    Vision Works
Less than one year later one pair of glasses developed a crack.  I take VERY good care of my eyewear.  No way can this crack be caused by anything other than a defect.  Manager refused to even acknowledge that the crack may be a defect.  Said absolutely not a defect.  First of all, there are no absolutes.  Second, you'd think that after using this retail service for more than four years they's treat you better.  I will take my business elsewhere.

    The Wright Eye Center
They performed cataracts eye surgery in my left eye and follow on appointments until they had to refer me to the Retina Consultants (Dr Chittum, Dr Rich, and Dr Lew) of Southern Colorado. I had some rare side effects which only the retina specialists could address. The staff, Dr Wright, and his P.A. are all wonderful!!

    Eye Associates of Colorado Springs
He has a wonderful "bedside manner", takes the time to listen to my questions and doesn't make me feel like he's in a hurry, and explains in detail (in non medical terms) what's going on with my eyes and recommendations.

    Puckett, Dr. Frank

We recently moved back to Colorado. My husband had his appointment a month or so ahead of me. We found Monument Vision by driving by (live in Monument), and they accept our insurance plan. I checked Angies's List before I gave my husband the go ahead to make an appointment. The office (especially Dr. Puckett) has rave reviews. Because Dr. Puckett is so good, you will have to plan way ahead if you want to see him. My husband did not want to wait and made an appointment with Dr. Cline. He loved her. I made my appointment with her also. She is great--very knowledgeable, great bedside manner, and sense of humor. The staff is great as well. From the time you are greeted when you walk through the door and check in all the way to finding the right pair of glasses in the optical shop before leaving, the Monument Vision staff is friendly and professional. We'll be back.

    Colorado Spgs Health Partners
All of our doctors have been professional, seemed competent, and helped our family when our health needed it. I quite like our doctors. The only drawback is its hard to get in quickly when you're sick. However, for scheduled physicals or not urgent problems I've been pleased with their caring, promptness in turning in prescriptions, thorough exams, and common sense approaches. I haven't felt like money was their primary motivation. We've also been to the Urgent Care on Union and Fillmore and I think those doctors have been very good also. Sometimes you have to wait, but most of the time its not too long. Fortunately, the pediatricians are the shortest waits and they sign medical forms for your child usually that day, which I appreciate, without charging a fee.

    Haas Vision Center
Annual medical eye exam needed every year. Lenses required every 2 years. I am faithful regarding my vision with disease management exam every year. Dr. Haas refused to check my lenses after my eye exam. Stated to make ANOTHER appointment. I received my statement for payment after insurance etc and paid promptly. I then received another statement stating I never paid with another statement threatening collections from Peak Medical Management, Inc. I spoke with and quot;Kristaand quot; and she stated they received my payment. I have yet to hear from Jennifer @ Dr Haas's office. This is a reflection on his medical practice and how patients are being treated.

Eye Care Ctr Of Northern CO
Everything was set up to move patients through in an efficient manner with the least amount of hassle for both the patients and the doctor.  When you enter the building, the receptionists are behind a counter waiting to help you; there is a minimal wait depending on how busy they are.  The receptionist handles all of the paper work and data entry before turning you over to an assistant, again with a minimal wait.  The assistant gives you a couple of tests with mysterious machines before passing you to another assistant  This assistant is the one you will spend most of your time with. She or he gives you the bulk of your exam, refraction tests, eye dilation, photos of your retinas, and so on.  You are then taken to the doctor's examination room where you are granted 10 to 15 minutes of his or her time.  Regardless, the exam is thorough and the doctor is personable.  You are then escorted back to the receptionist for settlement.
If you are looking for a lot of warm fuzzy time with the doctor, this is not the place to go.  Otherwise, this is an excellent place to go.

We have always had a good experience at Monument Vision Clinic. As I said, the doctors are educated, they take their time with the patient, never rushing you thru. I appreciate that their main concern is the patient.

    Puckett, Dr. Frank
I first encountered a young man who did a glaucoma check. He then had me do a color blind test, a depth perception test and a test that took a picture of the back of my eyes. This was done instead of dilation of my eyes. It evaluated whether I had Macular degeneration of my eyes and other diseases. The clinic does offer dilation instead which is cheaper but I chose not to do that because I am not comfortable with how it feels. I was then seated in the examination room. The eye doctor came in and introduced himself. He preformed a through examination of both eyes. He was professional , courteous, and friendly. I found out I was wearing the wrong strength of glasses and he even noticed I had a right lazy eye. The doctor explained everything to me thoroughly so I would understand. He told me not to worry about my lazy eye because it only affected me in the sun, He even chuckled a bit when I told him my Mom said I had been closing my right eye since I was a baby. I was never pressured to buy anything from the eye department nor any other product. I did end up buying glasses because a company had come out with some new computer readers which I desperately needed for my home computer business.

If I did not live in Monument I still think I would drive the distance to come to the clinic. The people are so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There are several doctors there so I am sure one never has to wait too long for an appointment. When I arrived they got me in right away. I barely had time to fill out my paperwork. I know I would never go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

    Monument Vision Clinic
They are great. The staff is awesome and the doctors are great. They care and are concerned not just for the eye health but the overall based on what they can find and can see in the eyes. They are very personable and everybody we know goes there. Their bedside manner is fabulous.
