    Senior Helpers
John, Rachel & their team strive to help your folks as much as is possible! They are honest, kind, and employ people that are as well. This is the 2nd set of Home Health Care we have utilized as the first group that we worked with were all but a disaster and completely non-trustworthy. I am grateful for the folks at Senior Helpers

    Heartland Hospice of Denver
The nurse and social worker walked me through everything, and told me what to expect, they didn't leave anything, they told me everything. That was really nice information to have when you are not familiar with hospice. She gave me a huge booklet about how to look for signs of decline, and everything with it. It is really helpful. Every time she visited my mom she would have a funny story to tell her, or mom would tell her a story, they had a really nice relationship. I really enjoy working with them. She returns my calls immediately, if she doesn't pick it up when I call.

They deal with skilled nursing, independent living and nursing care and memory care.  Their mission is to ensure people live healthy happy lives for as long as possible. It is about living and not dying. They provide three meals per day. They offer a contract for life.  If my parents run out of money they will never be asked to leave because they can't pay. They are excellent!  I hope to be able to move in there myself one day.

    PASCO
PASCO is an excellent home care provider.  Their staff is well trained and compassionate.  They go out of their way to make sure the client gets exactly what he/she needs.  PASCO has been a great support for my family and it's because of them that my son has been able to stay home with us.

Well it took us a little while to get the kind of couple of people with the right attitude to look after them. someone is going to be visiting the house, I mean right now we have got a few people with her to attend to my mums needs. It took a little while but now it has been working fine for them together to get the schedule going. They are pretty good in changing shift and they have kept Doctors appointment and what not as far as punctuality goes.

    CAREFAMILY SENIOR CARE
I used their services to find an in-home aid for my mother. They are a web based business for home care. When you submit a request for information on line, they called me almost immediately and told me all of the information about their services. They do extensive background checks on their aids and hold all of the liability insurances. They also bond all of their aids and find one that lives in your specific area. You are able to speak with a representative who finds out the best fit for you. You schedule an interview with them and let the representative know which aid you chose to hire. I think they treat their aids much better than other companies.

I have been very pleased with this company.  They have been professional, punctual, caring, understanding and seem to have a good set up and equipment.  It is locally owned and i like that also.
I wear a beeper that I can push if I am in trouble and a kind sounding person responds and asks me how I am doing.  If I need help, they will call for help and stay on the line until help arrives.  If I can not answer or am incoherent, they will call for help and again stay on the line with me.  Their promptness and kindness have made me feel so much more secure about living alone.
Recently I was on a trip and my diabetic daughter was staying at my home watching my dog.  No worries.  My daughter also can have pretty bad diabetic reactions and go into seizures.  This wonderful company said they would respond for her as well as me because she was in my home.
I had another company like this for my dad several years ago.  It was a fine company but they did not offer (to my knowledge) the necklace with the buzzer that can be worn.  The necklace allows me to be working in my beloved garden and still get help if I need.   I like these people very much.

They’ve been working for me for the past twenty years, and I think they’re great! They don’t perform healthcare services themselves. Instead, they find reliable and capable healthcare providers for you. I pay them a monthly referral fee.

    Caring In Home Help
We were very pleased with the work that Kay did and the love that she provided to our aunt.  Kay is an open-hearted, kind, accommodating and very responsible person who see's what needs to be done and does it.

Kay cooks with fresh healthy ingredients and makes food that her clients will enjoy.   She asked our aunt what dishes she enjoyed most and cooked those dishes for her.  She made her fresh hot coffee (our aunt had been drinking instant coffee.)  Largely due to Kay's cooking, our aunt gained weight in the last two months of her life.

Kay would bring large format picture books and magazines from the library and read from them to our aunt.  They had mind-stimulating conversations using this approach.

Kay was always cheerful and engaging in her approach.  She is dedicated, honest and honorable.  She's sharp and works well with the elderly.  She became part of our family.

While we were on our second trip back East, our aunt began to die.  On her own initiative, Kay coordinated a work schedule with our other caregiver to make sure one of them was always at our aunt's house 24 hours a day until we could get home.  She worked closely with the Hospice company to make sure that items like bed sheets for the hospital bed they brought in and other necessities were available.
