First of all I saw two of his guys doing cocaine in my street. One was in his car (not hiding) one was doing it as he pulled away from the house. I actually wouldn't have cared if they would have done a good job. I am also attaching pictures to this review so people can see the issues. The owner was not there to inspect the work before the pour and was not present at all the day of the pour. The rebar was not overlapped in accordance with code. The entire bottom of the driveway had rebar overlapping about an inch - which 100% defeats the purpose of rebar, and negates any benefits. The side of the driveway also did not have the rebar overlapping to code - although it was overlapping about 6 inches. Code is 12 or 18 inches. They also ran out of rebar before finishing and were supposed to bring some the next day to finish which they did not do. Luckily I went to Home Depot and bought some the night before which I was not reimbursed for. As for the base: They were supposed to remove all dirt and install road base - they did this but they definitely did not do it very thick. On one side of the driveway They probably put down just enough to barely cover the dirt, and throughout the driveway as shown in pics there is mud and a significant amount of dirt covering the road base. They also formed the driveway with a hump on the right side as shown on the pics, thereby raising the middle of the driveway at least 4, if not 6 inches higher than it was which makes for a steeper driveway than it was originally which is not good during the winter. They did not install any moisture/ expansion barrier between the driveway and the brick on either side of the house or on the sidewalk leading to stairs which has already cracked in less than two months. The barriers they did install between end of driveway and sidewalk and top of driveway and garage were 3 and 1/2 inches tall for a 5-6 inch deep slab. Another issue: When they were pouring they did not have the rebar set to stay in the middle of the concrete. They were lifting it up at the beginning, but towards the middle/ end they weren't even trying to lift it. So my rebar is sitting on the ground at the very bottom of the concrete which also totally negates the purpose of the rebar. The guy running the concrete truck was even trying to help by lifting it up because they weren't doing it. Plus the guy doing the finishing was walking on top of the rebar and pushing it right down to the bottom. Another issue: They poured on Friday afternoon, it was calling for freezing temps Sat night and then going down to almost zero and never coming above freezing for several days. The concrete did not have even 48 hrs above freezing. I asked before the pour if they would wait and pour after the freeze - they said no. I asked if he would use blankets if it got cold. He said yes. After the pour when I realized it was immediately dropping below freezing and staying there, I asked him to install the insulating blankets and he refused. It ended up getting down to 4 degrees within the next couple days. Before the freeze I went and rented concrete blankets and paid $270, which had to pickup, install, remove and drop off myself. They also ran out of concrete before the pour was over and had to move a lot of concrete around to fill in probably about a 9 square foot space. By doing this they created some uneven spots across the driveway where they dug out some of the concrete and didn't get it back to level. Over-all I thought it was a slammed out quick job with not a lot of attention to detail. I would not recommend this company.

The back porch was enclosed to make a sunroom addition with electricity and in-floor radiant heat. It included a new concrete floor, sliding door, regular door and windows. Mark successfully navigated all permitting issues. It turned out beautifully and we use it constantly. It is one of our favorite rooms both summer and winter.

Terhorst Construction removed existing driveway to a recycle dumpster to be used as future road base and repoured concrete for a double wide driveway. The whole job finished out great and Mark was a pleasure to work with on the whole project start to finish.

It was a truly beautiful and professional job, and an excellent work crew that certainly knew what they were doing. The foreman on the job, Leo, showed he had excellent skills at concrete work and finishing. Jeff, the owner, and Leo, both with the utmost integrity, carefully managed the job, that looked great, right up to the very end.

Cesar was really excellent to correspond with before the job was complete, he came out to the house twice and answered questions by phone or email quickly, and worked up a few variations on quotes to help us decide. He and his team were more than punctual - they showed up on time or even early every day they worked. I was most impressed that Cesar stayed onsite the whole time to work himself, supervise, was available for our questions, and to make sure everything went smoothly. He even answered some panicked questions we had by text during the evening between days of the job (we were worried about rain, but it all turned out fine!). Our neighbors all commented what a great job they did, I would definitely hire them again!

Ceasar was so great. His bid was the lowest, he responded first, he was on time, had a great selection of concrete stains and stamps to work with. This patio turned out gorgeous and everyone says I got a fantastic deal. I would work with Ceasar again in a heartbeat.

I sought five quotes to demo and replace my north-facing driveway with a wire trace heated driveway. Legacy won based on the quality of the concrete and the strength of the electrician, Blake. The concrete from Legacy was bid at 5; all the other quotes came in at 4, which really means a 2x4 form, which ends up being 3.5 thick concrete at best. Legacy used 5.5 boards for the forms, so I probably got a bit more thickness than I paid for. They also included actual rebar to reinforce the concrete instead of just a wire mesh like several other quotes. Also, Legacy actually measured my driveway dimensions correctly for the quote, which I didnt think would be a discriminator but the other quotes varied wildly from the actual dimensions. They also added a pipe to route a hose under the driveway (so I dont have to have a hose on top of the driveway to water bushes on the other side) and a diversion pipe to divert drainage from a downspout. But the real value was the partnership with the electrician. It was clear Blake knew what he was doing from the start. He was the only electrician during the initial inspection to actually break out a screwdriver and take a few extra minutes to inspect the breaker box to verify the wiring would work with the heating system. Jacob and the rest of the concrete crew did fantastic work and cleaned up after themselves. I could not ask for a more professional and quality installation from start to finish.

CC Concrete was outstanding. From the initial email to the estimate process to the actual driveway replacement, Cesar and his crew were punctual, professional, and efficient. They did a beautiful job. The impact on my front yard landscaping was minimal, and when the did accidentally damage a sprinkler head and line they replaced/fixed it. Finally, they cleaned up after the whole process, picking up nails, bits of concrete, and trash. They even power-cleaned the sidewalk and street in front of my house to remove the dirt and concrete from the removal and replacement of my driveway.

Could not have asked for a more professional job. They showed up on time and the job was completed per contract. We have recommended several of our clients to them and would definitely use them again.

Wayne seemed to be a nice Christian guy ready to give me a valid estimate at first but then turned into a ****** when I questioned his $950 door estimate. He was suddenly rude and said his work was superior and didnt want to do this small job. Full details of my small job were given to him through my Angies list request. I had planned on paying around $25,000 but never got to any estimate. If you dont want small jobs dont bid on them. Very un-Christian behavior. Walk the walk dude. Unless you have whatever he considers a large job dont bother calling this guy.
