    H & R Repair & Towing
It went very well. They did a good job. The workers were very good. They were very friendly and easy to get along with. They were very informative. They fixed it right away. I waited for it. It didn't take them long at all. It was just a short wait for them to fix it. It's not the greatest waiting room but it's comfortable enough. I've always had good experience with them. We've only been up here in Johnstown for a year. So I've been using them for that long. Their price was pretty good. It could have been a lot more expensive and also they could have taken advantage of me and charged me a lot more than what they really did. They could have said it was worse than what it was.

    Elite Auto
I've been using Elite Auto since moving to Colorado 1 1/2 years ago. They are great. They've performed simple services like oil changes all the way to a rebuild of my transmission. I recently had them replace all of my brakes. I had one tiny squeak coming from my brake after the repair and they bent over backwards to make it right. There was really nothing wrong, just an annoying squeak, but they treated it like it was the most important thing. I myself own a service company and anybody can provide great service when all goes well, but the best companies show their true worth when they treat you great even though they aren't making any a dime. I'll never go anywhere else. Hector, Carl and Jason are all top notch and honest.

    Pedersen Volvo
My wife is extremely pleased and won't use anyone else, even though I have a great mechanic I use and trust. She has used Pederson for about a year for all oil changes and service. They recently replaced her rear brakes, but they have done many other repairs. They are quick and always keep her in the know on what's happening. Very happy with everything they do.

    Hawkers Automotive & Economy Mufflers
I was treated with respect during this entire process. We needed to have the van towed, so I was trusting what I had read on Angie's List. I feel like we have found a very honest business for our auto repair needs.

The oil change went as planned. It took the usual 45 minutes. I had called ahead to see if I could get a quote for some damage on the vehicle. Service rep said no problem, that they would do that during the oil change. A new service rep was giving me the hard sell on a oil change package. After several attemps I finally just bought it.
Oil change was done. and I asked the service rep about the quote for damage. He said he'd find out. Waited anothe 20 minutes. I saw the service rep out on a smoke break after he told me he'd check on the damage. He finally came back and said that they don't do damage estimates, that I'd have to go to the parts desk for help. I was told on the phone that they could do this service!
So I go to the Parts counter and nobody was there. waited another 10 minutes. Frustrated, I just left.
During my service, the auto technicians would take smoke breaks and were loud and used profane language. While customers were walking around and with no attempt to use a lower tone when kids were present.
I found this very unprofessional. Most service dept's have a side area for these breaks and usually isn't near customers.
I will not take my Jeep there in the future. I will drive the extra miles to have it serviced elsewhere.

Honda of Greeley is one of the best auto service providers in Colorado. Every time I schedule an appointment and show up. The are ready to perform the work. All of the service reps are nice and attentive. They let me know of up comming services and are not pushy to sell them. Waiting room is always clean. Mechanics and sales reps are professional and nice. Work performed is alway timely and if there is a problem they will let you know. My usual wait time for an oil change is 30 minutes.
The service reps always find couponsfor the work that they are doing to save me money. I really like that. I had to replace a timing belt and water pump and the service rep gave me two coupons to use and saved me over $300 dollars on the work. They really care for their customers.

John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
This was the first and last time I will have my vehicle serviced by Elway Jeep of Greeley.
Called and talked on the phone to a sevice rep. Told them I needed an Oil change and an estimate on some damage to my Jeep. The oil change was done in a timely fashion. The service rep was a young kid with little experience and could not answer the questions I had about the service. He had to keep telling me he'd find out for me. The service rep was very pushy to sell me 4 future oil changes. which made me believe he was working on comission. Finally I just gave in an bought it.
So I kept asking about the damage to my vehicle and how much it would cost to repair. He said he would find out. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes the service rep came back and said my I was set to go. I asked again about the damage estimate. he went back and asked again. I waited another15 minutes. During that time I saw the service rep taking a smoking break and having fun with co-workers. He fially comes back and tells me they don't do repairs and that I need to go to the parts counter and ask.
When I called and set this up, they told me on the phone they could get me a quote! So after wasting nearly 30 minutes I go to ask the parts rep. Nobody is at the counter. waited another 10 minutes and then finally just left.
I saw a lot of shop workers standing around outside joking , talking loudly and acting unprofessional and using obseen language.

    Northside Towing
Our car broke down on a country road. We could not get it to restart. It was getting dark. Called Northside, there arrived within 20 minutes. Towed the car to the dealer, then called us back to let us know he was able to leave in their secure service lot. They did a great job.

They performed the replacement of the leaf springs and the cruise recall with out any problems on my '97 Ford Explorer. When my wife took the car to work the next day, I noticed that the car was now leaking oil in the garage where it had never had a leak before. My wife also told me that the steering shook a lot and the front end made "noise". When she got home I took it for a ride of about 50 feet and I new right away what was wrong. All of the lug nuts on the wheels were loose and some had been stripped and one was completely broken off. Imagine the accident this could have caused on the freeways of Colorado at 75+ mph. I tightened up what I could and took the car back. The Manager was apologetic and did not have an explanation as the work was done by his best mechanic. He supplied me with a rental and I was on my way. - it took a week to get my car back. But, there was one thing the manager said as he walked away from me when I brought the car back for repair. One of the other store personnel asked what was wrong and the manager replied that the mechanic must have had a bad day. Is that the kind of day my wife and kids would have had if the car flipped down the highway?
