There is a guy at this PetsMart named Kyle Owen. He is a compassionate man who clearly "speaks dogs". You would never know he does, and I was thrilled with how he took care of my challenged pets. One of my dogs had ACL surgery, and the other has is simply just hard to manage and work with, she has a severe limp from a past accident and is very shy. He is clearly the only professional stylist I will ever go-to for the care of my doggies. The entire salon is amazing too. I highly recommend Kyle Owen

We had a couple of pets groomed there.  They are a little expensive.  The woman who performed it was very nice because I stayed there and held the cat while she worked and she was very good at her job.  I don't see anything they could have done better.  I think it was just a little on the expensive side.  I haven't done that a lot so I don't have a lot to compare it to.

I had a very pleasant experience with this vet and I am surprised for the current grade (C). I called the office and was able to get an appointment the same day. I took my new cat for a free wellness exam (adopted from the Dumb Friends League). I first was seen by a technician who was very nice to both me and my cat. She just was asking me questions about general health, temperament etc. I then saw Dr Denton and she was very helpful with my questions and seemed to have a genuine concern for my kitty. I chose to get my cats nails clipped (which seemed more expensive than what others charge, but it was convenient and less than $20) a rabies shot, and some medicine for a mild infection. I will continue to come here and was happy.

Hands down this is the best mobile dog grooming service! We have had both Lance and Cecelia groom our Yellow and Black labs. They are so friendly and the dogs go happily with either groomer. Cecelia has been designated to our area of Highlands Ranch and we couldn't be happier! She does such a fabulous job each and every time and charges only $95 for both dogs!

My dog went there twice- Dec. 2014 and around April 2015. At the first visit, he came home with a cut on his foot by his dew claw. He ended up needing to wear a cone for a week. I thought, things happen and was willing to give this groomer a second chance. When I spoke with her upon making the second appt. , I mentioned the incident as I thought she should be aware. She denied the possibility a cut could happen while a dog was being groomed (really?). I thought this strange but went anyway. While dropping off my 13 yr. old (13 lb.) sweetheart of a dog, within 2 minutes, one of the dogs running loose in her shop (about 80-100lbs) ran out from under the counter and attacked my dogs face! Shelly, the owner, said she knew the dog was aggressive and she shouldn't have given him another chance to be out "but he belonged to good clients". My dogs nose was ripped and he had a puncture wound under his eye. I asked her to bathe him to clean out the wounds and to see how severe they were. I picked up my dog an hour later and was shocked at the condition of his ripped nose so took him to my vet. He required antibiotics for the puncture under eye and his nose took over a month to heal. My Saturday vet bill for above was $100. When I submitted this bill to Doggy Dog World, owner Shelly went CRAZY, shouting and saying she could have brought me antibiotics from home (no, she is not a vet) or referred me her vet- which would have been cheaper. She finally agreed to pay bill ONLY if I deducted for her $40 services the day my dog was injured. This owner is very unreliable (does not answer phone) and acted unstable about my dog's injury. I would avoid this groomer at all costs.

We take two dogs and they give us a boarding discount because our dogs stay in the same kennel. I believe the boarding is about $20 per day per dog. I feel the pricing is competitive, but the pricing does vary on the size of the dog too. They are been wonderful! We had an emergency last year and they got us in to the clinic as soon as possible. They have always been very helpful and responsive. We know that our dogs get good attention there because they jump up on them. They have extended and Saturday hours which is convenient.

Merrie has been grooming my dogs for 10 years. I trust her completely.
She said the only thing to do at this point would be to take it all off - down to the skin. She did a beautiful job. Not a single nick on him!!  Not an easy thing when dealing with an untrained, hyper 70 lb puppy!!!!  The process took a little over an hour. A long time for a puppy to stay still.  Merrie has the patience of a saint!!  She is a true perfectionist..
I now know how to care for the double coat !!!!!

The groomer, Mary E, did a fantastic job, she bathed, clipped her nails and removed her matted hair.  Mary realized that an hour
was all that my dog could stand and worked patiently and fast to accomplish all that was needed in the time frame,  I will certainly
use Soapy Dogs in the future when my dogs needed grooming.

    Soapy Dogs
First of all, we were at one time regulars with then "Aussie Pet Mobile" having 2 labs bathed on a regular basis. We spent thousands of dollars with this company over a 9 year period. I recently telephoned and spoke to the owner Mitch Ericson with now  "Soapy Dogs". I asked to have my dog groomed by our "old" but popular groomer and was told she was too busy and he would either put us on a  "cancellation" list with the groomer of choice or he could schedule us with another groomer. I elected to go on the cancellation list only because we had experienced horrible service in the past with other groomers he had in his employment. He said we were now considered "new" clients as we had left his mobile service approximately 15 months ago.
It has been 5 weeks and we have yet to receive a return phone call from him to schedule or to just touch base with us.
This is extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Especially after the loyalty we showed him in the past.
Luckily for us our favorite groomer left his employment and opened her own grooming business approximately 18 months ago . Not only are her services less than half his price but my pups are well cared for and we all love the quality of service we now receive.

    Soapy Dogs
The evening before our assigned groomer was scheduled to arrive, the Soapy Dogs service coordinator telephoned to remind us of the appointment time and confirmed that we were able to meet our schedule commitment.
Our assigned groomer arrived on-schedule (as always) and greeted our pet with a positive and affectionate attitude that calmed our pet immediately.  Our assigned groomer then carried our pet to the Soapy Dogs trailer and, continuing to speak and handle our dog in a calming manner, performed a thorough grooming service.  Following the grooming, our assigned groomer carried our dog back into our home and executed an accurate and thorough debriefing, including grooming operations performed, how well our pet tolerated the experience and went over anomalies that may have been found in our pet's physical appearance.  Our assigned groomer then scheduled our next appointment with us and informed us of the amount owed for this visit.
We continue to schedule with Soapy Dogs for a number of reasons:  First, our assigned groomer is absolutely terriffic with our pet as well as with us, the customer; Second, the work performed is of top quality; Third, Our dog has come to trust and love the groomer, who genuinly loves working with animals and takes the time to show that affection; Fourth, the price is in line with one would expect for a top-quality service at your door operation.
It is genuinely refreshing to work with a business that establishes and maintains an exceptional level of quality in every  aspect of their operation.
