    IM A DISABLED VETERAN and sales person BART JOHNSON and his team at EMICH CHEVROLET TREATED ME EXTREAMLY POORLY I would get into details but after the OWNER OF EMICH CHEVROLET TOLD ME HE WOULD SUE ME FOR EVERYTHING IM WORTH if my opinion differed from his or something along those lines when I told him I was gona make the story of how they treated me as public as possible on as many platforms as possible so I���m gona leave things vague and just ENCOURAGE anybody shopping for transportation IF YOU SUPORT YOUR VETERANS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE because IF EMICH CHEVROLET WILL TREAT A DISABLED VETERAN AS THEY TREATED ME what would stop them from treating any of the public the same way!!!!!!!!!

    Such a heartbreaking experience with this company. After confirming the vehicle���s availability status I made a same-day appointment to come in and sign papers to purchase the vehicle as I live about 2 hours south of the dealership, financing was already set-up as it was a promise that if it was set-up the whole ordeal would take 60-minutes or less. I showed up at the time of my appointment only to find out that they were already in negotion with someone else when I got there. All 3 managers were told of my purchasing appointment that morning and made sure the car was pulled up, keys at the desk, and ready for me. I feel that my family was used as leverage to hurry up a sale for a walk-in purchaser. I notified the sales manager I was here for my purchasing appointment of the specific vehicle about 45-minutes prior to confirming the paperwork had just been signed, couldn���t he have notified that potential buyer that they messed up & stopped it before the paperwork began? Where is the integrity? All the GM, Sales Manager and Director of Business Development (whom set up my signing appointment) could say was sorry, with very little remorse. I was told on Saturday, when I first inquired about the availablity of the vehicle, that they are a family run shop that is very honest and happy to work with us. I feel that was a blatant lie and my soul feels robbed of my family���s time, energy and faith in customer service and humanity. Of all the managers, and then some, who knew we were coming to sign & prepared the vehicle for us, no one bothered to call us to see how far away we were, if we were still coming, etc. because they had another person interested. We were not given any courtesy or genuine remorse from all involved at this dealership. Beyond terrible experience.

    First Class Tint and Vinyl Wrap
    It's now time for an update: Although, Chris the owner contacted me to make full restoration to my car with the broken and missing parts, to which he took ownership of - no resolution. He also in person told me he was going to rewrap my car to include the door jams which were included in the original quote. First it was not during Christmas it's my slow time. Then it was I am broke, trying to barely stay afloat, soon but not now. No contact has been made since I contacted him again. Tom Martino has invited me to speak on LIVE with him regarding this place, in which I plan to do so. Using this company was a NIGHTMARE that won't end. They approached me to repair hail damage, and wrap my car which was brand new Mercedes C300. They quoted me a fair price, and quoted me 7-10 days for completion. I gave them possession of my car 5/28 which was a Saturday morning. Monday morning they had withdrawn the full $3400. out of my account. I couldn't believe it! Long story short, I was forced to swipe my CC again to get possession of my car on 7/13. It took them that long to give me my car back. They would not let me see the work to approve it prior to swiping my CC for an additional unauthorized $800. The owner said wait for the big reveal, as my car was locked up in the back, he says, "let's handle the CC paperwork first". They then rolled my car out - They had taken the liberty to put a black out kit on my car without permission. I was discovering missing parts from a brand new car (interior roof lights). They had quoted to do the door jams, those were not done. I questioned the owner about this, he said, "well I didn't do what you were quoted because that would have cost me an additional $1k and I am not losing money." There were dents were on the hood, which I was told he bought a new one. I stood with horror, and I told him most business owners stand behind their employees quotes. He just said, "Well the sales person was fired, and I'm not loosing money." So, I am left with a wrap that wasn't prepped properly so it is flapping on the undercarriage, door jams that don't match the wrap, handles that were not wrapped at all, a broken grill, and missing interior parts. I have not had any resolution, or care from the owner to make things right either. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS GUY! Slim shady, and charges you upfront. DO BEWARE: if he has your signature and swipes your credit card, there is no recourse for you but small claims court. Can you imagine a company having your car for months and you not receiving the car back to your satisfaction.

They took care in towing our car and provided their service at a very affordable price. We were extremely pleased with their service and will call them again when the need arises. We know that we will be treated fairly and professionally.

    They do the work in a timely fashion. We had to have something done that is hard to do on your own. In the past they have diagnosed stuff, and fixed it in a timely manner. It is expensive, but I don't know about the price because I wouldn't take it to anybody else.�� I have had no problems since. I would absolutely use their service again.

    It was expensive. Ray's is more joking, but much more casual.?It's not your big box corporation with uniforms.?It's your neighborhood grungy, a little bit dirty. So for that atmosphere, and giving me a hard time teasing me about my car and stuff, it was very professional; but not as professional as you'd expect from a nationally known provider.? For their style, I give them an A on professionalism.?

    They did a fine job. They did it within the time they said they would. They washed the car. I have no idea. You are kind of stuck. Toyota batteries aren't something you can buy from Sears, or from Triple A. A Prius at least. Its a special battery. You have no choice. It seems to be fine. We have, we will use them again.

    I paid 2k for work they said I needed. I kept have major steering issues after their work was done. I even had to pull my trailer home from Crested Bute with no power steering because of their work. After 4 visits their shop manager finally got involved and was a simple wiring issue. The mechanics don't know what they are doing and only want you to break out your wallet.
