    Ryan & Blair were both very professional installers. They were on time and made sure to clean up after themselves. Greg Arnett (owner) personally quoted the job. He was quick, fair and reasonable in price and turn around for installation. Top notch company!

    Surgeons banged the back of my wife's head and left a huge knot and would not acknowledge this fact ans was not there before surgery. Wife was treated with absolute disrespect after a RN came into her room wearing perfume that would knock a buffalo over (my wife is an asthmatic), and then started a chant among other nurses on the floor/shift about my wife being some sort of "her highness". Even when Staff Management and other patients became aware of my wifes name and asked who and what room she was in, he patient confidentiality was abridged and blabbed all over the hospital as some sort of joke. Besides the HIPPAA requirements being thrown out the door, no apologies were ever made to her and the one week stay was h*** to her and myself.
    If you can go anywhere else for medical help, DO IT! If it were not for the emergency it was and not having any choice, Montrose has proven itself an unreliable and self centered hospital.

    Dr.'s are pompous and arrogant. Act like they're doing you a big favor by treating you. Some of nursing staff was ok but really didn't seem all that concerned with patient comfort. VERY NOISY. I kept having to get up and shut my door and they wouldn't close it when they left the room.

    They are wonderful. It's so nice that the business has the store like it would have if we were in 1961. There was a guy in there; they were talking and he took his stuff and left. Then he came back and said that he forgot to them because he was doing something else, and the man that owns the shop just said that he could have come back whenever and that he is not worried about it. He is very honest and very comfortable. The last time he filled out my ink, I took it home and it just wasn’t filling like it should. So it just didn't print a lot. I went back to him and said that I didn’t get maybe but one print out of it this time. He told me that I was probably right and that he was going to refund me for doing that. He told me they would get me a new one to get started with. He gave me my money back for the last refill. The price depends on the cartridge; mine is a small cartridge. It's not that expensive.

    A STORAGE PLACE
    They are very nice there, but when there was a problem with serious water damage to my sofa and oriental rug and other things, which were badly damaged, they blew me off. 
    When I moved my things out of the unit and discovered the water damage they were unresponsive for weeks, and after my persistent phone calls to the district manager, he finally called me back and told me they were not responsible in any way. 
    I paid $204/month for storage.  That should buy a locking, dry space. 
    in my unit there was a large crack (1" wide) down the center of the concrete floor.  All the furniture and rugs were stored over the part of the concrete floor where the crack was, sustained significant water damage.  The district manager told me there was no "proof" of moisture coming up through the crack, so they were not responsible.
    My feeling is I paid a lot of money and they did not provide a dry place for my furniture and rugs.  I am out thousands of dollars, and all they would say is that I should have bought insurance! Water/moisture came up through the large crack in the storage unit floor and they denied it, saying it must have gotten water damage elsewhere (which is not possible).
    If this is how they treat a good customer who paid their bill on time for two years I must warn potential customers to be very careful.

    I have been going to the VA hospital in Grand Junction for approx. 4 years and I have complete confidence in all the doctors at the facility. I broke my ankle in 09 and the orthopedic surgeons were the best.

    They are unprofessional. The office environment has improved. We do not recommend them, and we would just never go back. We would use them for cuts and scrapes, but not for any life threatening stuff. Another hospital is 60 miles away, but we would rather drive 60 miles.

    Sott and his team are always friendly, helpful and caring.  Colorado Document Security's drivers are very considerate and helpful.  In addition his office manager is a gem to work with.  I know I can call anytime and ask for special help.  It is nice to call a company and they know you and respect you.
