They provided a great quality product with exceptional and Covid conscious customer service throughout the entire project. My spouse and I are extremely pleased with our new Smart Shades which help us regulate lighting and promote energy efficiency, saving us money while we work from home and stay in during this time. These blinds will quickly pay for themselves in the energy savings they generate. We are completely new to Smart Shades, but AIM Home Automation guided us through the process. They always answered our questions kindly and thoroughly. We were able to get exactly what we wanted, within our budget. AJust Plantation ShuttersMike was very professional, sent out a detailed work order, was clear about cost, and willing to work around our dates based on the window install. He showed up in a mask as required for COVID, worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. And he was very pleasant to deal with, even though there were a few snags caused by the previous installers using some non-standard parts. We highly recommend Just Plantation Shutters!- Sheila M.

AIt turned out great! The sales guy, Scott, came out to measure our entire house for blinds, since we knew we'd want them in every room eventually. Then he helped us pick out the blinds for the bedrooms. Later, we went to their showroom in Castle Rock, where Scott came in by appointment on a weekend (which we really appreciated!) to help us a get a better idea of all their options for the living area. We weren't sure what to do about our sliding glass doors--I wanted something to cover them, but the last time I'd seen vertical blinds they were the awful old ones from the 70s, so I had no idea what to expect. They showed us *beautiful* vertical shades that I was immediately impressed by, but we decided to wait until the first round of blinds were done before ordering more. The installation of the first round of blinds happened about 3 weeks after we ordered them (they had to be produced at the factory and shipped), and nearly everything went smoothly. The only issue was the one of the blinds wasn't opaque that should have been. We let them know and they got to work on a new one right away, which came in just fine a short time later. When we ordered the second set (which included the vertical shades), it again took 3 weeks for them to arrive, and this time installation had another small hitch--the vertical blinds had a defect. They got a replacement rush ordered and we had perfect beautiful vertical shades a week later! We LOVE our new blinds and we really enjoyed worked with everyone at Value Blinds and Shutters. Scott in sales, Ann in the office, and Michael who did every one of our installations perfectly. Our living area looks amazing! The vertical shades are so beautiful they almost look like curtains, but they open and close much more smoothly and evenly. Also, we had some windows in the living room that we knew would be hard to reach, so we got a remote control for them. Definitely the right choice! I was a little worried about getting a motorized product, but after working with this company I'm confident that if we ever have a problem they'll be able to fix it. Super professional, great products, no complaints!

AWe used Ben Johnson with Jammin' Films, 303.717.4804. He did excellent work! He was very professional and answered all of our questions. We will definitely hire him again, if we want more windows tinted in our home. We can tell the difference, with windows facing west, and WOW! The difference is HUGE! We had DR15 put on the three upper windows, and DR35 put on the lower windows. Wow! YES! You can't go wrong with Ben Johnson and Jammin' Films, for your home window tinting needs. Thanks!

AI wanted to put up plantation style shutters in my home and had a number of companies come out and give me estimates for the project. After considering everything, I ended up going with Mile High Custom Blinds. They weren’t the highest or lowest bid, but I appreciate the total package. Others lacked customer service and didn’t spend the time. One company was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Another competitor just didn't instill confidence and she wasn’t a fan of the Norman blinds that MHCB uses because they were “Chinese” made. I don’t like it when someone bashes their competition, especially for that reason. Joe Lee at Mile High took the time, explained all of my options and was even willing to objectively discuss the pros and cons of other types of shutters. And while it took a bit longer than expected for delivery and installation, I wasn't in a huge hurry, so it was well worth it. I would definitely recommend Joe Lee from Mile High Custom Blinds for future projects and to others.
