    Todd arrived on time, was very easy to work with, my husband had just had hernia surgery two days before so he couldn't move anything. Todd got right to work and within a short while knew what our problem was, we needed a new motor control board. He wrote up a summarized report which we appreciated, it was thorough and gave us the information we needed to decide if we wanted to replace the part or buy a new machine. When we had a couple of questions, Brie, the lady who answered our calls, was super nice to work with and helped us figure out what we needed to do. We would definitely recommend Appliance Artisan to anyone looking for a company you feel safe coming into your home and being honest with you and working with you patiently if you have questions.

    Employee was actually early. Listened carefully to my explanation of problem. Was conscious of shoe coverings...with or without. Began disassembly of dryer immediately. Did run into a couple of problems that had become severe with the dryer. Explained those problems and received authorization to correct. All parts were available and employee proceeded throughout the repair process without hesitation and was very professional at all times. Prior to completion, employee offered estimated cost and was okayed to complete repairs.

    An excellent experience from start to finish! I left a message with Quick Appliance for them to give me a quote for a dryer repair. Their friendly office person responded within the hour and had me a booked appointment for me within the next 48 hours (one bigger company I contacted had promised me 10 days!). The technician, Nohea, was on time and extremely polite, warm and professional in our home. While we decided that the problems with the dryer were too big to warrant repair, he was able to diagnose the problems and give me alternatives, including timelines and costs. As I say, my wife and I immediately decided to replace the dryer - and even then Nohea suggested some recommendations of where to buy new. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick Appliance to others. Thank you!

    I called and they had a man out very soon. He was very professional and took time to check every thing. I was not charged for the first visit. I would not be until the work was done. This I really liked. They called when the part was in. not a long wait. The appointment was for a time. The repairman was running a little late and I got a call from the office about that. He was only 15 minutes late, but it meant a lot as I had other plans . the repairman was very neat and got the job done quickly.

    The repairman came promptly, but had to order a factory replacement. He went out of his way to fix the fan temporarily, though it could not last. He explained and demonstrated the repair, was personable and professional.

    The repairman came the same day that I called which was great. The repairman appeared within the estimated window both the first visit to investigate the problem and the second visit when he replaced the burned out power strip. My only issue was the delay in getting the part which took a week. I don't know if that is reasonable or not for part availability. The repairman thought it would only take about 2 days. I was told by the office that when they had the tracking data on the part, they would call and arrange the repair visit. After 4 days I called the office and was told that tracking indicated that the part was due that day which was the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and that the repairman was fully booked that day so they couldn't schedule me until after the weekend. Fortunately the repairman did call me on the following Tuesday and repaired the dishwasher later that day. Again, I don't know if a full week is reasonable for a part, but not calling with an update at least caused the rating of "B" in responsiveness. The repairman was quite knowledgeable and professional and I will use this company again.

    I was given a timely and convenient appointment. The technician arrived promptly (actually a little early!) and quickly diagnosed the problem; the drum had slipped out of position, but the machine was otherwise in good condition. In the process of repositioning the drum, he discovered a leaky valve. He said he couldn't be sure whether the leak had been there before, or whether he had caused it -- so he replaced the valve at no cost to me. I am highly impressed with the efficient, professional, and ethical service that I received.

    Great! Nathaniel came out and helped investigate the issue. He troubleshooted the issue and told me that the motor might need replaced if the connection was messed up. After adjusting the connection, the washer ran. He had the customer's best interest in mind, and I highly recommend them.

    Jeff was punctual on arrival and explained the issue clearly to us. He fixed the icemaker, reset the temp on the refrig and freezer, and helped us understand how to avoid future problems. He was very professional and helpful. We felt his fee was reasonable, especially with the Angie's List savings. As he left, he even went the extra mile to help my husband unload a grill. Appliance Artisan will be out "go-to" company for any future appliance repairs we need.
