    MaCole Installations
MaCole Installations LLC took a 1950's bathroom into the current century. From demo, re-piping, and removing walls to tiling, electral, and drywall... they did it all. Always punctual and reasonable pricing. *** HIGHLY RECOMMEND**

    Alsteen's Handyman Plus LLC
I initially hired him to do my kitchen backsplash that someone else had started that went sideways, Dennis came in and did a wonderful job. He does such immaculate awesome work! So we hired him to remodel our garage and add a hot tub room, and it looks beautiful. Dennis and his team are always on time and very communicative throughout the project. They are detailed and really cares about his craftsmanship and the customer. He stayed within our budget. I feel like I hit a gold mine when I found his company, I will definitely be using him for all my projects in the future

    Otto's Remodeling and Tenant Finish
This is how it should be when you hire a contractor. First, they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. Their price is reasonable. At the end of the day, you come home and your house looks like it did when you left - it's clean with no construction debris. Then, you just enjoy seeing progress every day. These guys are craftsmen - the work is high quality. The tile work is outstanding, they worked quickly and efficiently, they paid attention to all the small details and gave me everything I asked for on time and on budget. It was a wonderful experience and I have already asked them to quote on additional work.

Personal Touch Tile and Remodeling Inc
I would highly recommend Personal Touch Tile without reservation. Scott came in and corrected a very poorly installed shower job/bathroom remodel job of a previous contractor. He completely gutted what had just been installed, took away all the debris, re-built the shower floor and walls so they are waterproof and will drain properly, re-tiled the entire shower and floor to perfection. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to consult regarding the kind and quality of tile to use for the redo, as well as confirming that all the plumbing was good to go. He also provided quality contacts for other repair work we needed from the botched remodel. We are thankful to have found him and count him as a friend.

    KRATZ TILE INC. & CONSTRUCTION
The work was done in a high quality manner. Chris is able to do all aspects of the work himself including plumbing, so he does not have to wait on specialties that are in high demand in the hot Denver building market. This was a real plus.

    The Woodsman, LLC
Jeff did an excellent job installing our cabinets and island. He was good to work with and cared about the quality of work completed. Would not hesitate to hire him again if I needed a woodworking job completed. Professional from beginning to end.

    KC Cabinetry Design & Remodeling
I am writing this review in hopes that I can save anyone considering KC Cabinetry for their remodel from going through the horrible experience I had. Do not be fooled by Craig Cruz, the owner, whose personable, agreeable and competent manner initially, fooled me into signing a contract that I should have had looked over by a professional before I signed. Once the job started, I encountered the same behavior described in other reviews on this site; anger, disrespect, non-communicative, bullying and dishonesty. After 12 weeks, on a remodel that was expected to take 5-6 weeks according to the contract, Craig pulled the installer/sub-contractor off of our job saying I really don't have enough for Tim to do to justify sending him over. I will send you an update on parts. The parts referenced were missing cabinet doors, trim pieces, pantry doors and toe kick from our cabinetry order which I had paid in full many weeks previously. In addition, there was a list of at least 25 tasks that needed to be completed on the job including, installing baseboard, paint, repairing holes in downstairs ceiling they had caused, caulk, grout, etc. My suspicions aroused, I contacted the cabinet company directly and was informed that my order had already been delivered to KC Cabinetry and there were no additional items for me. I also received information from them, that showed pieces not part of my remodel that were included in my order. Craig Cruz was lying to me, seemed to be using pieces of my order elsewhere (or misordered at my expense) and appeared to have no plans to complete my project. I ended up working with the cabinet company directly to order the missing pieces and hired another contractor to complete the remodel. I, in essence, had to pay for the cabinetry 3 times: my original payment early in the project, the additional cost I incurred for reordering missing pieces and I had to pay KC Cabinetry's bill for the original order (which Craig had not paid) before the company would make the duplicate pieces for me. This, as well as the cost of the 2nd contractor and materials to finish everything amounted to a 30% additional cost to me over the original estimate. There is so much more I could tell you about the quality of project management, work ethic of sub-contractor (6 hour day was the norm and multiple personal emergencies made it often less), runarounds, etc. If you value your money, your time and your well being you will NOT go anywhere near KC Cabinetry. I should have checked more thoroughly and I absolutely should not have put as much faith in finding them at the Colorado Garden and Home Show; that is on me. But if you do not believe what you are reading here in my review and others, proceed at your own risk.

    Image Line Renovations
Jose began by installing tile on the shower floor and bathroom floor in one bathroom. When he left, some tiles were crooked, some had air spaces below, and he had grouted the same day, so the adhesive was still wet and moldy when we pulled up the tiles a couple of weeks later. The tiles were left with a film from the grout that won't come off with detergent. He was supposed to return the next day to fix the problems, but picked up his tools instead. We had pre-paid him 50% of the cost of remodeling 2 bathrooms, and he has only made excuses about refunding our money or fixing the problems. The last time I talked to him, he said I would need to pay him the rest of the amount on the contract, or he could not return, by law. But half of our savings is gone, and we were left with a mess to clean up and try to ourselves.

    J & G Tile
James did an excellent job building us 3 bathrooms, and tiling the kitchen in our new home. The home turned out beautifully, and appraised at a high value. James is always optimistic, enthusiastic, and professional. His quality is what I strive for with all contractors I hire.
