    Professional Ones
I have been to this website and have been directed to "Master" tradesmen. I have not yet found one until I found Daniel with his company "The Professional Ones." I cannot say how thorough he was for the week he was in our home. His professionalism yet personable way he carries himself is who you want to be workin in your house. I had remodeled 4 bathrooms with new tile, quartz and fixtures. He not only was vey careful not dropping even one drop of paint, but worked around our life in the house with the care we provide for my mother. I asked his opinion of some tricky painting in two bath closets, and he was right on both times. His lines are precise, he is tedious and is what should draw you to call upon him for work in your home too. He cleans up each day and puts everything away. I absolutely will call on him again when I renovate my second level of the house. I am so fortunate to have tried one more time to contact a Master on this site. He is everything and more. How he could not be? He gained all of his training in NYC beginning at the age of 17 and has been at it since, now more than 30 years. Give him a call, I cannot recommend him anymore that to say I would never introduce anyone to a bad person or a phony.

    American Wallworks
This was the second basement rec room I have hired Sterling to work on. I installed the drywall (walls and ceiling) on the first one, but hired him to hang and finish the drywall (walls only this time) on this one as the entrance to the room required blending with the original drywall in the stairway. He was out to my house for a quote within a few days of being contacted. Start of work was to be the next week but was delayed a week due to a personal emergency of his. Then his helper had a car accident so I ended up helping to bring the drywall into my basement and to hang the drywall. I removed a large basement window to make bringing in the 12' sheets of drywall much easier and keep the cost down. I received a small credit for all my work. I did not first see his contract until he arrived to start work and then did not get a copy until I later asked for it. The contract requires the homeowner to provide a dumpster for scrap which I failed to notice when I signed it. He commented on the cost of having to haul away the scrap for me. My fault for not requesting and scrutinizing the contract before signing. Also, drywall work is very messy and dust propagates everywhere despite hanging up many plastic sheets, so be prepared for major cleanup of the entire house afterward. In the end it was well worth it. Sterling's workmanship is excellent. It looks like the builder did it and you cannot tell where he blended the old and new texture.

    Lynch Home Services
Greg provided a quote several months prior to us actually scheduling the work. He honored the original quote. The work was done professionally and the quality was beyond expectations. The knockdown texture was matched perfectly. The paint job was great and the edge work fantastic.

Because of our schedule requirements, and despite the same, LHS was able to fit us in, in between other jobs, working on one room at a time (two rooms total).

They also patched a hole in an unrelated wall at no extra cost, and gave advise on other projects we have pending.

I would definitely recommend Greg Lynch and Lynch Home Services, and would not hesitate to call him again for other similiar jobs.

Greg did a great job. He showed up for the estimate and work when he said he would and completed everything to my satisfaction. If I need more work like this done in the future I will call him first. He also moved some things around with his schedule to accommodate me which I really appreciate.

    Home Services with Integrity LLC
Jerry and helpers did a great job finishing our basement media room. He was clear about the parts of the job and let me make all the decisions. The work is great and he is a perfectionist about the finishes. The room turned out just like I imagined (with some changes from my husband).
