Ray was excellent. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and experience and was able to resolve the issue and explain it to me with ease. Extremely professional! Would and will use this company again and would highly recommend.

Mark and his team performed 1st quality work throughout all of the many tasks we agreed on. He asked to be present at the insurance adjusters review and worked tirelessly to correct the adjusters ridiculously low estimate for hail damage. He was able to show the adjuster that the original estimate of $4,000 claim was totally incorrect and worked for a few weeks to ultimately raise the claim payment to over $37,000!! Mark helped me to select the best materials and equipment for my home and worked with me to help me understand his recommendations. His team always arrived at the appointed time, ready to work with everything they needed. They were all courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and left our home cleaned and orderly at the end of each day. While there were some rain delays in painting the outside of our home, Mark didnt ask for additional money but worked to keep the job on track. He coordinated with his subs very well and was very professional throughout the entire process. Not only were Mark and his team professional and thorough, but they always performed 1st quality work. In addition, they were always ready to answer any and all questions and concerns we had during the process.

Shane arrived on time, was very professional and thorough in the installation of the water treatment system. We really appreciate him cleaning up the area after he finished, leaving no mess behind. Since his partner was out, he ended up doing the job himself and what was supposed to be a 4 hour job for two ended up close to 7 hours. He was patient with our questions and explained what he intended to do. He was also willing to perform an unscheduled project since he was already here. Would not hesitate to use Superior again for any plumbing jobs.

It has only been a few days but it seems to have gone very well. We had an EcoWater ESD2700 Water Softener installed. Water consultant, Seth, and master plumber, Shane, agreed to do the extra bit of plumbing work to allow un-softened cold water to go the the kitchen. The hot water and most of the rest of the house's cold water are softened now. The installation looks good (of course I'm no expert, but there were no obvious problems); Shane was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain some basics about the water softener and also, since I asked, why some of the plumbing was done in copper and some in PEX . Soon our water heater should have completely refilled with only softened water and we will begin to get the full benefits. Now we have only to wait for the county permit inspection; (it has only been a few days since the installation.)

    RAINSOFT
The installation was great and the installer got everything done in a reasonable time frame. He walked me through everything and I am well versed on how my system works. I could feel the difference almost immediately. My only complaint would be about the water testing demonstration. I was told it would last for an hour but she was there for almost 3 hours even with my asking to increase the pace.

Water softener system was inspected, salt was added, and water tested to make sure it was soft. Reverse osmosis filters were changed out. Eli found a crack in a component and changed it out. Eli was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We can no longer get on the floor to change filters so we need to hire it done. Eli carried the 8 bags of salt we ordered down to the basement for us - another plus for paying for a service call.

They arrived on time and finished the installation in less time than quoted. The unit itself was a little more than I was expecting to pay, but Chuck was very knowledgable and thorough in explaining the differences between multiple models. While he was there he also noticed a few things in the basement that we needed to get addressed. Our house is a brand new and is still under warranty so he was not looking to pick up extra work, just being a nice guy and pointing out potential problems that we might want to look into before our warranty runs out.

The initial meeting with Chuck was very positive and informative, but the installation was awful.  The water softener was installed in the wrong location initially.  I was told there was a miscommunication between Chuck's instructions and the installer's actions.
As a result, there is a 2x4 board permanently drilled into my basement floor that I was told cannot be removed without leaving a hole in the concrete.  No offer was made to fix this issue...the message was basically that I just had to deal with it, even though it was their mistake.  Then, it failed the county inspection TWICE (meaning that instructions were given regarding how to fix it and it was only made worse).  The representative from the company's main office was very professional and apologetic, but the poor quality of work and "oh well" attitude from the installer is the reason I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This was the WORST, WORST, WORST customer service I have ever had! They came out and said that they broke up a salt block.  And then when the service person looked at the RO system he said that he didn't have the correct filters but would come back out at no change to replace them and check to make sure the softener was fixed. Fine-great!  That's where everything went off the tracks.  For the next NINE WEEKS I didn't get one call from them.  The only time I ever heard from them was when I called to see what was going on.  I understand that they were having trouble getting the filter but. . they didn't bother to keep me informed.  Finally after NINE WEEKS I threatened to call  a local radio show to complain about them and that is when Chuck finally called me.  He explained that they couldn't get the filters from Rainsoft.  No problem - I will have Rainsoft do the change.  I explained that I was still having trouble with the water softener not using salt (the original problem that I paid for). He said he would come out personally to look at it.  When the day for the appointment came Chuck called me 45 MIN LATE and said that he would be late!  Since I had already left me house, he said that his office would call to reschedule - THAT WAS 5 DAYS AGO AND I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM!!!  Not that I would ever let him in my house again.

So I spent all this money and GOT NOTHING!  I still have to have Rainsoft come out and check both systems!

    STAY AWAY From this business!

Bryan was on time, professional, and friendly. The water filter service work was a separate cost, which included needed filters, and very reasonable. Needed a new water softener and osmosis system servicer, and we found them! Will definitely use again!
