Kyle and his crew were amazing. They kept me up to date on the progress, what they were doing, and I couldnt be happier. I appreciated all of their hard work and dedication to get the job done right and in a timely manner.

    Hyper Flow Service Company
Kyle & his team are amazing!! Our new house was plagued with sinks that didn't drain very fast. I called Kyle, (he answered right away) I explained my issues and he ensured me that he could fix my issue. He arrived on time and was very professional. With in no time he fixed both of my master bathroom sinks. He left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived! Very detailed when explaining what the issue was. I had him look at my other drains as well; we will be using him moving forward with our waterline and sewer drains. I will be using him again! His prices are great and customer service are topnotch! I wish I could rate them higher! Thank you Kyle!

    Sewer Lines Only
Ian was right on time. He scoped the entire 120' clay line all the way to the city tie-in, marking that location. He explained everthing that he was saw in the line including that after about 25 feet of 4" line there is a connection to a 6" line that continued the rest of the way. It turned out that what another company (not on Angies List) told me was a break or partial collapse was actually a root ball in the 6" section that could be addressed in a couple other ways. The other company wanted to do over $7,000 in repairs that were not needed. Ian from SEWER LINES ONLY was very friendly and professional and did not even charge me for his time and expertise.

    Sewer Lines Only
I met Wyatt for my consultation, and they blew the competitors pricing by almost $10,000!! Same scope of work, plus they helped me to move new sod from a landscaping project I was in the middle of, moved it back after completion. Fixed sprinkler lines they had to cut through. The crew (Armondo I think was the lead guy) his crew was great. Arrived bright and early the day they started, and worked almost 12 hours. Got 90% done that same day. Came back to finish a few things the next day, and filled the hole in my street a few days after that and repaired the asphalt. They were nice, professional, and answered any questions I had during the process. It was really cool to see how they did it, left my yard as good as they could once they left. Even told me that after the winter when my dirt settles where it was trenched, they would bring me a truck of soil to help even it out so that I could finish my sod where the trench had to be dug. I was very impressed with the quality and customer service I received during the entire thing. From quote to finish was just over 1 week. Amazing. Thank you Sewer Lines Only! I should not have to hire you again, but I would in a minute.

    Bell Home Solutions
All of the work Bell has done over the years has been first quality including professional plumbers, wallboard and tile professionals, and electricians. Arrival time is always spot on. Prices are quoted ahead of time. Any necessary changes (there's been only one) were discussed prior to the additional work.

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
It turned out fine except for they left the toilet kind of rocks when you use it and I’m waiting for them to come out this morning to fix that. They were supposed to come out this morning but I’m still waiting. They had 2 visits and they still couldn’t figure it out so they brought out a guy with a camera and they ended up replacing the sewer line out behind the house and before they did that though, they thought it was maybe the toilet and so that’s when they fixed the toilet and it isn’t fixed. So everything else went fine but they’ve got to come back and fix that toilet. I don’t have anything else to compare their price so I guess its okay. I mean it’s a lot, I didn’t want to pay that but that’s what it was. For the other work that they did, they came out quickly and they got it done quickly. The workers were fine.

    A1 Mile High Drains
Today is 08/18/16 here is an update of the below review: After I originally posted the below review I received a call from A-1 stating that they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Obviously a poor ploy to not have the truth out there. They did send someone out to replace the cracked pvc pipe and valve. After talking with the technician he explained to me that when the lift station was installed they poured cement into the holes that hold the cap on. Because of this the lid will not close and our basement smells like sewage. I was recently contacted by the sales rep and told the owner of the company is not going to fix it because it is going to cost him too much money. I will have to pursue a small clames court case to rectify the situation.. I 100% do not recommend using this company for your drain or sewer needs. There are plenty of honest and trust worthy companies out there that will " warranty " their work and actually believe in customer service, not just customer service up to a certain dollar amount. The original work was great, but when I came time to warranty their work and products I have been put off for 2 months now. they installed a lift station and a sewer main. The pump for the lift station went bad and at first they were helpful and came to replace the pump. When they were installing the pump the guy that was replacing it torqued the pvc so much that it cracked. This is when it got interesting. They ordered the part that cracked and I was told they would be back on Monday 05/23/16. I was told they were too busy and would reschedule for later that week. I missed more than enough work and even left early to meet the guy and received a call stating that he got into an accident and would have to reschedule. After this happened I finally received a call from Dave after countless texts and rejected phone calls who says that he has a feeling that I am sabotaging his work! For what reason would I want my house smelling like raw sewage! What would I have to gain from this? I am not asking for anything but the problem to be fixed. After being accused of "doing something fishy" Dave reassured me that he would personally take care of the situation 07/01/16. Here it is 07/12/16 and I am still waiting for Dave to contact me about fixing the situation. I sent a text to Dave on 07/06/16 asking if he was still planning on getting someone out this week. He replied on 07/07/16 with "Im working on it" I have held off writing this review in hopes that a1 would rectify the situation. I have called the main number over 20 times with no answer. I would say this company if great if you want to save some money and you don't expect any problems with the work. The work we had done was only a month old and the problem of the broken pvc was the fault of the installer that came out to fix the pump. A1 will be completely professional as long as the big money job is being done, but when I comes time to warranty their work they are hard to find

    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
I was extremely impressed with the work that Jim J. and his team performed for me. Because of increasing water seepage into my basement during recent strong thunderstorms, I knew that a problem existed and that it needed to be fixed before my basement fully flooded. After a contractor told me that it was not a gutter problem as I had originally thought, I called Roto-Rooter of Littleton at his suggestion. Jim J. and his crew responded. A design defect from 25 years ago had caused the existing in-ground drainage system to get plugged and back up, saturating the ground near the basement window well. With a summer of frequent thunderstorms, the ground had become saturated, and water seeped into my basement with each storm. Jim came up with an workable and valid solution, took great care to minimize any impact to my existing landscaping, worked to ensure that the work they did on the first day they worked on my yard would sufficiently draw the water away from my house until they could return after the weekend. Jim kept me informed of the progress and any issues that developed throughout the process. His communication with me was excellent. While I would have preferred to pay less, Jim did keep me informed of cost issues throughout the process, and while I could have opted for a less extensive solution, I wanted to insure that the solution was one that would be long-term and not short-term. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Littleton to anyone with a similar situation and Jim J. and his team specifically.

    Apex Plumbing Inc
I have had re-occurring problems with the mainline backing up and flooding the basement. The 99 dollar rooter guy hit mud at 34 feet. The 99 dollar camera guy verified that there was a clog in the mainline and marked it. He recommended Apex Plumbing because they have all of the tools needed to get the job done and don't have to sub-contact any of the job. I got a quick estimate from them and then they made time in their full schedule to get this done ASAP. We were unable to run any water because of the drain back-up and they helped us out by getting their people out after hours to get this done. They did an excellent job and put everything back the way it was. The cost of the service was reasonable and was exactly what was quoted. I am extremely impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing mainline service.

    Rod Martin's Complete Basement Systems
The whole process was very professional. The estimate seemed reasonable. The installation team led by Danish did a great job! Given the amount of work I was amazed that the job was estimated and completed in one day. Did a great job of cleaning up and everything looks awesome!
