Due to Ted’s close oversight and frequent presence on site everything went smoothly, on budget, and on time. There are always some cost adjustments and occasional timing issues in construction, but none had any negative effect on our 100% total satisfaction with Apple. There were no surprises and no BS. Ted was thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of entire process, easy to work with, and kept the subcontractors on task and on schedule.- S M.

He carefully interviewed us, found out how we would be using the space and took the time to get to know us. He created a design with several a la carte options to make sure we met our budget. Though covid hit right in the middle of our hardscape construction, he and his team got right back on the job when the city allowed. AJesus started our project a week early and completed everything in a reasonable time and accommodated my change orders. After they started, they we here until they finished. We get tons of complements on the work from our friends. By getting ideas from Jesus along with quick estimates, we saved a ton of money and still got what we wanted. Jesus has other contractors that he can bring in for special work, like running natural gas lines or building our privacy screen.

AWe chose Baker Builders from the start because of their professionalism. We finished our daughters basement into a mother-in-law apartment. They weren't the highest bid or the lowest but seemed to offer the guidance that we needed. We met at their office and felt comfortable right away.
