I highly recommend Boulder All Star Movers. Beaux and Manny showed up right on time. They were courteous, efficient and very careful with my furniture. They took great care to make sure nothing ended up scratched or damaged. They went out of their way to make sure everything was put back in place exactly as we wanted. Will definitely use again. Thank you!!

Couldn't have gone any better. Danny was very competent, professional, and friendly. All that experience showed as they solved all the problems on the fly. Nothing was damaged and they got the equipment into place in good time. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants sensitive equipment moved.

Rich and Anthony from Fischer Van Lines called me the day of my move (scheduled for 2 PM) indicating they had finished their prior job early and wanted to see if it would be ok for them to start early. I was pretty much ready to go, so I said OK and they arrived around 12:30 PM. The guys did a quick walk through with me to get a sense of what the move was going to entail. After the walkthrough and a brief bit of paperwork, they began loading the truck at 12:55 PM.I soon understood why they finished their last job early - these guys were powerhouses! They set a very quick pace to load the truck, yet were pretty careful of how they were handling my boxes. However, this was the easiest part - the move in was to be a third floor apartment (no elevator) and it was about 90 degrees that afternoon. Rich and Anthony were undauted and began to bring things up the three fllights of stairs, into the apartment. by 2:55 PM, they were completely done. Recap - moving a pretty good amount of stuff out of a house in Lafayette, driving to Broomfield to the apartment and then loading those possessions up three flights of stairs, into the apartment - total time of 2 hours. Pretty impressive if you ask me.These guys were professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard. I will be hiring them for future moves once my house is sold. Well worth the money.!

Orlando and Jeremy first called to let us know they were caught in traffic and would be a little late, they arrived within 15 mins, and started to load the truck right away. It was amazing to watch they were like a well oiled machine the way they worked, running up and down the ramp putting The stuff into the truck. It was the same when we got to the destination. They were awesome, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.

Overall I was very pleased with the service provided. I tend to get nervous when I didn't hear from the driver until a couple of days before the pickup, but all went well. He showed up promptly and the two guys that helped load the truck were very good as well. There appeared to be some 'glitches' not on our part, but on the part of the estimator or at least the estimate. We did a guaranteed cost, and I am glad we did. We chose Bailey's since they had a great reputation and were near the bottom of the cost.
Our estimator wasn't too good at follow up. He arrived with his computer, walked through our small 1,000 square foot home and garage that we were using for storage. We decided NOT to take most of our furniture and those items were specifically indicated to him what was not going. We also indicated what special items, TV, computer, large mirror and some pictures required packing by the movers. Two items I did not know that require special packing, and most likely on my part I should have known, were lamp shades. But the estimator NEVER looked at the frail glass shades and stated that. However, our driver Frank took care of that. My wife had to run to Walmart to get some extra packing and boxes though.
My surprise though was that the box springs was not included in the estimation. I specifically told the estimator that the BR furniture would not be moved, but the bedding, mattress and springs would The Mattress was include in the list. This is a heavy, expensive temperpedic type.
Before the move but AFTER the estimate, I took carloads of items, books, clothing and other items from the garage to various charities. We really got rid of a lot. It appears that the estimate of pounds was off by at least 1800, don't remember the exact number, but that was not our concern since the estimator under estimated.
The two helpers on the Atlanta end were great guys. Wonderful personalities etc. Our driver was very business-minded, sort of 'cracked the whip' on the help, and I can understand time means money, especially in the case of moving. However, both my wife and I found some of his comments to be what one considers 'good ole boy' type, especially as relating to my wife.  Some of his comments would have caused a harassment claim at my previous employer. Opinionated people are fine, I have no problems with 1st amendment speech but no one should ever refer to a woman's outfit as looking like your ready to go to the gym, or something like that.
Don't get me wrong. The move went well, promptness was especially appreciated. In fact I was very much surprised that our delivery date was 7 days after our pickup. Being winter, we were very lucky.
All things were delivered on time and other than one piece of furniture, we did not find any damage.
Our last cross country move was over 15 years ago and it was horrible.

Everything about this company is top notch.  An estimate was done several weeks before and  at the end of the move that was the amount I paid.  At the time of the estimate Brian said I had a lot of packing to do and also told me exactly how to prepare for moving day.  I took 3 pages of notes because there was a lot I didn't know about moving.  The week before the move they called to check on my packing and by then I knew that I was in over my head.  They sent a fantastic packer to assist me.  She was a real pro and worth the additional money because there was no way I'd be ready for the move.  On the day of the move eight men showed up and all were cheerful and easy to work with.  This wasn't an easy move as they had to go to two additional locations for my belongings.  I've worked with other moving companies in the past, one that had pretty high marks but they were not nearly as good as Brian and his crew.  A week after the move I received a follow up call to make sure everything was done correctly.  I looked a lots of reviews on Angie's List before selecting this mover and they were so far ahead of their competition in ratings that there was no question that I'd use anyone else at any price.

You have to have Fischer move you.  We have now had them move us 3 times and wouldn't use anybody else.  They are on-time, conscientious and they hustle.  They called to check in 24 hours prior to the move, and then called again when they were on the way.

We found Craig, and the other crews, to be very professional and motivated to help us get our move accomplished.  We appreciated that they were on time, they came prepared with blankets and tools, and really looked after our stuff.  We were extremely happy with them and will hire them again when it comes time to move, at long last, into our new home.  We did appreciate the phone followup by the company afterwards as well.

We hired this company to move two beds and a couch from the basement to the top floor in our house. They came later than planned but called ahead to let us know they would be late.  They were able to get a large leather sofa into the basement that my husband and I had been unable to fit though the door.  Not sure how they did it, especially without damaging anything.  I was impressed.  They had a minimum charge of two hours so the work was  a little expensive for the 1 1/2 hours they were there including driving time to our house but it was worth it.  I would use them again.
