    Sharp, Dr. John A.
Great. I appreciate that Dr. Sharp is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He takes time to listen and answer questions that other doctors either were not willing to do or did not know the answer(s). Further, his office staff is always friendly and helpful despite being very busy. After a long time of having a very painful foot, I can finally walk normally and wear shoes without pain.

    Peak Orthopedics
Dr. Hugh McPherson did a fusion on my L4/L5, and decompressions on L3/L4 and L5/S1. I am so thrilled with the results of my surgery. I had put this off for almost 5 years; each year that I went in to see what I could do to reduce my pain, he patiently showed me my x-rays and then my MRI. In the end, I made the decision to go through with the surgery, hoping that I would get some relief. I cannot say enough positive about Dr. McPherson- he listened, explained, and then masterfully completed my surgery. I made a trip to Europe 7 weeks post-op and experienced no pain, even though we walked almost 90 miles in 17 days! I could never have made the trip without the excellent care that I received from Dr. McPherson. I would highly recommend Dr. McPherson and all of Peak Orthopedics & Spine to anyone. Thank you so very much!

    Sanford Avner MD
I have been a patient of Dr. Avner since my wife and I moved to Parker, Colorado in 2008. Dr. Avner is caring, compassionate, and professional. I sense that he treats me as he would treat a member of his own family. Visits with Dr. Avner are never rushed. He always takes time to provide a thorough examination and listen to any concerns I may have, and to answer any questions. One of the many qualities I appreciate about Dr. Avner is that he demonstrates he is interested not only in my allergic condition but in my general health and welfare as well. He believes in preventing symptoms from becoming something more serious. I have utmost confidence in Dr. Avner and in his ability to diagnose and treat conditions related to my allergies. Dr. Avner surrounds himself with a professional and friendly staff. Of the many physicians I have seen over the course of my life, none has been more caring and more professional than Dr. Sanford Avner. He is, is my opinion, an outstanding physician for whom I am glad to provide this review.

    Robert Leder MD
I found Dr. Leder to be rude, arrogant and condescending in the extreme. Without a doubt, the worst experience with a physician in my life.

His "management" of my infection was neither effective nor helpful.

After his "revolving door" time with me in the exam room, I received a bill that appeared to be totally out of line with AMA allowable CPT charges, so I wrote to my insurance company and University of Colorado Health and asked both to look into the potential of billing fraud.

I have never written a letter of complaint about a physician before this. But I truly believe Dr. Leder's gross disrespect of me justifies this submission and the truthful comments above.

    Marina Ivashchenko MD
I like her a lot. She is very thorough. She wants to make sure she answers every single question that I have and she just doesn't spend the 15 minutes. She goes through everything with me line by line to make sure that I understand everything that is going on. The treatments have worked out very well. They have very nice facilities. They are clean and neat. I will definitely continue to see her.

    Eigner, Dr. Edward B
The biopsy of the prostate went well, although I was nervous. Dr Eigner and his nurse, Debbi, did a terrific job on the biopsy in his office and it only took 10 or 15 mintutes. The surgery went well about 5 weeks later, and we were very pleased with Dr Eigner and his entire team. I worked with his PA and his nurse, when appropriate before and after surgery. Their coordination and communication is excellent, and that helped us understand the entire process and outcomes. Dr Eigner's bedside manner is always excellent. He is very positive and supportive and always takes the time to explain and answer questions that both my wife and I have. He advised me on which books to read on Prostate Cancer, as well. This was extremely helpful. I feel that Dr Eigner has such broad and deep experience, and that his judgment is so strong and insightful, that I always receive the best care and direction. I continue to see Dr Eigner every 3 months when we take and review blood tests to monitor whether I am past the Cancer stage. Called and quot;watchful waiting.and quot; He was recommended to me by a close friend who had similar prostate symptoms and issues. I am so glad I followed my friend's suggestion to see Dr Eigner. Dr Eigner is the complete physician/urologist, and I would not want to have done this with anyone else. He and his team are that good.

I have had chronic back pain for over five years.  After seeing 3 different doctors, many MRIs and epidurals with no relief I was about to give up.  Then my friend told me to look on Angie's List to find a good spine surgeon.  This is where I found Dr. McPherson.  He was the first doctor who has been able to actually pinpoint the root cause of my  pain.  The previous doctors could only give me some possibilities.  I always felt those doctors didn't believe me about the severity of my pain.  I went through several costly epidurals that did nothing to reduce my pain.
It was such a relief when Dr. McPherson could identify and show me on the xrays and MRI that I have spondylolisthesis.  I have tried all the conservative methods and now am at the point where surgery is my last alternative.  I finally feel validated about my condition and feel confident about my upcoming surgery in December.
Dr. McPherson and his staff are friendly and listen to you.  The office is very nice and easy to get to in Lone Tree.  I would definitely recommend seeing them.

    Center for Womens Health
Filled out forms and left urine sample.  Front desk attendant was friendly and efficient.  Nurse arrived promptly to bring me in where she weighed me, measured my height, took my blood pressure and finger stick blood test.  Nurse was friendly and efficient.   Dr. Ziernicki arrived shortly after the nurse left, reviewed my chart, chatted a while and began my exam.  Throughout the exam she pointed out exactly what she was looking for and helped me to become familiar with my body.  Dr. Ziernicki is very thorough and gentle.  She is a wonderfully compassionate, caring, and informative doctor.  I have been seen by three other GYN docs in the past 10 years and none of them have compared to this women.  HIGHLY recommend her.

    Jennifer Arnold MD
I have been going to Village Family Practice for several years, usually to see the nurse practitioner Theresa Holson, who is excellent.  I avoid seeing Dr. Arnold only because of the long wait times (the flip side of personal attention!).  But when I have seen her, she is friendly and engaged and seems very competent.  The rest of the staff is likewise friendly and knowledgeable.  A negative for me has been the lack of follow up and difficulty communicating -- lots of phone tag and unanswered messages when I've had questions about a prescription, for example.  They're a busy office.  Overall, I'm happy with Dr. Arnold and everyone at VFP, but also glad that my trips to the doctor are rare.
