    I had done a lot of research before deciding on Dr. Grabiak and it was a good decision. I had suffered from dental phobia most of my life so making the right choice was very important. Right away his wonderful staff (William, Shauna, Jen and Ashley) helped to ease my anxiety. The waiting room is large and relaxing with a aquarium to view and no medicinal smells which usually was the first thing to strike fear in my heart. Dr. Grabiak is very caring with pride and integrity in his craft. He works with you instead of pressuring you to achieve the outcome you desire. I am very satisfied with the results of my visits at Dr. Grabiak's office! FYI...he is a dog person too! YAY! Just will be happy you did!!

    I had the above work done. I had called 3 times before hand to see how much it would cost. No one could give me an answer. It  would take two or three calls to get someone to respond.They had given me an estimate a year earlier, but I wanted updated information. I went in for a fit for the implant. I had no idea they were going to do the crowns as well then and I would be there for 5 hours. I knew I was paying extra for upgraded crowns to be made in the office. I had to sign a paper I would pay the extra.They wanted full payment up front as I left. They charged me approx $3000.  They insurance sent their statement and said I owed $1500 and they paid approx $1500. The insurance company said the dentist has a contracted price on each item they do and cannot charge more than the contracted price no matter what it is or how much it is upgraded. Well, they did. It took me three months of phone calls, being put off and waiting for returned calls before they gave me $600 back. The charges were not clear at all or how they came up with giving me $600 back. No one could show me in writing. The staff not returning calls for several days and the vague answers were frustrating. The dental care was good though. Too bad the office staff was lacking. I forgot to mention my dentist had quit and my children's dentist had quit from the time I first started going there until my six month visit and the office staff was always different each time.

    He does a really good work.  I don't have my partials in right now.  My teeth came out really naturally.  People don't realize that I have a tooth pulled.  His quality of work is great.  He did a really good job of getting my dentures.

    He is the only dental specialist that I have found in the area.  He is very professional and very personal.  He’s very time oriented and I’m just very pleased with him.  I’m not sure as yet about the effectiveness of his treatment because I will know of the OTC after a few days.  I will absolutely use his services again in the future.

    The splint worked the first night, was comfortable and did not keep me awake! Dr. Callender's second fitting eliminated the slight tension remaining in the left jaw as it adjusted to the new splint. I wish that I had seen Dr. Callender first and not the other orthodontists. Also, I saw Dr. Callender three times and never caught a cold or flu following a visit, whereas, I had caught a cold twice after seeing the other orthodontist. I attribute my not catching any virus to Dr. Callender and Cheryl following exemplary hygiene, the kind recommended in the medical books. He washed his hands before putting on new gloves and he only worked on one person at a time, not moving back and forth from patient to patient. Dr. Callender is the only orthodontist recommended by my sleep doctor for oral sleep appliances, such as snore guards, and splints and I can now understand why. This was the best orthodontic dental service I have ever experienced and it cost the same as the worst. I would recommend Dr. Callender to anyone of any age who has a sleep disorder and needs dental appliances.

    I am completely dissatisfied with this dentist and the office staff. I've been coming to this office for the past year and a half. It has always been difficult to get a cleaning scheduled because they have only one hygienist. I was told by them that I needed to come in every four months for a cleaning. When I made my scheduled appointment, i was called the day before and told that the hygienist hurt herself and wouldn't be able to see me. They told me to call back to reschedule...however they did mention that it could be months before she would be able to see me. I never called back and finally I receive a bill in the mail for $18.80. There is nothing on the bill that tells me what the charge is for and the bill states that I'm 90 days past due. This is my first bill I've ever received. I will never go back to this office. The front desk staff seems rather clueless when I once reported that their answering machine wasn't working. They had no idea that patients couldn't leave messages for them. Who knows how long the machine wasn't working. It's just little things like this plus the downright greed of the dentist in charge for not hiring another hygienist that will make me find a new dentist. I would never suggest this dentist to anyone!
