    Stans did stand behind all their repairs and honored their work under warranty. when they replaced the rebuilt TX case, the replacement failed before 50 miles of use and they towed it from Ft Collins back to Loveland. A replacement was not in stock at Johnson's the supplier, so had to wait until one was available to change it out. They changed oil cooling line while it was waiting. The line leaked after replacement and had to replaced a second time. It all took a while, but my cost was the original cost of replacing the cooling line. Very professional communication.

    I would love to be giving Stan's a glowing review, but my experience doesn't justify it. I called them Tuesday morning and got an appointment to bring it in Wednesday morning, which I did. Both when I called and when I dropped off the car, we discussed how I *had* to have the car back on Friday, because that's when my family was coming to visit. At no time did they so much as hint that they couldn't do it. Well, they didn't even look at it until the next week! On top of that, there was the typical unasked-for inspection where they find other things that your car "needs", and which they would be ever-so-happy to fix for you for an additional charge. The problem I brought the car in for did get fixed, but I think the price was high. The overall high review scores for Stan's are suspect; they are incentivizing people to write 5-star Google reviews. This skews the score in their favor when compared to shops that aren't doing the same.

    I am very satisfied with mikes, they are reasonable with the cost and they do good work. The work stands out, and they are good people that are personable and reliable. They inspected the locks and took my door apart, found out the locks were not locking in the door. They gave me an estimate on the lock, and installed a light for me. Also, If you can't afford a brand new part, they'll look for a used part for you, that is excellent.

    The computer on my 2009 GMC Sierra was providing what I thought were false indications, saying the traction control was disabled. I took the pick-up to E & B and they quickly diagnosed the problem, kept me informed as to cost and options, and had the vehicle repaired the same day. I am very happy with the quality of work and customer service they provided.

    It was reasonable. We got very good tires for a good price. I do remember shopping around. They had very good service and a very good price. They had some sort of seasonal deal going. We had also picked up a nail in the sidewall of one of the new tires and they replaced it. It was still within warranty but they were very good, very efficient on that as well. Their very good. They were very good, they were all very courteous, very efficient. They met the, they gave me a time limit and they met that. They were just very good and if they weren't I wouldn't say they were but they were really good.

    BEST CAR MECHANIC IN COLORADO - DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I seriously cannot sing enough praise about Phil's Pro Auto Service. They have saved me so much hassle and headache in the last week I feel like I owe them $10,000 in medical bills! I was royally screwed by Firestone in Loveland, CO on Sculptor drive (avoid at all cost) when they advised and I hesitantly agreed to put a $400 water pump in my 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee during a routine oil change. The day after I picked up the repaired vehicle from Firestone I started getting "Transmission over Temperature" messages and my water pump temp was spiking in the red. My wife and I are expecting our first baby on the 29th, literally any day now, and being that this was our family vehicle, I needed this car repaired and reliable RIGHT NOW. After being told by Firestone that "that had nothing to do with the work we did" I started calling other places. A Co-worker recommended Phil's Pro Auto, and even though I live on the far West side of Loveland, I really needed a car mechanic I could trust, and someone who wouldn't BS me, all things my co-worker assured me Phil's was. I called Jon White and was immediately impressed. Jon knew what problem I was describing halfway through describing it, and said he was familiar with the issue, having just repaired a Jeep with the same problem a week ago. What a relief to hear! I dropped my car off at Phil's a few days later for Jon to immediately confirm his theoretical diagnosis once he was in the car, which of course he did :). Jon greeted my wife and I with a smile and a handshake, and immediately started paperwork on getting it checked in. Finally a place that understands customer service!! Jon proved that all the damage and things overheating were directly caused from a FAULTY WATER PUMP INSTALLATION, obviously all pointing back to Firestone. The total bill was about $1400 including a few $100 for maintenance items I asked them to take care of in the interest of putting the vehicle in tip-top shape for baby coming. With a lot of Jon's help, including him hurrying Firestone so he could return my vehicle to me, Firestone Corp paid $850 of that bill, basically everything that could be attributed to their fault. I was more than pleased with the outcome given I expected them to maybe cover another $400 water pump at best. I have 20-30 emails back and forth from Jon concerning quotes, minor questions here and there, dealing with Firestone, etc etc, and while I won't bore everyone with posting them all here, I would be doing Phil's a dis-service to not convey a few of the thoughts that Jon wrote me.... "I���m sorry that you are having to go through this like that. It is part of the reason our industry has a stigma that goes along with it! I���ll be honest we make mistakes too but it is the way that you handle those mistakes that makes the difference. Thank you for allowing us to show you how a repair shop should treat you." "You are welcome please let me know if I need to do anything to assist with more details if they need it so you get taken care of." "They are sending an independent adjuster here to evaluate the vehicle at the beginning of next week. I have told the adjuster you need the vehicle back as soon as possible so I plan to start doing all the repairs on Tuesday. He said he understood that and will be calling me Monday with an update on when the adjuster will be here. I will report to you that information once I have it." I could keep going.... As I hope you can see Jon is GENUINELY concerned for his customers, and advocates for them whenever he can. I owe this man so much for the amount of hassle and stress he has alleviated from my situation. 45 minute drive or not, I will FOREVER AND ALWAYS be taking our vehicles to Phil's Pro Auto Service, and recommending anyone I can to do the same. You will not be disappointed! I happily paid the remainder of my bill, and my Jeep is running in TIP TOP SHAPE!! Finally I have the peace of mind that this baby can come any second and I have a reliable vehicle to take my wife and baby to the hospital! I had Pizza delivered on the day I picked my car up for Jon and his team, the absolute least I could do for such amazing service and concern. Apparently Meat-Lovers with Jalapenos is the shop favorite for any of you other elated posters :) Phil's Pro Auto Service is THE BEST!!!! I will never have car work done anywhere else.     WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR. AVOID AT ALL COST. I will never spend another cent in any Firestone nation wide along with my family and friends. Nick and Rich and Dennis will tell you anything to make you smile and get off the phone when you call with a complaint. I took my 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and was called saying "Your water pump needs to be replaced. It's $400 all together" After having previous issues with this exact same location; (parts never ordered for an appointment made a week in advance, left my car unlocked all night in the lot, etc.) I was definitely quite hesitant to have them do any further work. But my wife and I have our first baby due on August 29th and I couldn't risk waiting. They did the work and I took the car home. I called the store and spoke with Nick the day after I picked my Jeep up from the water pump replacement saying that I was getting an error "Transmission Over Temperature" and my temp gauge would slowly climb to the red in idle. Obviously something to be very concerned about. It was also extremely odd that my windshield wiper sprayers were not working the next day, I'm anal about a clean windshield and use them daily, they were definitely working the day I brought it in. I asked Nick about both of these issues, he responded, and I quote "Neither of those things would have anything to do with the water pump replacement. Our techs wouldn't of gone anywhere near the washer fluid line under the hood, you can definitely bring it in and I can take care of that for you for $15 or $20, but that wouldn't of been from us" Frustrated, I said okay, hung up and started calling other mechanics. My new forever mechanic is Phil's Pro Auto in Greeley, absolutely worth the drive out in my opinion, Jon has been amazingly helpful. I got the diagnosis back from Jon and a FAULTY WATER PUMP had been causing my coolant to leak out, leading to everything overheating, and other things like the thermostat permanently damaged. I now have $1000 in repairs being done to my car because "The Water pump didn't have anything to do with it" I am forever infuriated with this disgraceful business, and would highly encourage ANYONE to take your car ANYWHERE else unless you like wasting time and money.

    Family Tire Pros Auto Service Center


    ��        Jan 27         Took car in for simple tune up. Picked it up several hours later and didn't get out of the parking lot before it was misfiring and engine light was on. Why didn���t they catch this?


    ��        Jan 28          Seemed it needed a new coil. Kept car overnight to order part.


    ��        Jan 29          Faulty part came in. I picked car up but had to bring it back on Monday. They said it was ok to drive with engine light was  on unless it started blinking.


    ��        Jan 30-31    Afraid to drive it with it misfiring although they said it was fine to drive.


    ��        Feb 1          Engine light still on. Back in to try to fix and order parts.


    ��        Feb 2          Pick up car and engine light is still on. They say they need to run more tests. Ok to drive with engine light but, again, pull over if it begins to blink.   


    ��        Feb 3          Started knocking and engine light blinking. Family Tire still trying to figure out what to do. Afraid to drive it.  Would not give me a loaner or rent me a car. Basic run around. Corporate is now involved.


    ��        Feb 3- 6     Afraid to drive it for fear it may cause more problems. Calling back and fourth, corporate with Family Tire and they with me.


    ��        Feb 7          Had no choice but to drive a few miles from home. Coming home engine light was blinking, it started knocking loudly,  misfiring and would only go 20mph on a highway in 55mph speed limit���in the dark.


    ��        Feb 8          Steve at FT wanted to tow it to a friend  in Ft Collins who knew more about Jeeps, for another diagnostic. He could not get to it for 4 days.


    ��        Feb 9          Fed Up! Called the Jeep dealership in Longmont. Had it towed to the Jeep Dealership in Longmont. (Closest���not one in Loveland)


    ��        Feb 10        Jeep Dealership ran a diagnostic, found that FT had, indeed, caused the problem.

    I spoke with FT and gave them an estimate of the approximate cost of around $525 and said I would get back to him on the final amount.


    ��        Feb 11        Parts came in at Jeep Service Center and work was completed


    ��        Feb 12        Picked up my car in Longmont.


    ��        Feb 13        Called Steve at FT to give him the total of $619. He said he had already called corporate and given them the estimated figure of $525. He said he would call corporate and give them the information and call me back. He never called back.


    ��        Feb 14        Received a check from FT Operations Group for $525.00.


    ��        Feb 18        I called FT and told them that I received the check from FT for $525 and asked if they were going to send a separate check for the difference. They said they would call me back. They never called back.


    I have called several times and each time when I tell them who I am they come back to say the manager isn���t there or they take a message and he never returns my call.

    I left my car with them while I traveled on business. They called me with details on the things I requested, and I chose to go ahead with some repairs and not to on others. The car was ready when I returned. I have used them several times before, even when they were located in Berthoud.

    I trust them with my aging Prius, since they are professionally trained Toyota people. They are fair and have never tried to steer me into unnecessary repairs.

    Have used them many times over the last 5 years. Their prices are reasonable. The work performed each time was done well. Rarely have I had an issue, but when I did they worked to fix the problem until I was satisfied. They are nice, friendly people, were recommended by several people and I was not disappointed.
