    Our recent car purchase from Internet Auto Brokers was an absolute disaster. This business expands on the low reputation that comes with used car dealers. Unreliable product, foggy car histories, zero customer service, and an empty bank account are what you will get. Be discerning and take your business elsewhere. We dealt with this lot with our backs against a wall while trying to quickly replace a hail damaged car before a pending cross country trip. We purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot with 120k miles. Less than 1,000 miles after purchase (just over two days driving), we are now faced with a compromised radiator, a severely abused transmission, and a damaged head gasket. If we hadn’t taken the Pilot our for a long trip, the problems wouldn’t have surfaced until severe damage had been done. This shop is either completely unaware of the quality of car they are selling, or they are knowingly selling vehicles with catastrophic problems. They had a major role in stranding our family on vacation, requiring an emergency tow, forcing me to buy a last-minute flight home, weeks of work to deal with this car, draining our savings account, and putting my wife, daughter and I in an unreliable, broken vehicle to drive across 4 states. What was their response? Nothing. No helping hand, no solutions, no apology, no nothing. At this point, I can’t even get them to respond. Avoid this shop at all costs. They do not stand behind their product, can’t keep their promises, and their business practices are either just plain lazy, or they are actively putting their customers at risk.

    We went looking for a Subaru Outback and ended up with a Forester. That wasn't the issue. The issue was how we got to that point and afterward when we changed our mind about the car. We wanted some features in the car that surprisingly did not come with the car. The salesman said it would be an easy fix. So we bought the car and then found out it was not an easy fix. We had told the salesman that if we could not have these things installed, it would be a deal breaker. He assured us it was no problem to get it done. When we found out that it wasn't like he told us, we wanted to get out of the sale and get the cars we traded in back. The general manager told us that we could not do this because the title work had just been done and that there was no right of recision law in Colorado. I found out from an attorney that he was not true. We feel that we were lied to and that this was the worst car buying experience that we have ever had. I would not recommend this dealership because of the way they do business.

    After driving an SUV and a minivan for the last 6 years, I was ready for a car. I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion from Joseph Trujillo. I love my car!The process was easy and their office is newly remodeled with a great waiting lobby.

    Overall ,this dealership hid and covered up known issues on the vehicle we purchased and did not treat us with much respect. Amazingly enough we also never received any follow up calls from the sales lady-guess they were afraid to hear the truth.
    We will never go to this dealership again for anything. We understand that they are in the business to move cars and make money, but they should do it in a professional and honest manner-not be deceiving!

    Their service department is excellent – none better as far as I’m concerned. Every time I bring the car in for anything they always go through a check list to make sure my car keeps running. They're very friendly & helpful. It's more like going to see a friend than to deal with a business. They also have a loyal customer discount card you can get.

    I was searching for a new Nissan Altima with specific features and color. Valley did not have one in stock, but said they could get one delivered from another dealer. Valley prepared a quote and stated that it was exactly the car I was looking for. After some checking through a third party, I discovered that the car they selected was actually a demo car with over 1600 miles on it - hardly brand new and probably abused! They were very friendly and responsive, but ultimately hid information from me to try to make the sale. Their price was also much higher than a quote I obtained from an online source.
