The finished product was incredible and we have thoroughly been able to enjoy the backyard as a result. Throughout the process, Cedric and the team were very helpful in explaining the overall process and contacting the various teams we needed (fencing, tree removal, etc.) to get our backyard in the shape we wanted - we're thankful we went through their team, as it made it certainly easier. Cedric and his team are very detail oriented, and take pride in all of the work they did (e.g. cement pour, grading, planting, construction, etc.) and it definitely shows through in the final product. CI called on the 27th of Oct, signed the contract on the 28th of Oct. They were to come and do the job on Nov. 20. The morning of Nov 20th they called and said that they were not going to be able to make it as they were having issues with their machine. They showed up in the 27th (7days layer and almost a month after the initial contract signing). Trimmed the tree, did not blow away the sawdust that was left and also broke my picket fence in three places. See pictures below. Spoke with one of the guys that was here and made him aware of the broken areas. After the job was complete, I asked for a receipt and he said that the office would be mailing me a receipt. He could not provide this. Eric said that he would come back and fix the fence and he has yet to come and fix the broken areas. I called the office 2 times left messages and no one has responded as I type this on Dec 6. I do not recommend this company.

AAmerican Eagle Tree Care completed a large job for me. Five trees were removed, stumps ground, trees trimmed and new trees planted. Ramiro was great to work with. He was flexible regarding scheduling, arrive on time & cleaned up entirely at the end of the job. He also shared a lot of information about caring for trees. He obviously loves trees and enjoys caring for them. The work done by American Eagle Tree Care was excellent. I plan to use them for all my tree service needs.
