Pressure Washing reviews in Louisville

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • I hired Peak Pro Painting based on their experience and reviews. I was under the impression that I was hiring Peak Pro Painters and they were going to be the painters of my house but found out after the job was complete that my job was subcontracted out. I approved the estimate which came in a little over $4,000. The job was scheduled to start on Wednesday August 16th,2017 since I work from home I was home for the majority of the time. I was informed that the foreman for my job was named Raymond. Raymond was not just the foreman he was the only person that showed up to paint my house. He worked about 10 hrs on Wed and Thurs, and finished up on Friday with a female assistant and they worked for about 5 hours. The company that painted my house is J & G Painting, one painter, four years experience, no reviews and no testimonials. The job completed was about 75% good and 25% bad. The side of the house that was bad is the side that is exposed to all the elements. Sanding and scraping was not completed the old chipping paint was just painted over. The response from Peak Pros Rep was "old paint ridges will not go away. As long as the wood is protected, that's what matters." Working is as a real estate appraiser for over 25 years home appearance is important to owners because that is what relates to value. (Pictures Attached). I hired Peak Pro Painting not J & G Painters. No one from Peak Pro Painting showed up to inspect my property, they only showed up to pick up the check. This is an unprofessional company and I would never hire them again, and if you do hire them make sure the company that is painting your house is Peak Pro Painting not some other fly by night company.

  • Outstanding! The PPoB crew did an outstanding job repairing and preparing our house for paint. They had planned to finish all prep in one day but didn't cut any corners and ended up spending one and a half on it. When it came time for paint they took time first to make sure they we were in complete agreement on the plan. Afterwards, they left yard and parameter picked up and neat. Our house looks amazing and we couldn't be more grateful for the work the guys at Painting Plus of Boulder did for us. We highly recommend you call Painting Plus of Boulder when you decide to have your house painted. They were great!

  • Overall I was very pleased with the work done.  The crew was courteous, reponsive, efficient, and took care of all my requests.  Upon inspection of my home I see consistent quality workmanship.  The one hesitation I have in giving overall perfect scores is that communication from the company was not the best it could have been.  We were expecting a call on Monday, and then I got a text on the Saturday morning before that that the crew was ready to come over.  We were not prepared but scrambld to get ready for the crew.  We weren't entirely sure of the color yet, because we had a couple more days to play with it, and it ended up costing us $200 in wasted paint.  Even though I had given the go-ahead for the color, we hadn't tested it on our house, and my wife wanted a slightly different color, which we ended up getting correct after all.  But overall I am please with the job that was done.

  • Personable, professional, and extremely fair-priced; Steve was punctual, and presented me with great options and quote. The property is a rental home and Steve's performance far surpassed my expectation. He was very courteous and considerate of my tenant and I was impressed by the pictures that she sent me. Will definitely be on my list of "go to" individuals in the future.

  • The experience was good. They did good work and they were quick. They were neat. They did a good job for a reasonable price. They were very professional. They did what they said they were going to do. They were solid as far as a company. The people that set up the job were very responsive and they were good to work with. There were no surprises and everything worked the way it was supposed to.

  • He's really, really good. If he wasn't I wouldn't have him back so often. He’s a nice guy & very fairly priced. He'll make color suggestions based on your yard, personality, & the other houses around. He's very knowledgeable about his work. If there's any interruption in schedule, he's sure to let you know. The paint doctor will prescribe the right combination of paints for you!

  • We have a house that is 18 years old and badly in need of not only painting but caulking, sanding and other preparatory work.  It is also a house that has over 30 windows in it.  Brick makes up 2/3 of the house.  They took 5 days to complete the work with 2 hardworking individuals doing all the prep work and painting,

  • The owner, Christine Rainey, is extremely knowledgeable about the products she uses. She personally oversees or does much of the work herself, has a strong work ethic and very high standards of performance. In both of my experiences with Christine, she has proven herself to be one of the best in her field.

  • COST WAS $3200 (STARTED OUT AT $2800, BUT I MADE A COLOR CHANGE AFTER THEY STARTED, SO IT COST ME AN EXTRA $400). THEY WORK SLOW, WHICH WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING, BUT THE WEATHER DID HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT. THEY ARE THOROUGH. BUT I THINK COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB WITH THE TRIM WORK, 2 COATS WAS NOT ENOUGH IN SOME AREAS. ALSO, TOM IS A BIT BULL HEADED, AS HE PUSHED ME FOR COLORS HE THOUGHT WERE APPROPRIATE, RATHER THAN WHAT I LIKED. I HAD TO GET MARSHA ACROSS THE STREET TO KEEP HIM ON TRACK WHEN I LEFT TOWN, AND FROM WHAT I HEAR, IT WAS A GOOD THING, BECAUSE HIS COLOR MATCH WE AGREED ON BEFORE I LEFT, WAS NOT WHAT HE WAS GOING TO PUT ON, AND MARSHA CAUGHT IT. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT PRICE, VERY THOROUGH, BUT NEEDS A LOT OF GUIDANCE BY THE HOME OWNER TO KEEP HIM ON TRACK.

  • WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL, BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. NEXT AVAILABLE TIME FOR POWERWASHING HOUSE WAS ONE WEEK AFTER I CALLED. THEY WERE PROMPT AND DID A GOOD JOB; THERE WERE A FEW SPOTS OF DIRT HERE AND THERE, BUT THE HOUSE LOOKED MUCH BETTER. COMPANY CALLED LATER THAT DAY TO FOLLOW-UP.
