    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
Overall, very solid. Little bit of an issue at pickup where the driver wouldn't come down the road to the house (very wide road), but understandable that the approaching road may have been a bit tougher to navigate; only frustrating part of this was that the driver stated that we had to meet him down at the grocery store or he was cancelling the pickup, and when we headed down, he was in the store shopping... otherwise, load up went fine. Delivery went without a hitch. Came straight to the house, unloaded just fine. Everything in good condition considering a cross-country move, and the driver was professional and competent. Executive Auto Shippers (the broker) were great the whole time. Good communication and thorough followup. Would definitely recommend again.

They had some trouble replacing the inverter coolant due to an air pocket in the system which required them to keep the car overnight (I think air pocket in the inverter cooling system is a common problem in a Prius). They tested my brake fluid and said it was good and no need to replace it. I had my car back at noon the next day. They did a good job. Car runs fine.

    Big O Tires and Service
Most recently they replaced strut springs on aftermarket Bilstein struts that I provided (for me to install on my DIY strut/shock project) then subsequently did a wheel alignment and headlight adjust on my Tacoma truck.  Over the years they have done brake, alignment and tire work on our Highlander (2005, now with 130k miles on it), including a $1500 repair when it had front end part damage after a hard impact into a curb (new teen driver...).  The Big O staff always does a great job of communication about price, expected completion day/time, etc.

I highly, highly recommend Adam, Mike and the rest of the crew at Louisville Big O!!!

The driver side window was stuck down and would not go up. They estimated repair cost of $400. My wife took the car in. They replaced the switch for $300 without checking out anything else. After replacing the switch they said that the motor was bad and would cost an additional $400 which we do not have. So we ended up with the window still not functional after paying $300. They should have checked the motor prior to replacing the switch so we could have at least saved the money on the switch.

They could have replaced the oil pan gasket and I would have paid the $720 no questions asked because I thought it was leaking. These folks have earned my trust. This is a a very honest shop. I highly recommend them.

    Accountable Auto Care Inc
This was my first visit to Accountable Auto for routine maintenance. The service was prompt, professional, efficient and fairly priced. A weird noise I was hearing was diagnosed as a normal wear and tear issue. I did not get a hard sell on a service or new parts, but given an estimate what it would cost to repair when the noise became unbearable. When the time comes I will be back for my major repair. In the meantime, I will visit Accountable Auto for normal maintenance on all my cars. Highly recommended!

I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service and was informed that some additional repairs were needed, which was not surprising given that my Volvo is over 12 years old.  When one of the parts needed to be ordered, they put me in a loaner car so that I could head back to work.
I checked back on my vehicle the next day, and had a hard time getting in touch with the person who was handling the service for my vehicle.  She finally returned my call in the early evening to let me know that my car was ready to be picked up.  I wasn't thrilled with the lack of communication (which was an anomaly in my experience with this business), but when I arrived for pick-up, she discounted my bill because of the hassle -- much appreciated!
I've tried other places for service, but have consistently returned to Sill-Terhar for Volvo-specific care.

Fisher Auto dba Fisher Honda dba Fisher Kia
The Fisher service team is top-notch.  Every visit is quick and painless -- they know exactly what needs to be done, how long it's going to take, and I can get work done at one of the desks while I wait.  I even brought my car here last summer for a quick check-up before taking a 3,000-mile cross country trip, and they checked everything out free of charge!
I've gone here for every service visit since I've lived in Colorado (3 years) and will continue to come back.

The shop did the radiator service, and when I checked the work at home. I discovered the mechanic left out one of the air dam screws and did not replace any of the anti-vibration tension plugs in the air dam.  I took the vehicle back and was made to feel like I was a major nuisance and why would I care about a screw and some plastic plugs.  I explained that they were all there when I brought the car in and I wanted them all there when the work was completed.  I was told that those tension plugs have to come from Toyota and the LT shop doesn't have any.  So I asked that they order them from Toyota, which they did.  So I had to bring the car back a 3rd time to have the plugs installed.  I spoke w/the manager and he made me feel like I was the most unreasonable customer of the week, even though I was polite and calm in all the discussions on the matter.  I would have expected that he would apologize for the careless work and at least offer me a free oil change next time.   He barely said, "Sorry about that."  I felt that he wanted to close the matter and get on to the next big ticket customer.
I've had all my vehicles serviced here for years and bought multiple sets of tires.  They are honest and do good work.  However, I must say that their customer service was poor on this occasion and the front desk service writers need better training in customer care and courtesy.

My Highlander Hybrid was up for a 90K service and timing belt change. After less-than stellar service at the local dealer and another independent shop I found my way to Charley's Garage for this big job.  He needed to schedule a couple days out but had it done promptly, paid attention to all the little details, and the car drives great. The price was slightly less than the dealership and the quality of the work and service was a huge improvement. It's nice to know I won't have to take it back in to re-fix what should have been done correctly in the first place. Plus, Charley did not call midway through to hard sell extra services like the other shops -- usually air filters, extra fluids, tires, etc. I think he would only do that if the car actually needed it. If you take your Toyota to Charleys, just beware it is a little tricky to find behind a German auto service and Mexican statue shop.
