Drywall Repair reviews in Lone Tree

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • Jim and his son Samuel did a wonderful job on the repair. I was amazed how at how well it turned out, it looks as if the damage never happened. Not only work well done but very efficient too. They obviously have done this enough that they can combine good work with quick service. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any drywall repair.

  • Jim and his son were excellent! I had two different handymen do repair work on leaky pipes (one in the kitchen and one in our family room). The drywall repair that the handymen did stuck out like a sore thumb. Jim and his son were able to smooth over (with drywall mud) the previous repair work and then re-texturize. After I painted it, you cannot even tell it has been repaired! Their quote/price I paid was literally $1,600 less than the first quote I received! I can't say enough great things about Hoffman Drywall and Paint!

  • First time I've ever had a contractor start and complete the job when they said they would! Connor does a great job with customer service. I live 3,000 miles away from the project site and I felt like he was next door the whole time. He notified me every step of the way and sent "before and after" pictures for confirmation and approval. Beautiful quality work at a competitive price as well.Good contractors are invaluable. First Place Printing is priceless!

  • I really love the work, very professional, dedicated, attention to detail above all customer satisfaction. I work with lot of contractors in my line of business and Mike definitely stands out. It doesn't matter how many tries it takes, he will do it until it's perfect and the customer is satisfied. You definitely don't get people like him in this day and age. Just a sample of his work ethic, at the end of each day he cleans his brush, he used my laundry sink and he makes sure no other sink in the house is used for cleaning brush by any of his crew. At the end of the job he made sure that the sink is left better than the original condition by cleaning the sink. You don't see this discipline in many even good contractor. His price is competitive and sure you can find cheaper price but you won't get the same quality work. I really loved working with Mike and his team for last 3 weeks. And would hire or recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

  • Wade is a  personable and responsible handyman.  He arrived on time for a free estimate and for the actual work to be done.  I am very pleased with the results of his work and plan to use him again for other projects in the near future.

  • Boy, popcorn ceiling removal isn't for the fainthearted - it's a messy proposition - but it's SO worth it in my opinion. Jim and Sam have the process down to an art and go about their work quickly and efficiently with no wasted time or effort that we could see. And frankly, their estimate was so much more reasonable than all the others we received. We were considering selling our home to downsize and our realtor said removing the popcorn ceilings would be a good investment. I acquiesced, doubting there'd be that much of a noticeable difference, but there really is and I'm delighted with the way the ceilings came out. They did such a nice job and are such nice people to work with as well. I only wish we'd have had it done a whole lot sooner. Of all the updates we've done recently in anticipation of a move, personally I think the ceilings are the ones I appreciate the most. And, we're now thinking we're not going to move for a while after all so we'll get to enjoy the sleek, clean ceilings ourselves. If you're thinking about getting rid of the popcorn, do it sooner rather than later. We've been assured, by many people, that it's NEVER going to come back into style and it's so nice to have it gone, gone, gone. Also, be sure to get a bid from Jim and Sam Hoffman. Our expeience with them was the best.

  • It was excellent.  He just did a great job, he just knew what he was doing, I was taken care of, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of.  His crew was very professional; they were in and out and got the job done.  They paid attention to details.  My back-splash looks gorgeous, it is hard to find good tile people, and the tile guy Bill sub contracted, did a beautiful job.  He really took his time to make it exactly how I wanted it, so he listened to me.  I want to do a kitchen renovation here, I will call him in a year’s time, it will be a huge job, and he probably knows that, so he is smart like that.

  • Tom remodeled our master bath and we were very happy with the results. It came out the way we had hoped it would , and would use Tom again for other remodeling projects. Tom installed a new tub, shower base, vanity and top, new light fixtures  and mirrors. He also installed the faucets and valves for the tub and shower. We had him move two light fixtures from the ceiling to a wall and patched and re-textured the drywall and add anew electrical outlet. He did more than we expected as far as finishing touches go. Tom and his tile guy Steve helped with the tile layout which also looks great.
I don't have any negative things to say. Tom and his subs were all very nice and did what they said they were going to do. I think that is all you can ask for.  I would recommend him for anything involved in remodeling bathrooms.

  • The entire process went very smoothly.  Everyone was professional, capable and courteous.  They were punctual.  They were careful not to damage anything in the house.  The project managers from Blu Sky carefully monitored the work of their subcontractors and kept us informed.  In both the wood floor area and in the basement ceiling, the new work blends perfectly with the old.
