    FBC Remodel
After a flood in our lower level, a friend referred us to FBC and it was the perfect answer to solve our problems. The design group was excellent in their creativity, Captain Kyle was our project manager and he was my life line keeping me informed of every detail ... the work was first class ! I highly recommend this group which goes beyond expectations in every way

    bd Design/Build LLC
Ben did an amazing job. We completely gutted and remodeled our entire house, adding a second garage, building into our first car garage. We added decks and new rooms, and 2 master suites. Ben was always great at communicating with us and coming up with design ideas when our architect fell through. This is your one stop shop for all your home design and construction needs. Wonderful project manager for getting things done, we didn't have to deal with a million different contractors or designers. He handled everything. My bathroom is awesome! Ben searched and found a beautiful tub based on my ideas. It was nice to just express what I wanted and Ben would find it. He has a great eye for detail. We are still using this company for other small projects around the house. Very satisfied and highly reccomend bd Design/Build LLC. Thanks Ben!

    High Country Home Improvement LLC
I had the opportunity to work from home several days during our (built from scratch) master bathroom and i was impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and quality work from every employee and contractor. One tile guy said he loved his job and had worked for High Country Home Improvements for years. Rob (owner) is responsive and has a great sense of humor. As they always say, you get what you pay for. The initial bid was detailed and accurate. Although higher than some other bids the quality of the work is worth the small incremental cost.

    KBL Remodeling LLC
Brandon is the guy you want. Hire KBL Remodeling. Brandon spent the time with us to understand "EXACTLY" what we wanted. He preformed above and beyond expectations. His handwork, tile, hardwood floor install were all perfect. Some custom aspects were actually artwork. If you can get KBL, do it. If you can't, get on the wait list. KBL is the real deal. They aren't the cheapest. They aren't the most expensive. They DO deliver to expectations and beyond. KBL is now rebuilding the other half of my house. We have gone through the scope of work and they are in the process of submitting the bid. I know it will be fair and I will hire them to rebuild my Kitchen, Living Room, Family Room and enclosed porch.

    TA BECK ROOFING INC
Tom and his crew did an amazing job on my house. I hired him to do demolition, roofing, siding, and some structural repairs. Everything was completed quickly and professionally. I work in the home inspection business and I was 100% satisfied with the work Tom and his crew did.

    Back Bowls Construction
The project went excellent. Dave and his crew completed both projects in the allotted time frame. They worked long hours and through difficult weather conditions to ensure it was completed on time with no overages and on budget. Everything was taken care of from permits through final clean up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again! Thank you.

    Vince's Custom Homes & Remodeling
We hired Vince to finish the unfinished portion of our basement -- entailing adding a bedroom, egress window, moving our sprinkler line/box, adding a brand new bathroom, laundry room and storage room. The job was supposed to take 4 weeks, 6 weeks if we ran into unforeseen issues. The job started out fine, gave him the down payment and he started the egress window. After the window was dug out it took him over a two months to install the window well mold to hold up the dirt. At first things went smoothly. People came when they were supposed to, but the job seemed slow. I figured this was just the slow part. About 2 weeks into the project he would tell us framers, plumbers, etc would be here on xx day but they would never sow up or would show up at 8pm to do the work. Vince started not returning our calls as well, but when he would up he would tell us about the epic party weekend on Chatfield that he had. During this time we were still waiting for the window well frame would show up. He kept telling us that the supply company kept ordering the wrong one. Come to find out he never ordered it in the first place, as the window well didn't get installed until the end of August and the job started in May. We should have cut our losses and ran, but continued on giving him more money to do the job - this was the only time he was ever on time and showed up - when I was cutting him a check for work to be performed (he does not accept payment when the job is complete, only before he begins each phase...a big red flag). While installing the egress he cut our sprinkler line and our basement flooded with 6 inches of while we were on vacation. The job took over 7 months and is still not complete though he has been paid in full. During this time he told me I was being unreasonable was because the job taking over seven months - a 6 week job should never take 7 months and still not be complete. Please be aware does not pay his sub-contractors and I have had several of them threaten to lien my house because he has not paid them (so I had to pay them directly) . And we have written out letters for his sub-contractors to testify in court because they are suing Vince Hopkins for not paying him and from what they told me we were not the only homeowners who have had this issue with him. Please do not use this guy, he will drag the job on and will not pay his subs.

    Apple Remodeling
Ted (the owner) was one of several contractors we interviewed for our kitchen remodel. He had the best design ideas and seemed to really understand how we currently used our space, and how we wished things were different. Other than a handful of subcontractors, Ted and Eric (one of his employees) were the only ones to work on our house. They were both very respectful of our home and family, since most of the first floor of the house was out of commission during the few months of work being done. I was home much of the time they were there with my 3 year old daughter, and both men were great with her. She quickly got used to them being there, and was constantly asking where Ted and Eric were when they were not. They were also very diligent about picking up screws, nails, sharp objects, razor knives, and other hazardous items to young children. Generally good with cleanup all around.Ted was very good with communication and keeping us in the loop about what was currently going on, upcoming decisions to be made, potential modifications needed, etc... Overall it was a great experience for such a large project and would never hesitate to use Apple Remodeling again. I also recommend them to anyone I talk to who is considering a remodel or is looking for a contractor. I don't want to sound completely biased or inauthentic in my review, so I will add a couple of the small negatives that came with such a large project. First, when receiving a quote, know that you are being quoted low for materials such as Group 1 for granite, $3s/f for tile, etc... If you are going to get the very basic of everything, this might fly, but expect to be spending more for materials and upgrading along the way. I would also add that there was some lack of attention to detail concerning a bit of the finishing work, but any problems that we had were addressed by Ted and made right. There was nothing serious enough to warrant anything but and A grade across the board for Ted and Apple Remodeling. I would never consider using anyone else for future jobs. Thank you Ted and Eric, it was quite a ride and a pleasure!

    Revolve Construction, Inc
The final results are fantastic.  The baths are both updated with the latest materials and styles and the work was done to perfection.  The workers were on time for the most part, however, because of delays on the shower door, they worked other jobs in between mine.  The job took approximately 3 weeks to complete even with delays. The supervisors and workers were very knowledgeable and professional and the work areas were cleaned on a daily basis. All together, I got an A+ job!!

    Five-Star Remodeling and Painting
From the first phone call I made to this "company", something didn't feel right to me. I trusted my instincts and did my research and I think it probably saved me a lot of money, time and probably some serious legal trouble over the whole permit thing. Please be careful of this guy.
