Sent e-mail with a scope of work and plan requesting a cost estimate on a residential driveway remove & install (July 5, 2018). I did not get a response. I followed up with a voice mail on July 10th. Still no response.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Edge poured a beautiful circular wall around our new patio. They dug about a dozen pilons and then poured a footer over them to establish a solid foundation for the wall. Next they built the three layered forms and installed what seemed to be miles of rebar. Next they formed up the steps leading thru the wall. Finally they poured the wall and steps and hung around all day to wait for the perfect time to pull the forms and give the wall a final brush finish. It was absolutely amazing to watch.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Prepare and stain concrete floor in our house. Original prep was very sloppy requiring grinding out globs of miicro- coat so that trim baseboard could be successfully replaced. Edge Concrete denied this was a problem but was forced to repair by general contractor. Stain and sealer began to peel up 6 months after completion. EC offered to replace portions of the damaged floor but refused to take any responsibility for the defective work. " we applied the product correctly, there must be moisture or something under the floor." ( the rest of our house has stained concrete throughout, no peeling problems at all, 12 years!) Be very, very careful with this company if you decide to use them, get very detailed contract agreement. Their work is subpar and their professional stanards even more sub-par. Please call anytime for photo's of the floor and references of the contractor and subs that had to work with their product. Davida 970-663-0012
