AParamount Remodeling Company IncAfter meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.- Joe L.

Then, unlike other contractors I had talked to, Legacy provided a detailed estimate that gave me confidence in their expertise. The work was started and completed on schedule, despite a snow storm that occurred toward the end of the demolition phase. The crew arrived promptly each day. ADesign Exteriors LLCCedric and the team did a great job, from the initial design of our patio through completion. Despite some challenging circumstances (winter weather, COVID lockdown, etc) the company did a great job of being transparent about timing and did their best to finish the job to meet our expectations. We are thrilled with our new outdoor living space, which now includes a pergola for shade and gas fire pit. We definitely plan to hire Design Exteriors again for future additions, and we highly recommend the team.- Jesse M.

Abd Design/Build LLCI own a business and have multiple properties, so I have worked with many contractors of varied age and experience. I can say without hesitation that Ben is the best. He has such a wide range of knowledge to everything from floor plan renovations with structural concerns to expertise in landscaping. His crew is polite and professional, and they always leave the job site so clean at the end of every day. Ben is diligent about completing a job on time - even if it means late nights or weekends. For all that, I think what impresses me most about him is his genuine care in the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients. This is such a rare and extraordinary quality. I have never worked with someone of his caliber before and highly recommend him for any and all projects. Scope of work: -commercial renovation, including reworking load-bearing walls, pouring concrete, new bathroom, reworking all electrical, furnishing new wood stairs, and installing a full wall of glass -kitchen renovation which included new counters, sink, cabinets, and new appliance layout, all new electrical, lighting, and paint -entryway including new tile, paint and electrical -outdoor renovation including a custom build gas fireplace, rerouting gas lines, elaborate tiled fountain, exterior lighting, demo and pouring of all new concrete, pergola, laying turf, installing outdoor lighting and new landscaping -conference room renovation, closing in exterior walls, new dry wall, new electrical, glass garage door -full property renovation including extensive demolition, reworking of entire floor plan, pouring footers for an addition, new framing, new HVAC, new roof, roof top deck, entirely reworked electrical, new kitchen, 3 ensuite bathrooms, all new windows, glass garage door installation, brick repair, tree removal, exterior painting and new landscaping- Jessica H.

AVivax came through despite COVID-19 and poor weather! Anna Johnson was a fledgling foreman, but kept in close contact with Jesus (the painter, not the carpenter) & her boss to get everything perfect. They even "cut-in" the trim around the gutters on both sides, which is a lot of extra work! Anna was very thorough with the final inspection, and when I found a minor touch-up needed she sent Jesus back out just 2 days later to take care of it even though it was super minor. Did I mention they rushed out to start & finish my job just before the weather set in to meet my timeline? Simply awesome. The real gem here was Jacob Greiner, the original salesman / estimator. Jacob stuck with me and worked with my insurance company over 4 months to get the full house paid! Other paint pros weren't even willing to come out to quote a partial job, which is all the insurance was authorizing initially. Vivax's warranty sounds great too; more of a maintenance plan for the life of the warranty than a simple one-time defect correction. Of course we'll see in the long run how that all plays out, but a transferable warranty is very handy. Thanks again Vivax!
