David did an excellent job with everything that we asked of him. He is prompt, courteous, very neat and clean, effective in his work and has great integrity. He spent time carefully assessing our electrical system and found that my requested repairs were not at all necessary, saving us time and money. He found that several items needed to be acquired to complete the repairs and he obtained these and returned at another scheduled visit to finish the work. We are delighted with his work and can recommend him most highly. We have additional remodeling work to do in the near future and David is the only contractor we would consider having perform the upgrades. Lastly, his wife manages his office and communicates well and at the appropriate times, which we deeply appreciate. Together the Dixons offer excellent service from start to finish.

i have used Pro Plumbing Service twice now and am very pleased with their performance and professionalism. Very knowledgable, responsive and did what they promised in follow up. They did not charge me for their first call, even after fixing several fixtures for me and were quite reasonably priced for the next call. I would definitely recommend them and expect to use them for a major renovation project later in the year.

What a wonderful experience! Kyle was our mail point of contact with The Heat Depot. He came in for the original estimate and also did the majority of the work. He stuck to a timeline that was, in our opinion, lightening fast. The crew was at our home by 9 AM (at the latest) and was completely finished by 6 PM that evening. During the process, I think we were only without water for about 2 hours and since it was relatively warm outside, we were never without warmth in the house. He also replaced our old thermostats, upgrading us to digital. When all was said and done, we did have a problem with hot water getting to our upstairs bathroom. The Heat Depot provided a plumber at no cost to us to evaluate the situation. Turns out there was gunk and calcium clogging the hot water pipe just at the 90 degree turn up the wall and out the shower head. (Our hot water heated was approximately 25 years old and had a lot of sediment and junk in it.) Kyle and Mike (the owner) made sure we were completely satisfied with the new boiler and hot water heater and took care of us with great care and attention to detail. Within days, a friend of mine had boiler problems at her place and I didn't hesitate to refer her to The Heat Depot! Within days, they completed an installation for her home and restored heat to her home. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Initially Tim called to apologize that he could not service my Douglas County location (the information on Angie's should be edited if this is the case). But when I made my case for him to carry out the appointment, he said with a good attitude that he'd be there. He arrived easily on time. He was very nice during the whole repair, and seemed like someone who knows what he's doing.

I had a freeze break just inside the pipe from the outside hose bib.
They had to cut off 4" of the copper pipe and replace it and add the
hose bib to the outside.  This took approximately 45 mins. at the most.
The guys were very professional, responsive and the work was done
well.  They showed up within 1 hour of when I called.
I had no idea what plumbers charge  because I have never
hired a one here.  However, I spoke with 2 property management
companies, both of whom said it should have been about $160-200 maximum.  I
think this was high for this repair, but I'm not familiar with how much
plumbers charge, but I know they are expensive.

Wes came out two hours after I called in a sewage backup.  The contractor for my home warranty company could not respond for two days and this was unacceptable. Pro Plumbing to the rescue!  They snaked the line to clear it and then did a video of the sewer pipe to show where the pipe was broken and debris was accumulating causing backups. I will use the video CD they provided to get my warranty company to fix the line in the near future.  Wes is polite and proffessional and has the equipment to do the job.  They even gave me a discount on the camera probe and video CD.

I called Dwane from Angie's List's high rating for his company.  He came out to give me an estimate and to tell me what exactly was needed.  I also got 2 other estimates for the same work.  Though Dwane wasn't the cheapest, he gave me the best options to meet my needs.  His pricing is fair and his work impecable.

The General Contractor (GC) building our home, in error, left the water & sewer installation until just before the house was finished
    and occupancy permit requested.
This delay was caused by a combination of:
            a. community requirements to use existing pre-approved contractors
            b. GC lack of understanding early on that "a" was necessary
            c. GC delaying making a decision on which bidder to use, since the bids were much greater than was included in the GCs
                overall bid.
            d.  The home owner saw no other way than to get a list of all approved contractors that had not been asked to bid,
contact them and asked them to contact the GC.
            e. FE submitted a bid in the mid $5,000s for the scope of work that was easy to see from the street and whose scope did not
            f. This bid was significantly lower than the other bidders so the GC signed the agreement.
            g. FE worked 5 days to complete the installation.
            h. FE subsequently submitted an final non negotiable invoice for over $12,000.
            i. The GC described the bid & subsequent invoice as bordering on ................
            j. The home owner called FE and asked for an explanation.
            k. FE provided personnel, equipment and material details.
            l. The home owner has 25 years estimating experience and after developing a max possible estimate of +-$9,000 based on
3 personnel, part time backhoe & skid loader and material cost.
            m. FE was contacted and dispensation was asked for and refused.
                   1. FEcharges an exorbitant rate per hour for each worker on the job.
                   2. Unit cost of some of the material supplied could also be questioned.
                   3. The GCs error in not requiring a Lump Sum bid from FE.
                   4. The home owner allowing the GC to leave certain portions of his bid "open".
FE gets the job done but please, only request lump sum bids for your work!

I'm a Realtor and needed to have a septic tank pumped and inspected so Tri-County health could issue a use permit for the new owners.  Closing was in 3 days.  Cline (AKA affordable septic service) was the only company that said they could accommodate us last minute.  They showed up and worked with the seller to get the information needed to successfully issue the required permit.  From this point forward, I will be happy to refer them for any and all matters related to septic systems.  The amount spent was for the inspection and permit application.  The pumping was an additional $310 or so and was paid by another party to the transaction.
I rated a B on price because we did get some quotes that were slightly lower however they did not gouge us when we were in a time crunch.  And they were the only ones that said they could help with such a short time frame.

William the owner kept me informed of his arrival time and called when he had to delay it by 30 minutes. He was friendly and very precise. When he arrived his primary objective was to make sure we were "on the same page" as to the services he was going to perform which were to remove the old toilet and replace it with a new one. In the middle of the discussion I mentioned a dishwasher issue and a disposal issue and before he went to get started on the toilet he said, "Let's have a look." Well, I was surprised when he found two immediate problems:  The hose to the dishwasher was too level and the disposal wasn't latched properly so-- he fixed them- right then and there and are you ready--- NO CHARGE.
William is proud of his work and was very intent on making sure we were happy.  We were elated. William is an example of what small businesses often have that large companies don't - Heart caring and an ability to go the extra mile to win a new customer's loyalty. It worked.  Oh the toilet was perfectly done.
