    Let me start by saying I am not a fan of going to the dentist. A bad childhood experience and lots of dental work made me feel this way, but Willow Creek has done such a wonderful job as easing my anxiety about these visits. I have had the same hygienist for several years now and when I see her, it is as if we are catching up over lunch. Whether it is a regular cleaning or other dental work that we all hate, the entire staff and Dr. Blakeley make sure you understand what is being done and that you are comfortable through it all. I have watched this office grow and the service has never once been compromised. They are a great team!

    Lone Tree Dentists-Cosmetic and Family Dentistry
    This was the last visit I plan on making to this practitioner. In May, I was scheduled for a replacement filling, but learned that the tooth had cracked and a 3/4 crown would be required instead. They performed the drilling (which including a brutally performed pallet injection), took 3D images of my teeth for CAD/CAM, and installed a temporary crown. Between that visit and my permanent crown delivery appt in June, the office had lost my billing information for which I was asked to stop by and provide again on my own time. When I went in for my permanent crown, I was informed that the CAD/CAM computer crashed and they lost the 3D imaging of my teeth. Because no one bothered to think about the client, my 30 minute appointment turned into 3.5 hours. After removing the temporary crown, which the doctor literally muscled out, got re-scanned and then waited an hour or more for the CAD/CAM tooth to print. Of course, during this time, my local anesthetic wore off and I had to wait for the doc to become available again to administer another dose of Novocaine. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly, but terrible creating a positive patient experience. Between the brutal off-handed nature of the doctor's technique and the terribly uncoordinated front office, I will NOT be going back.

    They are the real dentists, they are not like the chain-dentists, and they are quality dentists.  It has been excellent.  They are professionals.  They are courteous.  The office is state-of-the-art, they are cutting edge on technology and everything is digital.  They are very efficient; they get me in and out, so I don’t wait.  They notice stuff, they are very knowledgeable and no pain.

      They are great! I’ve been going to them for years! They are very knowledgeable. I had bad experience with a previous dentist and this office was able to fix those issues. I see Dr. White specifically, but any of the dentists are great!

    I have been using them for about two years.  I love the location and I am pretty happy with my dentist.  They have full service with several different specialties; so, you don?t have to be jumping around.  It is easy to get appointments and they are on time.  They are very friendly.

    I am completely dissatisfied with this dentist and the office staff. I've been coming to this office for the past year and a half. It has always been difficult to get a cleaning scheduled because they have only one hygienist. I was told by them that I needed to come in every four months for a cleaning. When I made my scheduled appointment, i was called the day before and told that the hygienist hurt herself and wouldn't be able to see me. They told me to call back to reschedule...however they did mention that it could be months before she would be able to see me. I never called back and finally I receive a bill in the mail for $18.80. There is nothing on the bill that tells me what the charge is for and the bill states that I'm 90 days past due. This is my first bill I've ever received. I will never go back to this office. The front desk staff seems rather clueless when I once reported that their answering machine wasn't working. They had no idea that patients couldn't leave messages for them. Who knows how long the machine wasn't working. It's just little things like this plus the downright greed of the dentist in charge for not hiring another hygienist that will make me find a new dentist. I would never suggest this dentist to anyone!

    Almeida and Bell Dental: Dr. Donald Almeida
    Almeida Dental has great customer service; they make you feel very welcome and take care of all your needs. Dr. Don and his son Dr. Adam are very skilled and friendly, and you can tell that the office really works as a team. I have been very happy with all our visits and even moved my preschool aged children from a pediatric dentist (who I didn't like) to Almeida Dental. I have never had to wait a long time in their lobby and when I have needed same-day service they have always fit me in.
