    Kaiser Permanente Urgent Care
They were so caring, but also very professional. I felt like I was the only patient they had because of the attentiveness I was given. They were SO efficient, and communicated well with one-another. I really felt like I was safely in good hands. They took great care of me, and didn't try to rush me out the door. Not only that, but the food was good!

    Guardian Urgent Care
I went to Urgent Care because I had come down with shingles, an absolutely awful, horribly painful illness. I did not have my own primary care physician, not that it would have mattered, since it was a Sunday when I became ill. From the time I walked in the door of the Guardian Urgent Care office, I was treated with respect and professionalism. More than that, though, the employees demonstrated kindness and concern toward me and the other patients who were there. That was a big difference from my former doctor's office where I felt like I was just one more task to get through and not a paying patient. When the medical technician asked me why I was there and I told him it was shingles, he asked me which side of my body had the outbreak because he wanted to take my pulse and blood pressure on the other side for my comfort. How thoughtful! I saw a physician's assistant and not an M.D., and he was top-notch in my book. He entered the exam room in a flurry and said, "Wow! You rated your pain at an 11 on our scale of one-to-ten. When I saw that, I said, 'I've gotta get in there!'" I had actually been crying from the pain at that point, but the PA made me laugh. The physician was very gentle and careful in doing the exam. He was sympathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to sit with me and talk about the implications of my illness, possible complications, and what to expect from treatment. I appreciated that the meeting was not rushed or perfunctory. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I was told that if the medications weren't effective, all I needed to do was call the office and they would call in a different prescription to my pharmacy. The PA also said I could call him with any questions that I had about the illness and medications. When I left, I didn't have to pay anything right then. Urgent Care took care of billing my insurance. The visit actually cost about 40% less than what I would have paid at my former primary care doctor's office. I felt miserable as a result of the illness, but my visit to Urgent Care took a lot of stress out of the situation for me. I would go back again without hesitation.

I use them because my insurance covers me there.  They were extremely competent.  I had a successful surgery there.  It was relatively easy to schedule a surgery.

    Nextcare Urgent Care - Arvada
It was a good experience.  The doctor quickly had my hand imaged and luckily there were no broken bones.  Because of the pain, was put in a simple brace to keep my hand from moving too much during the healing period.  In the end, my hand feels fine and the treatment was sound.  The clinic is simple, but clean and they have always been very prompt with their care.  The staff don't chit chat with each other while you are waiting, which is nice.  When you are sick and need immediate care, the last thing you want to hear is staff laughing and talking.

They have been very spot on. They follow up, always checking in on me to see if I need to refill my meds, very friendly, on time so I think they do a great job.

Front desk was friendly, nurses were so great, the doctor was awesome. The treatment was thorough and helpful. I was given medicine to prevent infection, bandages to change the dressings, a tetanus shot, and medicine to manage the pain. They made a traumatic situation much easier to handle.

The place was clean. The billing was simple , and I saw a real doctor (not an RN) pretty quickly.  I really appreciated the process.  Turns out the cash price I paid (because my insurance hadn't switched over from an old employer yet) was better than what I would of paid with insurance.  I paid and left.  Their advice next steps avoided a expensive RX (another benefit) and had me right as rain by the next day.  I will be back anytime my family has minor illness/etc that needs a doctor. . .its a great time/cost/quality option.

The staff are very friendly.  Both times the doctor was real clear about his treatment and was willing to answer all my questions.  They emailed my prescriptions to my pharmacist right away.

It was not such a wonderful experience. She went for what turned out to be a kidney stone. She was in raving pain and I have never seen her in so much pain. I had to go up to them like 4 times to take her in but they were not looking at her. Finally I had to get on them and a few other people also helped me to tell them to take her as it was obvious to the people in the waiting room that she was in pain. They suggested that it could be appendix pain which was not the case but once she was in they treated her well and it was fine.
