    Robert Leder MD
I found Dr. Leder to be rude, arrogant and condescending in the extreme. Without a doubt, the worst experience with a physician in my life.

His "management" of my infection was neither effective nor helpful.

After his "revolving door" time with me in the exam room, I received a bill that appeared to be totally out of line with AMA allowable CPT charges, so I wrote to my insurance company and University of Colorado Health and asked both to look into the potential of billing fraud.

I have never written a letter of complaint about a physician before this. But I truly believe Dr. Leder's gross disrespect of me justifies this submission and the truthful comments above.

My last experience was very satisfactory. We've been with the same people for years. She is very down-to-earth and seems to be honest and competent. I've had other doctors at Kaiser. Some of them have been not quite as friendly. It's not hard to get in to see her. I just go online and ask for an appointment. Usually, if it's not anything urgent, it will be maybe a week or so. But, if I have a real problem, I get in to see her very quickly. She is no-nonsense. She does not flatter people, but she is polite. It seems to work. Once in a while, you have to go back. Kaiser is a national, well-established organization and they are very efficient.

    Fine, Dr. Andy M.
Dr. Fine is the doctor to other doctors in the area and also teaches at area hospitals. He is extremely precise and I have never had a prescription that he did not monitor closely. I recommend his practice to anyone that is willing to let him be the doctor and not whine when he does his job!

Lone Tree Internal Medicine And Pediatrics
Dr. Scala he is very thorough, practical, no super sized ego, very friendly with great bedside manner, explains very well, is patient, and does not rush you out of the office. His staff and he has awesome follow-up. He won't keep your hanging nor make you chase the results. We could not be more pleased and comfortable, he is now the physician to my wife as well. In you are looking for the best internal medicine doc, one that will quarterback your care with different specialists this is the medical practice you need to go to.

    Elena Chebanova MD
She always took time to help and understand what the issues are. She had a very small office. I have always been very pleased with her care. Staffs were very helpful. The office was not excessively opulent but it was very, very nice.

They have multiple doctors there but there are 2 doctors that I always see which is convenient to me. They usually can see you if it’s an emergency type thing that day or the next couple of days if they have to schedule you out. They are very convenient. They call to remind you to come and do your physical. They are proactive with that. They seem to have a good follow up plan and they try to reach out to you to make sure you’re doing okay. What stands out to me about them is their availability. There are multiple doctors there and that means you can be seen any one of them. They’ll find time on their schedule to open up for you. They always talk to each other. It seems like they communicate well between each doctor or physician’s assistant or whatnot. I never had to stand in line. I’ve never had a bad appointment. They are always on time which is important to me. Paperwork is minimal and it’s always printed nicely. Your charts are always really organized so it’s a really organized office staff. So that’s good to see when you’re talking about medical stuff.

We moved across town but we still drive to Aurora to see her.  A punctuality score of a B is well worth it because she takes the time to listen and problem solve instead of hurrying in and out before you can voice concerns.

    Centura Health-Litteton Adventist Hospital
I like their hospital, and the nurses are all really nice there.  I just got good care when I had been in there.  I haven't been there for awhile.  Their office environment is really nice.  I like everything about that hospital.

I like the doctors, one in particular, and we actually followed him from another practice to that. They do ask questions and spend time with you. They're professional. They just don't read from a doctor like so many doctors are now.

    Arapahoe Internal Medicine
I've gone to Arapahoe Internal Medicine for quite a while and they are part of Medicare. They are responsive to my medical needs, responsive to my medical concerns, and they treat their patients fairly.
