    Unfortunately, Sears fixed the symptom, not the problem. It never really cooled well after then, then after two months, the fan went out again . . . and that's where our real difficulties with Sears began. I called, they said they could have the repairman right out in 17 days. Not satisfactory, I countered. Not willing to re-do the same scenario. Apparently if you are an and quot;oldand quot; customer, you go down on the list, if you're new, they are there in a heartbeat.I told them either to have someone out fast or to give me a refund. Lady said she was putting in for a refund, but that they would call me the next day. No call. I called in a week and the man I talked to said it looked like a check was on its way. No check ever came. So, that's Sears for you: no call, no service, no refund.I would rather have a drunk penguin fix an appliance before I would call Sears again.

    Josh arrived at the scheduled time and set about his work. Pulled the dryer apart, lubricated a bearing and did a much needed clean out of the interior. Put it back together and the noise was still their. We discussed what he could do further and I gave him the go ahead to replace the blower unit. He returned the next day to install new parts and the dryer is now operating smoothly. I recommend this company, they are responsive, punctual and very careful.

    The price is reasonable. They did actually for the model number. They use the model number and knew it was electric. He said that he will come back another day. He went out and wreaked the bottom parts and came back. It was his day off, came out Saturday which they usually do not, and was really nice.

    He did a good job. Our dryer was not functioning and I called him out. He thoroughly cleaned it out and replaced a part. He went through a lot of extra effort to repair the dryer and the dryer works outstanding even though it's 20-25 years old.

    Paul responded immediately to schedule a service call with us within 24 hours. The washer repair went very well, and Paul was very good about plainly explaining the inner workings of the appliance as well as the repair process itself.  Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous.  After correctly diagnosing the problem with our washer, he ordered the replacement part, left to pick it up, returned and completed the repair very quickly.  He then tested very thoroughly for any leaks before leaving.  We would definitely use his services in the future and highly recommend him to other Angie's List members.

    It was excellent.  He just did a great job, he just knew what he was doing, I was taken care of, and I didn’t feel taken advantage of.  His crew was very professional; they were in and out and got the job done.  They paid attention to details.  My back-splash looks gorgeous, it is hard to find good tile people, and the tile guy Bill sub contracted, did a beautiful job.  He really took his time to make it exactly how I wanted it, so he listened to me.  I want to do a kitchen renovation here, I will call him in a year’s time, it will be a huge job, and he probably knows that, so he is smart like that.

    He came out and looked at the freezer to see what was wrong and determined that it needed a replacement part.  We live in another location in the country, so when the part came, we bought plane tickets so we could be there when he was repairing the freezer.  We had a confirmed appointment at the house for November 15th, by noon, but by 12:30, we still had not heard from him.  We called him and he claimed that we were not on the schedule for that day, but that he could be out the next day, we explained that we lived out of town and that would not work.  The owner refused to send out another employee, but insisted that we wait another day, even after we explained we had plane tickets to leave before then.  The owner then started cursing at us, and disconnected the phone.  He also charged an $80.00 diagnostic fee which he assured us would be applied towards the final repair, but he refuses to send it back even though he didn't come and do the repair at the scheduled time.  We will be calling our credit card company to dispute the charges.
