ARocky Mountain Appliance SolutionsAwesome! Our refrigerator freezer quit and we were at the mercy of recommendations. We were given Jake's name who upon calling came and looked at freezer promptly. He got it working for us and then came back with the part. He had given us a quote but came and did the work and actual bill was less than quote. We would use again...though hope we don't have to for awhile. Thanks Jake!- Penny P.

ALocal Motive Appliance ProsI had been having trouble with my Samsung washing machine for a while when I reached out to see if Mike could take a look at it. They fit me in the next day, he was on time, was obviously very knowledgeable about my problem and took the time to break it down for me. Local Motive has my business for any and all appliance repairs!- Jessy E.

ALocal Motive Appliance ProsWe highly recommend Mike, he was great, professional and prompt. He did some trouble shooting first to see if he could get the ice maker to work without ordering parts. He found the issue and said he would be back to replace get it going. We had some broken parts on the door replaced as well. What a refreshing and wonderful experience. Love working with these people!!!!- Dana O.

ALocal Motive Appliance ProsExcellent! It is so nice to know I have an appliance repair company that is reliable, quick to respond and does not try to "upsell" services needed. Mike is very honest and his services are very reasonable. On a previous separate call for our washer, Mike fixed an issue that 2 prior companies had attempted to repair. He fixed the problem his first time out. I highly recommend Local Motive Appliance!- Joann C.

AAppliance ArtisanTodd arrived on time, was very easy to work with, my husband had just had hernia surgery two days before so he couldn't move anything. Todd got right to work and within a short while knew what our problem was, we needed a new motor control board. He wrote up a summarized report which we appreciated, it was thorough and gave us the information we needed to decide if we wanted to replace the part or buy a new machine. When we had a couple of questions, Brie, the lady who answered our calls, was super nice to work with and helped us figure out what we needed to do. We would definitely recommend Appliance Artisan to anyone looking for a company you feel safe coming into your home and being honest with you and working with you patiently if you have questions.- Ron and Tina S.

CLocal Motive Appliance ProsI don’t have a problem with the repair man. He was very nice. My problem is with Angie’s List. I put in my zip code and was quoted $45 for a service call. The repair man the let us know it would be $100 after I had prepaid $45. Will not use Angie’s list again- Ed T.

FAppliance ArtisanNot well, Paul Stone came out to fix the refrigerator, on his second time out he "fixed" the capacitor. Actually dropped it on the floor, found after he left. Refrigerator no longer worked. It took Paul 2 weeks to come back out. He knew that we were dealing with a kitchen remodel, he actually diagnosed the problem with the new $4000 refrigerator that we purchased in June and lasted 3 months. We were pleased that he was on top of things, until the downstairs small refrigerator didn't work and we kept a small ice chest. Not sure why it took him 2 weeks to return; my husband told him bout the part he found on the floor ~ that was the problem.- marsha m.

AHarmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt.

AThis work was done several years ago, 9 - 10, and the basement is still in great shape. I've been working done here during the 2020 Pandemic and I LOVE IT. Paramount crafted custom drywall shapes around a couple odd ducts, and put in little doors to the crawl space and water main. The half bath is still beautiful. It all has a professional look. I asked them to put in a large basement window lined with timbers instead of an aluminum or plastic liner, and it came out really well and is still in great shape. This is the nicest space in this 1971 ranch house in Gunbarrel Green. (Cost below is approximate, based on memory.) -cc

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
