AL & G Appliance RepairThe ice maker is now working fine. It only took one day to get the part. It would be nice if the repair person were able to have the necessary parts with them so that you don't have to pay for two visits. However, I understand it may not be an option, as the repair person has to first diagnose the issue.- Patricia W.

ALenny's appliance repairMy experience with Lenny 's company is outstanding. I found him on Angies list and he came to fix my broiler. Many repair people dont carry parts anymore. He had the part and quickly fixed problem within 3 days. 2 days later i came home to my frig freezer fan making a racket. He was able to squeeze me in the next day and had part to fix. I will be using him for repairs for appliances that he fixes. Great experience .- Cynthia K.

AGreat experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed.
