  • We hired Mary Jo Heins as our personal independent agent to navigate thru the complex process of signing up for Medicare, Supplemental and Pharma insurance. She did a wonderful job and truly helped us with this complex process. We would definitely recommend her services to those needing some help in this area.

  • Totally scam. Was told if I cancel my trial within 30 days, either by telling the owner Dean Kokorus or text message him. I did but still got charged every single month. Very frustrated! Look at all the negatives online and check BBB for this company as well. DO NOT sign up with this company!

  • We met her at a free education session, and she came to our home twice to assist us after that, and spent several hours each time answering our questions, providing information and assisting us with our applications. MJ understands Medicare very well- that is her sole specialty, and has real-world experiences navigating the complexities of applications, benefits, and costs. She also has health care admin experience and knows local Denver medical providers. We especially appreciated MJ's objectivity- she makes money from commissions, but is an independent agent who was objective in her presentation of our options. We would recommend her as someone who cares, has integrity, is patient, and has a good sense of humor.

  • I did 3 fillings with Dr Robin on my upper left teeth last year. I felt that the fillings were too high, so I went ahead scheduled a biting adjustment. During the adjustment, Dr Robin and her assistant trimmed and polished both of my upper and lower left teeth (which were my own teeth), telling me that the biting would be much better after a couple of weeks. But it did teeth got more and more sensitive that I couldn't even bite. So I had to go to other dentists for 2nd and 3rd opinions. Unfortunately, after reviewing my teeth, the dentists confirmed that Dr Robin trimmed my own teeth (both upper and lower) when she did the biting adjustment, and with the protective shield of my teeth being trimmed off, my teeth would become very sensitive when chewing food. And I'd have to do a crown to totally resolve the problem...I couldn't imagine how come an experienced dentist could not tell the difference between the fillings and a human's own teeth...I feel so sad that I have to consider doing a crown on my early 30s...Yes, they do have nice atmosphere and advanced equipment, but I don't think the doctor and the assistant's skills are well qualified. Fortunately I've found a really experienced dentist, and they charge only 1/3 of the price for fillings! Price wise, I have a pretty decent dental plan and it normally costs me around $20/filling, but Dr Robin's office charged me around $50/filling.

  • My privacy was compromised and they misrepresented themselves so I was not able to make an informed choice. This was unethical and takes advantage of insurance. I complained to BBB and Urgent Care didn’t tell the truth about the creepy man who sat in the room next to me staring while I was answering questions and having temp. Etc done. Eventually a nurse moved the man. They told BBB IT WAS AN EMPLOYEE. I asked before going back if Urgent Care was able to treat me rather than refer me out because I just came from a Drs office who referred me to urgent care since they Didn’t have access to immediate lab work etc. I asked Urgent Care if they had the resources because I didn’t want to waste my time but they said they could treat me so I went back. I was very detailed before going back so that I wouldn’t be referred out again. After taking Temp. Blood pressure etc. they told me they told me to go to ER BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE RESOURCES!! After researching this co. I saw they do this often which is a way to get insurance money. As soon as they take your temp, they can bill $189! Unethical and doesn’t care about patient privacy. They should be investigated. I drove to the ER and spoke with the nurse who said it would be unethical to charge me. I decided NOT to get admitted because I wasn’t that sick. She told the next time I go to high altitude to get a script for oxygen. The ER didn’t charge me either. I asked to have my credit card credited and Urgent Care would look into it. Months later I get a call there was a bal of $89! I had to pay within 24 hours or collections! Urgent Care Of CO is unprofessional, dishonest and refuses to fix their mistakes.

  • John, Rachel & their team strive to help your folks as much as is possible! They are honest, kind, and employ people that are as well. This is the 2nd set of Home Health Care we have utilized as the first group that we worked with were all but a disaster and completely non-trustworthy. I am grateful for the folks at Senior Helpers

  • I am on my feet a lot! Some days I walk over 27,000 steps! I love going here because I always receive the most wonderful foot and body massages. Deep tissue work that really helps loosen my neck, back and leg muscles. My feet hurt so badly sometimes especially after a long week of walking so when I am hurting I head to Relax Express Massage and treat myself. Sometimes I even fall asleep while my feet and legs are being massaged. I highly recommend them!

  • Great. I appreciate that Dr. Sharp is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He takes time to listen and answer questions that other doctors either were not willing to do or did not know the answer(s). Further, his office staff is always friendly and helpful despite being very busy. After a long time of having a very painful foot, I can finally walk normally and wear shoes without pain.

  • Dr. Hugh McPherson did a fusion on my L4/L5, and decompressions on L3/L4 and L5/S1. I am so thrilled with the results of my surgery. I had put this off for almost 5 years; each year that I went in to see what I could do to reduce my pain, he patiently showed me my x-rays and then my MRI. In the end, I made the decision to go through with the surgery, hoping that I would get some relief. I cannot say enough positive about Dr. McPherson- he listened, explained, and then masterfully completed my surgery. I made a trip to Europe 7 weeks post-op and experienced no pain, even though we walked almost 90 miles in 17 days! I could never have made the trip without the excellent care that I received from Dr. McPherson. I would highly recommend Dr. McPherson and all of Peak Orthopedics & Spine to anyone. Thank you so very much!

  • I've always had all my needs met when going to see Dr. Jessica. I bring my small children to her, as well as myself and my husband. When I was pregnant she saw me and treated me and I've always felt I'm in the best of hands.
