    Lynch Home Services
Greg and his team were absolutely outstanding. Hired them for interior paint and new interior doors originally. So impressed with their work I hired them to do a complete kitchen remodel including tile back splash. Could not be happier with the end result. Always upfront about pricing, always showed up on time and worked incredibly hard. The attention to detail was beyond what I could have expected. Would absolutely hire again. Have already and will continue to recommend Lynch Home Services to anyone needing work.

We had two bathrooms that needed to be remodeled including moving a wall and changing all electrical and plumbing. It was a major remodel for bathrooms. Paramount did excellent work. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The job did take longer than expected but that is fairly typical in construction and the delays were mostly due to the city and not Paramount. Overall, we were very happy with the final outcome and would absolutely hire them again for another remodel project.

I hired Paramount to finish my basement and received very good results. The price was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. The Paramount team was extremely polite, helpful, and respectful. I am very happy with the way the basement turned out and I will definitely be using Paramount again for future projects.

Very well, Jeremy & his team do excellent work. They go above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results. They are always reachable & on time. He made friends with our pets so they would not be stressed by all the work as they were coming & going.

Overall a great job. The actual work was done very well. There were a few issues due to back ordered items which caused the timeline to be pushed out a few weeks but overall the job was done and I would hire again.

    1. Salesperson high-pressured us into signing up immediately. I wanted to sleep on the offer overnight, but he said it wouldn't be available the next day. He had too many contacts to see to waste any more time on me. Lesson learned. NEVER AGAIN. But, I would have 3 days (Federal law) to rescind buying decision. And I further would have 30 days to try it out. If unsatisfied, they would remove it and refund ALL monies paid. 2. Salesperson suggested that our home's location would be great to serve as a model for the neighborhood and that the equipment would be free. All apparently lies. 3. Equipment installed was not tested completely and some items weren't working as advertised. When I called to have it "Finished and working" was told that it would be 5 days before a tech could be dispatched. I consider service time for anything to do with security more than one day to be unacceptable. Period. I decided to rescind my decision. The document I had to sign and deliver to them had to be either sent by telegram (what?) or mail to reach them at their home office in Provo, UT. So, I emailed them a scanned copy of my signed rescinding of the contract, sent them a certified US Postal envelope (return receipt required). They still haven't refunded any monies, but they have 10 days to do that. I feel certain they will take the whole 10 days. Phone contact with the home office was tenuous at best. They weren't rude, just very un-helpful. Obviously, they were going to "talk me into keeping their system." As to the prices, the cost of the equipment was exorbitant. Total cost was approx. $2880. This included the control panel, 3 glass break sensors, 3 door sensors, 1 audio detector next to a previously installed smoke detector that could be tied into their system, 2 motion sensors, 2 door locks (Kwik-set) door bell camera and yard sign. Monitoring was $50/mo. Installation was $99.00. Equipment was set up as a no-interest loan (because my credit score was above 650 or 700) at $48/mo for 60 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Once installed, reviews of their monitoring seem to indicate no problems. I just didn't like their tactics or pushiness. Cost of the equipment turned me off as well. As to punctuality, the install person on the second day was over 4 hours late. Not a good track record.

Perfect! Hire Greg Now!! Quit looking if your trying to find a superior painter, trim carpenter and expert drywall craftsman. He worked on a large project for us spending about four weeks over the course of 90 day project. He was very flexible in working with the other trades on the project and found a way to adapt to changes and make things work. He was always flexible and a pleasure to work with. A really good guy always showing up on time and willing to do what was needed to stay on track Often we had changes to the original plan and he rolled with the changes. His skill at drywall / texturing work is only second to his skill and attention to detail when painting. I'm a bit OCD and he made me smile with his attention to detail. Straight lines and detailed work on a very complex project with curved corners and multiple colors and extensive baseboard and door trim work. Have no doubt - hire Greg now!

    Advanced Doors And Security
I called and spoke with Jeff to confirm they could work on small commercial external doors. Our need was urgent, so we set a time, same day, for an estimator to come out. He asked for pictures of the door we were most concerned about. I took the pictures and emailed them to Jeff at the email address he gave me, and also included a few additional things I was wondering if they might provide estimates for. Jeff apparently called while I was taking the pictures and did not leave any message about the appointment, only that he was trying to contact me. I called to talk to him but could only get his voicemail and asked him to call or email me to make sure he received the email and to confirm the appointment. Several hours later, after not having received a response, which was about an hour before the scheduled appointment, I called again. Again, I had to leave voicemail and asked if he had received the email and to confirm the appointment. I received no response, neither by phone nor email and no one ever showed up. It is now several hours into our next work day. Still no response, followup or explanation.

Shawn is an excellent worker with an exceptional work ethic. He tackled all of the jobs with enthusiasm and finished everything with perfection. Where he thought a change was needed he discussed his ideas and left the decisions up to us. His painting of our house was also done with perfection. Shawn is very amicable, a hard worker and does an excellent job. I will be using his services again as needed.

Greg did good work. He came in on weekends in order to get my project done before he went on vacation. He also cleaned up after himself. That's a big deal to me. It was an insurance-paid project, and Greg's estimate came in within what my insurer was able to pay for the scope of work that Greg performed. All in all, it went very well. Greg is at the top of my list of contractors to call if I ever need work done again for two reasons, first of course is that the work is done properly, and second, because I can trust him inside my house. To give you an idea of my background and the lens through which I evaluate contractors, I manage multi-million dollar ($15M - $85M) construction projects for a $7 billion a year construction company.
