Excellent. We used their pickup service and they were exactly on time for both pick up and delivery. The prices were very reasonable and the equipment came back in great shape. We would definitely use them again.

fine...we were unable to get the blades off ourselves, so they had to do it for us. we picked up the mower a day later than they had told us, but i think it was because the phone number that they had for us was incorrect.

When I first brought my snowblower in, they said repairs were running about a week. Exactly a week later, they called to say it was done. I wasn't able to get there right away to pick it up, but when I finally did I found there was one item that was not done. They had to order a part, so it took another week for them to get the part in and complete the repair. Despite the delay, however, they did quality work.

Excellent service.  Called and left message.  Charlie called back within the hour and set up a time to drop of my mower.  Service promised within a week...he had it done in 3 days.  Both Charlie and his son were very accomodating and pleasant to do business with.  His location is a ways out there but it was well worth the travel!

In late fall of 2013 I took in my riding lawn mover that would not start. I asked them to do three things. 1) get the mower running, 2) adjust the mis-aligned transmission shifter and 3) fix a leaky tire. No estimate of when it would be ready was provided. I called several weeks later after no contact and was told it would be another week.
I went to pick up the mover when notified and it would not start. The battery was dead. Not surprising as I knew the battery was old but I don't understand how they knew it was running the day before (when I was told it was ready) if the battery was dead. I bought and they installed a new battery. I took the mower home and used it few a few minutes when the shifter popped off the linkage arm. I figured out how to fix it and used the mower more. After about 30 minutes it quit working all together. As it is difficult for me to push the mower by hand 200 feet back to the trailer and get it on, it sat until spring of 2014. At this point the service is 2 of 3 for actually having been completed as the tire is still holding air.
I took it back to the shop in late May and ask them to get it running again. Again no estimate was provided for a ready date. Due to being out of town I called for a status 5 weeks and 2 days later and was told that they had called me 22 days earlier telling me that it was ready. I have the cellphone logs and no call or message was left. I suspect a mis-dial was made which can happen, but no attempt was made to recontact me for 22 days.
I went to pick up the mover, paid for the service and went to the back to load up. I waited for 5 minutes as two employees walked around me totally ignoring me. Finally when I interrupted one of them I was told they couldn't read my mind and I had to tell them what I wanted. I didn't realize that customer service was my responsibility. When they dug out the mower from the storage area in the back, guess what, it didn't start. At this point the employee just walked off. So I started to push it onto my trailer myself as I just wanted to be done with the issue. Another employee did offer to help which was the only positive of the experience.
I got the mower hone, charged the battery and started it. It only ran with the choke full on and only at a very high rpm. I used it for 20 minutes before once again it stopped working completely. It sits again until I can re-load it on the trailer and take it somewhere else.

    Nothing was done.
I'm sure that Rick is a great guy.  Called his number about a week and a half ago.  His voice message stated he wouldn't be able to do any service until after the 25th of July.  I can understand that - it's great when you're busy.  So I left a message stating that after the 25th was fine along with my phone number.  No call back received.
I expect the courtesy of a phone call back.  My cell phone is on from 6:00 AM til around 10:00 PM, and you can leave a message if there's no answer.  Not returning a phone call is bad company practice.  If you can't take the 2 minutes to call me back then what can I expect of your lawn repair service.  That's arrogance.  I'll find someone else who wants my business.

They do good work, Reattached the handle which had sheared the bolts and did tune up in October, but the chute froze first time used after that. They attempted repair again which didn't get the chute working, and came back a 3rd time and ended up replacing the chute. Each of the subsequent two times they didn't charge pickup and delivery fee, came quickly to pick it up, tried to beat the incoming snow, and the last time charged only parts and no labor for chute replacement. They kept on it until it worked and didn't balk each time I called to have them give it another go. They show care for their customers.

We've used this company before and they've always done a good job. They could be a little more customer-oriented, a little more responsive and quicker, but they do a good job.
