  • Michael was great! He arrived on time, was friendly, and did the work quickly. He even lowered the price from what he had quoted since my husband had removed the old unit. I will definitely call him for my future plumbing needs.

  • I requested plumber service on the Angie's List website and Rick the owner called before I was off the computer. I had read Angie's reviews of different plumbers and I knew the price Rick was quoting me was fair. Rick uses a fixed price system so I knew up front what the charges would be. I needed a kitchen faucet fixed because it was blocked and no hot water was coming out even after I had changed out every part on it. Rick showed up with all the right tools and parts and got the job done in no time. He was thoughtful enough to use protective booties on his shoes and clean up everything thoroughly. He was knowledgeable and professional in every way. He even spent time looking at and answering questions about my radiant heat and hot water heater when this was not related to the job at all. I will certainly call him for any future needs and highly recommend him for any plumbing or radiant heat job.

  • No problems. Installer explained what he was doing, took care of everything, and cleaned up afterwards. Only issue is that their dispatcher didn't warn me that there was a $75 fee for someone to come out and provide an estimate. The fee was refunded because I used their company. Note water heater was $1650 including installation. Additional work added to total.

  • I met with Eric on Monday to talk about replacing my 17 year old water heater. I had a real good feeling after talking with Erik and felt that he understood my needs and wants. He promised me an estimate that night or the following day. Two weeks later and I never received the promised estimate. I tried leaving a message and emailing after one week but nothing. Evidently they didn't need my business.

  • We have used Michael for about three years for all our plumbing needs. Very responsive, fairly priced, and will come after work and on weekends to help out. Very nice guy and can do a lot at a very reasonable price.

  • Jeremy and his team know how to do basement finishes! Jeremy is knowledgeable, personable, honest, professional, budget-friendly, and on time. Look no further for your basement contractor and contact Jeremy today. We love our basement finish. Our friend and brother have also used J&J Construction for basement finishing and a fantastic deck and all of us can't give J&J enough praise.

  • There was a lot of sand in the hot water heater. Brian cleaned it out and gave me the sand to take to Woodmoor Water. (It was explained by Woodmoor Water that water heaters should be flushed every couple of years.)

  • It went exceptionally well. Mike, the owner, and his partner-in-crime, Nick, were timely, professional and helpful. They called shortly before arriving to alert us of their arrival time. They assessed the situation and immediately began the installation. The day before we had discovered that the furnace, adjacent to the hot water heater, was not working. Mike determined that the gas feed to the house had been turned off by people doing renovation work in the house. That discovery saved us the cost of a furnace repair man. In addition, the cost of the plumbing work was reasonable. We researched other plumbing companies and found Bill's charges to be among the most fair. He did not arrive and change his quoted price. As a matter of fact, he reduced the quoted price because the job took less time than originally predicted due to the renovation folks having already disconnected the hot water heater. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing without reservation.

  • Anytime did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). Since access to the job was easier from my property, they asked if they could park in the cul-de-sac, run a backhoe up my driveway to their property, do the job on the weekend, and run the backhoe back out. I agreed. Over the next several weeks (yes, “weeks”) I would occasionally find a pickup or two parked in my driveway while they worked this job. Since it wasn't overly intrusive, I didn't worry about it. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail. Someone stopped that night to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning (I later learned that this equipment belonged to a subcontractor – Olson Plumbing - working on Anytime's behalf). Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer line lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. I called Anytime and asked when they would be done with the job and they confirmed the next Monday they would be filling in the hole and neither they nor any subcontractors would need to be there again. When I got home Monday night, the backhoe and an additional bobcat was parked up against (but not, technically on) my driveway and Anytime's truck was parked in the cul-de-sac at the other end of my driveway. I called the next morning and told them they were no longer authorized to use my property for access or to perform work. The woman that took down the information indicated she would bring it to the Office Manager and get it taken care of. When I returned home, the hole where the work was done was filled in, the backhoe was on the street at the end of my cul-de-sac, I had a puddle of fluid in my asphalt driveway, two lines of fluid dripped the length of my driveway, and tire tracks of fluid the length of the driveway from driving through the puddle of fluid. My cable/internet also wasn't working that night. The cable company indicated it looked like the line was cut. I'll let you do the math. Since the first weekend, I was never asked to continue using my property for any purpose.

  • A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.
