AParamount Remodeling Company IncAfter meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. ACertified ConcreteThe team was always on time, right on budget, and the quality of work they did exceeded our expectations. It took them only a week to remove and replace an 80-foot driveway. He carefully interviewed us, found out how we would be using the space and took the time to get to know us. He created a design with several a la carte options to make sure we met our budget. Though covid hit right in the middle of our hardscape construction, he and his team got right back on the job when the city allowed. ADesign Exteriors LLCThe design was just what we were looking for - had zero changes, as Cedric got everything right. The finished product was incredible and we have thoroughly been able to enjoy the backyard as a result. Throughout the process, Cedric and the team were very helpful in explaining the overall process and contacting the various teams we needed (fencing, tree removal, etc.) to get our backyard in the shape we wanted - we're thankful we went through their team, as it made it certainly easier. Cedric and his team are very detail oriented, and take pride in all of the work they did (e.g. cement pour, grading, planting, construction, etc.) and it definitely shows through in the final product. AThe guys worked **** ** hot punishing days. It was tough prep work digging out clay soil to get ready to pour the concrete. The next day the truck came and poured the concrete; Efrain and his guys did a terrific job making it all smooth and put a brick like stamp to it. We’re happy with the results.
