installed in a number of ways when the house was built and Ryan pointed it all out to me. I readily agreed that a repair to this section of our roof was needed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Erik Lessing. "

    Total Roofing
At the time of this review, I've noted that Total Roofing had obtained a 28% "F" rating. (11 out of 38 reviews.) In my brief experience, I can understand why. - Initially, I had planned on contacting and doing business with roofing companies that only had an overall "A" rating on Angie's List; however, I decided to make an exception due to having had a neighbor's referral. I was given one of Total Roofing's business cards with the name of "David Fleming, Project Manager." I called him on Wednesday afternoon, the 9th of August. We had a brief, but pleasant conversation. Due to that he was currently with a client, he had me text him my address, stating that he would call me shortly thereafter. He didn't. The next morning he sent me a text, and we scheduled an appointment for him to come to my home on Friday the 11th. He never showed up. Believing this to be a bad first impression, reflecting what to expect from Total Roofing, I decided not to continue on with them any further. On the following Thursday the 17th, I began to consider that perhaps Mr. Fleming had been in a car accident or other emergency. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I sent him a text stating that he had been a No-Show, and I asked if he was alright. He responded stating that he lost my contact information having broken his phone. I then expressed my understanding. I expected that he would return my text to reschedule his missed appointment; but, much to my surprise he did not. Communications ended there. - Come 7am Monday, the 21st of August, as I was enroute to a medical proceedure he sent me a text asking "What's a good time this week?" Wow! Yeah, that's not going to happen. So, long story short ("I know, too late."), it would seem that they do business at their leisure and on their own schedule. l would advise any one looking for a good roofing company to be warry of doing any kind of business with Total Roofing.

    Rampart Roofing Inc
Tom Hennessy was our initial and ongoing contact with Rampart Roofing. I cannot say enough about Tom's expertise and professionalism. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the roofing industry, he was also instrumental in helping us work with our insurance company to get them honor the coverage we have been paying for. The work crew was very friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. We are very pleased with our new roof especially since it no longer leaks. I would highly recommend Rampart Roofing for repairs or replacement.

JB Masters Gutter Service and Restoration
They had a good crew, they certainly did what they would on the estimate and they have followed up. I live in a snow county and they said "If the leaks comes back you call us immediately and we'll comeback". Honored the AL 10% discount.

    JR Roof Maintenance LLC
The on-site work was scheduled and performed in a timely and professional manner. The company representative also inspected our detached garage and barn roofs at no additional cost, an effort above and beyond the scope of the package I purchased. While on-site, he showed us photos on his phone of the maintenance work and overall roof condition, taking time to explain everything and answer our questions. However, we never received the "unbiased storm damage report" that was to be included. Apparently this was due to a misunderstanding over whether we "wanted" the written report. Although the rep offered to send me a report after I followed up, I never heard from him again. Bottom line, the actual work performed on the roof was excellent, but the report was not provided. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them to others, but this was a reminder to me to make absolutely certain all expectations are clear and agreed to by both parties.

    Highlands Roofing Inc
I got several bids from different companies but chose Highlands not only because they had a competitive bid, but because of their friendly and professional customer service and incredibly quick response time. Jessica always answered my questions (no matter how often I asked or how nit picky I would get) promptly, thoroughly, and with a good-natured helpful attitude. The work was started within a week of my signing the contract and they had the roof completed in 3 days. My roof is steep with several dormers and a cupola-type structure, so this was not an easy job. The crew was skilled and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was complete, even down to using a magnet to get nails and a leaf blower to clean off debris from my deck and walkways. They even washed the siding where old shingles that had dropped down left a mark. Robert Colodny (the owner) was here several times a day to be sure the work was done to his specifications and to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. He was very responsive and easy to talk to, putting things in terms I could understand. Everybody was professional, hard-working, and committed to doing a good job. My roof looks great and I highly recommend Highlands Roofing!

    Wyndhill Roofing & Gutters LLC
Email & phone communication is great. I always hear back from them with my questions. The only reason I downgraded the punctuality grade is that with one job, they did not show the day of the appointment. However, when I called, they responded quickly and rescheduled for the next day and were on time then. I have used them for 2 jobs and will call them for future ones.

    Gutter Professional's Inc

They tried to sell me more gutters and I refused to use them anymore, but they did get the gutters up, finally. They could have been more responsive and done the job right in the first place so I would not have had to call them several times to return. The gutters that they put on did not stop the rain water. We had to have them come back to do what they knew they should have done in the first place. They tried, tried and tried to sell me more gutters in the front of the house. After I told them no they still continued to want to call. They were really expensive.

    Masters Touch Roof
It was fine. They offered us a bid on our roof and I didn't want to do that. It was fine. It wasn't great. I had to put in three different times that I was available. It said they would get back to me in like three days. It took two weeks to call us. I was almost going to call Angie's List and say I want my money back because they never called me. Then, they called me so it was fine but not great. They were not very professional. They tried to sell me a whole new roof.
