Window Replacement reviews in Longmont

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • We had two bathrooms that needed to be remodeled including moving a wall and changing all electrical and plumbing. It was a major remodel for bathrooms. Paramount did excellent work. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The job did take longer than expected but that is fairly typical in construction and the delays were mostly due to the city and not Paramount. Overall, we were very happy with the final outcome and would absolutely hire them again for another remodel project.

  • Very well, Jeremy & his team do excellent work. They go above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results. They are always reachable & on time. He made friends with our pets so they would not be stressed by all the work as they were coming & going.

  • From the get-go, my dealings with K & G Solutions were A#1. The products are top quality, the prices more than competitive and the people terrific -- friendly yet highly professional. Greg was always responsive to questions in a timely and open manner. He believes in his products and noted he surrounds himself with good people. I couldn't agree more. I would not hesitate to call him again nor to recommend him to others.

  • These things always take longer than you think they will: matching the stain took a few months, installation was three rather than two days, getting the stain guy out took a couple of days. The crews were always on time and professional. In the old window removal process, some of the original trim work was dinged up in a few places, but the finish guy repaired the dings.

  • It went just fine. I like the windows. The original installation was poorly done and they had to come out and fix that, which took some time, so that didn't make me real happy. But the windows are good.

  • I had my roof removed and replaced. I also had the gutters replaced and plates installed to avoid leaves from clogging up the new gutters. The original venting for the house was inadequate and Colorado Roof Toppers fixed that as well. Yes, I could have got a lower price. But I would not have received a manufacturers 25 year warranty against leaks, I would not have got my skylights removed and I would still have to fight leavers clogging my gutters every year. And they pulled a permit to allow the city to come in and inspect their work. How much more did I pay for all this added service, just about $300.00. Was it worth the extra. Without a doubt. The manufacturers warranty would have handled that cost all by itself. What I got was a professional team to come out, do all the work and it was done in a day and a half. The crew was polite. Answered all my questions. The company owners were on-site at the beginning and end of the day to view the work and make sure I did not have any questions. This is the ultimate team when you need a new roof! Highly recommended and I have already recommended them to a contractor I hired for other work to be done at the house.

  • Fantastic! Chris exceeded our expectations, and was always responsive when texted or called via phone. He is also an expert on all things we needed, what type of window, shower door or tile, etc. He never suggested something that wouldn't work for our situation. Very knowledgeable. Our timeline was postponed due to bad weather and Chris continued to work in little windows of time when there was an interruption by weather or a delay in delivery of materials. He never lost his commitment to see the job through and do the best work possible. One caveat - the paint job was off a bit but when pointed out to Chris he fixed it right away. My husband and I love our new bathroom! PS - I forgot to say that our materials for the remodel were approx $3,000 - new toilet, all tiles, bathroom door, light fixtures, paint, window, wood for window, dry wall, new top for vanity with sink and back splash, etc.

  • Colorado Roof Toppers was referred to us by a co-worker/friend. And Denise took the time to help me understand what was needed and she tried really hard not to confuse me with all the terminology. She understood that we would have to wait for the insurance company and was very understanding when we had some hick-ups. They took really good care of us and did a wonderful job. I just wished over companies had more pride in there work.

  • We did not hire them. We had talked to them at a home show. They were very nice when I spoke to them initially. They called to make an appointment to give us an estimate. They did tell me at the time that it would be a 60 to 90 minute presentation. That didn't bother me too much, so I agreed. They called again the day of the appointment to confirm. I still agreed. However, I had not checked with my husband. When I told him how long the presentation would be, he had zero interest. Given that we have no intention of buying any new windows in the near future and were just interested in getting a ball park idea of what we would be looking at, I decided he was right. It wasn't fair to take up that much of their time when we weren't actually interested in buying. I called to cancel the appointment. I was very apologetic for wasting their time and explained why we were cancelling. I was stunned! The rep was immediately on the defensive, heaping on the guilt ("but you SAID we could come"), putting on the full-court press to get me to change my mind. When I told him that I had read on Angie's List that their presentation was very hard-sell and I wasn't interested in that, he became borderline abusive. I finally told him if that was any indication of how I would be treated once they got into my home, I was glad I had gotten out in time.

  • They did pretty good work but you can't trust what they say their price is. They came over and gave us a price and then 8 months later they gave us another price which supposedly was 30% off and it was higher than the original price. The workers were good and they did a good job but really what upset us was about the pricing. They were very friendly guys.
